The room was spacious and well-appointed, with a lovely view overlooking the pool and out toward the sea. We particularly enjoyed spending time in the spa area, and the breakfast each morning was fresh and tasty. The location is about a 40-minute walk to Kotor Old Town, which we didn’t mind at all as the scenic coastal views along the way made it an enjoyable stroll. One aspect that detracted from our experience, however, was the inconsistency in staff hospitality. While several team members were kind, welcoming, and helpful, the initial check-in experience was disappointing. The staff member who check us in came across as unfriendly, and another interaction included an abrupt comment along the lines of “you get what you pay for,” which felt inappropriate and unprofessional. Given that similar feedback appears in other reviews, it may be worth reinforcing customer service training to ensure a consistently welcoming and respectful experience for all guests. With more consistent service, this could easily be a standout stay.

El único aspecto positivo de este hotel es la vista. No se recomienda nadar en el mar a menos que se tenga un sistema inmunitario fuerte, ya que las aguas residuales de la ciudad se vierten a solo 100 metros. Todos los hoteles de lujo tienen una política contra esta práctica... Como ya han mencionado otros, el personal trata a los huéspedes de forma inconsistente. Seguimos a una pareja hasta el restaurante, quienes fueron recibidos cálidamente por el gerente, pero cuando pasamos y los saludamos, solo recibimos una mirada fría sin una sonrisa. El comportamiento del personal está muy por debajo de los estándares de un hotel de 5 estrellas.

The place is small but mightier in the service they provide. Aesthetically appealing. Staff were very lovely, kind, courteous and understood the assignment. My friends and I paid extra for the massage service which I will do again as the lady who attended to us knew her onions(she is very good… thank you again😊). I rode a bicycle after almost 20years, this was free🤩 Downside for us was that “Jacuzzi wasn’t included in the booking”. We didn’t know about this as it was not stated online prior to making the booking and it was part of the reason we chose the place. Information and reviews I read sort of says you have free access to jacuzzi but it is not so however, we expressed our concern regarding this and they where thoughtful enough to allow us use it as a welcome/thank you note from the management.❤️ On behalf of my friends and I, we enjoyed the service/this place.

We stayed at this wonderful hotel for three nights and were thoroughly pleased. The room was small but clean and modern, equipped with everything we needed, and featured a balcony. The pool was simply fantastic—we couldn't stop admiring the beautiful view of the bay. We also want to highlight the cuisine; we really enjoyed the various pasta dishes, but the chicken risotto was an absolute favorite—we simply loved it! It was incredibly delicious. And, of course, the warmth and hospitality of the owner and all the staff will stay with us forever. The owner—a wonderful, kind, and attentive woman—personally walked us to our room, explained everything, and arranged a parking spot for our car. We will definitely return! Thank you for the wonderful experience!

The property is well-placed if you have a car – roughly ten minutes in either direction to Tivat or Kotor Old Town. Just be aware that the approach is via very narrow lanes, so confident driving (and a smallish car) is a plus. Although the building is relatively new, the overall impression is more functional than polished. The staff were pleasant enough, but housekeeping felt a little on the half-hearted side – things like topping up shower gel or toilet paper only happened when requested, and bed linen wasn’t changed despite being obviously soiled. If you’re looking for somewhere budget-friendly and manage your expectations, it does the job. Just don’t come expecting boutique-hotel standards.

Были в сентябре 2024. Отдыхали 2 недели. 1. Расположение. Пригород Котора. До центра пешком неспешно минут 25-30. Удовольствие. Все по берегу залива. Красота. Рядом магазин - 3 минуты. Ресторан - минут 10 пешком. Район тихий. Кому нужны пляски и музыка, то это не здесь. Кому нужна тишина и покой - выбирайте это место. 2. Берите номер на верхнем этаже с видом залив (обязательно!!!). Море и горы. Вид потрясающий! Каждый раз новая картинка. Не надоедает, а удивляет снова и снова. 3. Хозяева. Редко встретишь такое радушие и доброжелательность. Любая просьба, пожелание выполняются незамедлительно, с улыбкой. Все решается. Просто молодцы! Станка и Джури - огромное вам спасибо! И всем, кто вам помогает, конечно тоже спасибо! Кстати, нужно было сдвинуть сроки поездки - договорились моментально. Ранний заезд - тоже решили без проблем. 4. Удобства. Все есть для длительного отдыха и на пару дней заехать. Кухня (хотелось бы микроволновку, но и без нее можно обойтись), посуда. Нормальный санузел в номере. Хорошая кровать с отличным матрасом. Жили 2 недели без бытовых проблем. 5. Хозяева всегда помогут с трансфером, подскажут по экскурсиям, найдут гида (у нас был Марко - прекрасный, культурный, интеллигентный человек. Спасибо ему отдельное!). В итоге. Выбирайте эти аппартаменты. Точно не пожалеете.

En general, el hotel estuvo bien. La vista desde la habitación era impresionante, con vistas al aeropuerto y a la bahía de Tivat. La zona de la piscina tenía una vista magnífica, música ambiental y un bar. También se puede usar la sauna. El servicio de limpieza podría mejorar un poco, pero por lo demás, todo estuvo bien.

La habitación tiene balcón, lavadora, cocina de inducción, frigorífico y lavavajillas. Es más como un apartamento estilo hotel. Nadie lo limpia todos los días y no hay restaurante. No hay ascensor. Hay una piscina en el patio, ubicada a medio camino de la montaña. Desde el estacionamiento se puede ver la bahía de Kotor. No solo se puede ver la vista al mar desde el balcón, sino también ver los aviones despegar y aterrizar en la orilla del mar. . Hay dos caminos hacia la montaña. El camino de montaña que sube desde Kotor es estrecho y sinuoso, así que tenga cuidado al conducir. El camino que sube desde Tivat es más suave. Un lugar muy rentable que vale la pena probar si conduces solo.
