The room was spacious and well-appointed, with a lovely view overlooking the pool and out toward the sea. We particularly enjoyed spending time in the spa area, and the breakfast each morning was fresh and tasty. The location is about a 40-minute walk to Kotor Old Town, which we didn’t mind at all as the scenic coastal views along the way made it an enjoyable stroll. One aspect that detracted from our experience, however, was the inconsistency in staff hospitality. While several team members were kind, welcoming, and helpful, the initial check-in experience was disappointing. The staff member who check us in came across as unfriendly, and another interaction included an abrupt comment along the lines of “you get what you pay for,” which felt inappropriate and unprofessional. Given that similar feedback appears in other reviews, it may be worth reinforcing customer service training to ensure a consistently welcoming and respectful experience for all guests. With more consistent service, this could easily be a standout stay.

I left my sunglasses at the hotel, but I only realized they were missing the next day, after I had already checked out and moved to another hotel. I contacted Trip.com’s customer service to help me reach out to the hotel and locate my sunglasses. Hotel Heritage confirmed that I had indeed left them in my room when I checked out. The following day, I contacted the hotel again and asked if I could get my sunglasses back that evening, as I was leaving Montenegro for the airport at 6:00 am the next morning. Hotel Heritage kindly arranged for someone to deliver my sunglasses to me and did not charge me any fee. I am truly very grateful for their help.

Este es un hotel muy bueno. El personal amigable y amigable, un hermoso cuarto de paisaje, una piscina exterior brillante, piscina interior, sauna, gimnasio y desayuno son muy buenos. Black Mountain 🇲🇪 Me gusta uno de los motivos de este hotel.

The place is small but mightier in the service they provide. Aesthetically appealing. Staff were very lovely, kind, courteous and understood the assignment. My friends and I paid extra for the massage service which I will do again as the lady who attended to us knew her onions(she is very good… thank you again😊). I rode a bicycle after almost 20years, this was free🤩 Downside for us was that “Jacuzzi wasn’t included in the booking”. We didn’t know about this as it was not stated online prior to making the booking and it was part of the reason we chose the place. Information and reviews I read sort of says you have free access to jacuzzi but it is not so however, we expressed our concern regarding this and they where thoughtful enough to allow us use it as a welcome/thank you note from the management.❤️ On behalf of my friends and I, we enjoyed the service/this place.

這是本次旅程最貴的酒店，整體服務還不錯，服務員態度挺好的，酒店的風景也OK。 但酒店完全不提供免費飲用水，水壺也沒有，喝水衹能買，不知道是不是整個科託爾城的酒店都是這樣。 由於酒店離古城不算近，不能步行到達，周邊也沒有吃的，衹能在酒店裡吃，無論早餐還是正餐屬於中規中矩，不算太滿意，價格也不算便宜。 整體來講，是一家性價比不算高的酒店，但可能這是科託爾地區的普遍情況。

The property is well-placed if you have a car – roughly ten minutes in either direction to Tivat or Kotor Old Town. Just be aware that the approach is via very narrow lanes, so confident driving (and a smallish car) is a plus. Although the building is relatively new, the overall impression is more functional than polished. The staff were pleasant enough, but housekeeping felt a little on the half-hearted side – things like topping up shower gel or toilet paper only happened when requested, and bed linen wasn’t changed despite being obviously soiled. If you’re looking for somewhere budget-friendly and manage your expectations, it does the job. Just don’t come expecting boutique-hotel standards.

La habitación no es grande y está bien equipada. Hay un balcón con una vista excelente. Sin embargo, la ubicación está a medio camino de la montaña y el transporte es muy inconveniente. El jefe dijo que puede recogerlo. y dejar desde el aeropuerto y la estación de tren, pero necesita buenas críticas. No sé si está bromeando. Sí, en general es muy bueno excepto por la ubicación incómoda. Lo recomiendo si conduces solo.

Es muy difícil llegar a la ciudad a pie. La habitación es ligeramente cansada pero agradable y hay todo, es bastante espacioso, por lo tanto no crítico.

Fantastico hotel para una ubicación tranquila, las vistas más hermosas de la bahía y el enorme parque de coches El personal es maravilloso y muy comprensible como mi compañero fue admitido al hospital y eran muy flexibles para mantener mi habitación disponible diariamente. Restaurante de nuevo grandes vistas y el buen valor de los alimentos, la presentación y los sabores Sería muy recomendable este hotel

El entusiasta servidor de recepción, me dijo lentamente las noticias necesarias. La habitación es grande y limpia. El estacionamiento del hotel es suyo. Ahora es noviembre, otoño turístico, así que mi experiencia es especialmente satisfactoria, como si viviera en casa. Comfortable estacionamiento, conexión Wi-Fi rápida, ubicación en el norte de Cotol, a 1.5 kilómetros de la antigua ciudad, no está lejos ni cerca de caminar, caminar por la costa,
