The legend and classic vibe of Royale Chulan. Very satisfied with the room, service and breakfast buffet. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staffs are friendly and accommodate. Location is good, nearby mosque, mall, town and KTM. The downside maybe the old pillow and flat, which hotel need to change it. Parking provided for hotel guest. Overall this place is cozy and comfortable to stay. My sister always chose to stay at Royale Chulan for every Raya celebration in Seremban.

El personal es, en general, educado y amable. Nos sentimos muy bienvenidos desde el momento del aparcamiento hasta el registro y durante toda la estancia. La habitación es estupenda. La piscina es bonita. A los niños les encanta. La vista es relajante. La comida es buena. Sobre todo en el lugar donde se alquila una bicicleta, el personal es muy amable y atento. Mi hijo no sabe montar en bicicleta, pero el personal nos ayudó y nos guió con paciencia. ¡Buen trabajo! El paseo en buggy es muy práctico y no hay que caminar mucho. Simplemente quédate y relájate. Sin duda volveremos.

So far we are very happy to stay in Raia Beach Resort. Front desk receptionist was very friendly when we were check in. The room was very clean, bright and pleasant fresher ever. Even though we are near the pool area and the beach but the sound prove of the room very good we don’t hear any noises from outside.  We were staying at block E very near to the gate to the public beach. We feel very secured bcos the the gate too the public beach is hotel room card operate and the operating hour is 7am-7pm other time is closed even you use card to tap also will not open if is outside the operating hour. 👍 The buffet breakfast I will not said fantastic but I think for the price of hotel with breakfast I would said is value for money. Breakfast was everyday got Nasi Lemak but different type of curry chicken, hot chicken nuggets, chicken sausages, baked beans, Chinese porridge with different type of side dishes, toast, egg station, noodle soup station, everyday 2 type of cakes (I.e. butter cakes and marble cakes), Kuih, fruits, juices and coffee & tea.  I think is just good enough for me.  The staff very kind and friendly. I think the resort just took over by new management as we can see at night the staffs still try to put up some safety measures I.e. safety at pool area, life guard station and towel station. The resort very convenient to the nearby makan stalls and convenience stall. I would recommend friends & relative to stay at this resort.  Thank you management and the staffs for up keeping the resort neat and clean. Please keep up with the good work. Overall, we had a pleasant staycation experience. 👍 Pros: 1. The room was very spacious and comfortable. 2. Mattress and pillows were extremely comfy – had a good night’s sleep. 3. The bed was huge, perfect for relaxing. 4. Clean room with a modern layout. 5. Furniture looked new and well-maintained. 6. Breakfast had a good variety and everything tasted delicious. 7. The swimming pool is large, and the hotel has its own private beach – great for a relaxing getaway. 8. The room is equipped with an iron and ironing board, which was very convenient. 👎 Cons: 1. Our room was on Level 7, and during our stay one of the lifts was under maintenance. We had to use the stairs from Level 4 to Level 7, which was quite inconvenient.

We had an overall pleasant stay at Avilion Port Dickson, especially enjoying its unique architecture and relaxing seaside atmosphere. The staff were friendly and the resort still carries a charming, resort-style vibe that makes it suitable for a short getaway. We stayed at Lisboa (Room 3xx with sea view), which offered a nice view, though during our stay in January 2026 the resort was quite crowded. This affected the overall tranquility, especially in common areas. Additionally, some parts of the building feel a little dated, and more regular maintenance would definitely help enhance the guest experience. For future visitors, I would recommend Tumasek (Room 9xx) instead, as it offers a clearer view of the water and better access to a nicer, cleaner beach area, which seems more enjoyable and scenic. Overall, Avilion Port Dickson is still a lovely resort with great potential, but improved maintenance and better crowd management during peak periods would make the stay even more enjoyable.

I was very pleased with staff from Grand Lexis especially with Rekha who was very accommodating and helped me changed my room as I had injured my knee and was unable to go up the stairs to my unit. She managed to give me a unit on the lower floor and that made my stay more comfortable and great. My only issue is the WiFi was intermittent. Breakfast was good and my family and I enjoyed the spread.

No me había dado la habitación superior como se describe cuando hice la reserva, pero de alguna manera no me hice un descanso porque la habitación era todavía espaciosa y cómoda, y me había dado una habitación a las 1:00 y estaba solo en una noche. La ubicación es buena, cerca de las comidas y las instalaciones, y caminable a la playa pública. El desayuno fue tan bien organizado en una sala de funciones temporal como la Cafetería estaba siendo renovada, pero sólo comenzaron a servir en 7.45am, aunque el tiempo oficial era 7.00am. En general, una estancia satisfactoria.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and truly enjoyed the excellent service provided by the staff. From the moment I arrived, I was warmly welcomed with genuine smiles and professionalism that made me feel comfortable immediately. The room was clean, spacious, and very well maintained. Every detail was thoughtfully prepared, creating a relaxing and cozy atmosphere after a long day. Housekeeping did an amazing job ensuring everything stayed neat and fresh throughout my stay. What impressed me the most was the hospitality. The staff were always friendly, attentive, and ready to assist whenever needed. Their dedication and kindness made the entire experience even more memorable. The facilities were well organized, and the overall environment of the hotel was peaceful and pleasant. It truly felt like a home away from home. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, cleanliness, and outstanding service. I will definitely return again in the future!

Ancasa is a very basic resort that feels quite dated. On the bright side, the beds were clean and we had a lovely view of the sea right from our balcony, which was a nice touch. There is also a side door that provides direct access to the beach. However, the apartment itself is not well-maintained and shows its age. We unfortunately encountered a large cockroach during our stay. If you’re just looking for a decent bed and a view, it’s okay, but don't expect too much in terms of modern facilities or high-level cleanliness.

Este resort es increíble y una experiencia fantástica. Es una visita obligada en Malasia. Si aún no has ido a Dubái, este lugar es una buena opción. El ambiente es ideal para parejas. El servicio es excelente y el desayuno buffet ofrece una gran variedad de opciones. Me gusta la habitación con vista al mar porque da directamente a las vistas ilimitadas.
