Realmente me gusta alojarme en el hotel Sapporo Tokyu REI. El ambiente es muy bueno. La habitación es grande y luminosa, limpia y ordenada. La actitud del servicio es amable y amigable. Hay café gratis y una variedad de almuerzos en la cafetería. El director general está muy satisfecho. Este hotel está muy cerca de la calle Tanukikoji, los supermercados, los principales centros comerciales, el parque Nakajima y la torre de televisión Odori Park. También es muy conveniente para ir al nuevo aeropuerto de Chitose.

The staff are young and not trained to the level of the 5 star hotel, rather they are for casual - big family type groups. We booked the premier room on the dedicated floor but no privilege service at all including checking in-out. You need to queue up for the machines. There is a club lounge open only 13-21. No use if you eat out. Breakfast buffet was really good but you can’t eat that much. Gym charges 25 dollars excluding bath, sauna and pool, which later turned out inclusive (refunded, luckily) the room was clean and light equipped with a kettle and good coffee machine. It looks like they do not have enough staff, no time for training, too busy to take care guests. It might be changing at any time.

Creo que la calidad no se sorprenderá incluso si el precio se duplica. Si me atrevo a preocuparme por una cosa, sería un grupo de estudiantes que parecen estar en el trabajo y en el club deportivo, pero puedo hablar en voz alta en el baño o en el baño de sauna, o no aguantar después del baño de sauna. The place is great!! The location is good and the staff are so helpful and friendly. Our room has a view of the fireworks right in front of us. The room is big enough to fit a family. We can glaze stars from our room balcony. There is free flow of drinks and beer at the lobby. Strongly recommended! At least stay there for two days.

Excellent location especially on the snowy day, very close to Otaru train station. Checking in with the machine booth, so modern, never seen things like this before. So many choices on breakfast at 2nd floor, Bravo!!! Small room for 2 with a reasonable price, acceptable.

Great room for a great price in a great location! Super convenient to be right next to Sapporo station for a short trip in and out of Sapporo. The staff was super friendly and accommodating during check in and check out. The double twin room was bigger than a typical ekimae hotel. I would stay again next I’m in Sapporo and assuming the prices are the same.

I had a very pleasant stay at the hotel. The atmosphere was quiet, providing a peaceful environment to relax. The location was convenient, making it easy to access nearby attractions. Thank you for a comfortable experience! Walking distance to Tanukikoji Street and free coffee from the hotel every morning! Family mart is just 1min walk. Super convenient! I highly recommend this hotel to my family and friends.

We have stayed at hotels located in or very near major airports. Some have been good, but we have found those actually in the airport usually practice treating guests as prisoners who don’t have other good options. Service there is usually average at best and care of the property is often marginal. Not so with the Sapporo Portom International. We wish every major airport in the world had a hotel just like it. It is new, modern, comfortable, well maintained, and run by a professional helpful staff. Our room was a Superior Twin, a typical shoe-box shaped hotel room, this one on the big side. Those who frequent hotels know the typical shoe box room will suffice as long as it’s clean and the water is hot, but you also probably notice some owners do a lot more than others with their rooms to make guests comfortable. This room has all the latest high tech, from lights to tv to curtains to outlets for charging. There’s a safe, fridge, and nespresso coffee maker. The bathroom has a little wet room with separate tub and shower. However, unlike many Japanese hotel wet rooms we encountered, the shower was western style (rather than the onsen-style with both shower and faucet, sitting stool and big bowl). However, if you want an onsen bath, the real thing can be accessed on the 4th floor of the hotel where there is everything you need to cleanse and then soak in a public bath of hot mineral water. The hotel also appears to be designed to facilitate quiet and rest. It’s purposely dimly lit and located at one end of the international terminal away from other airport services. It has black-out curtains. The location, which helps keep it quiet, is about 15-minutes' walk from the domestic terminal where most of the airport’s services are located (just a Lawson's convenience store nearby the hotel as well as a Visitor Welcome Center type place). Even if your itinerary doesn’t take you to the domestic terminal side of the airport, if you have time, you’ll likely want to peruse the many shops and restaurants over there. If you’re technology challenged, make sure to quiz the staff member who accompanies you to your room on room features and how they work. At checkout we were provided an airport cart and they loaded our luggage on it for us. This cart together with moving walkways between the international and domestic terminals removed a lot of the burden of crossing the airport on foot with luggage. We wanted to avoid rushing from the Sapporo city center to catch a 40-minute train or taxi to the airport for an early morning flight. The Sapporo Portom International was perfect, plus it afforded us a final onsen experience in Japan. Please build more.

El hotel está situado en una zona de la ciudad, en la que se encuentran los alrededores de la ciudad. La habitación tiene una máquina de café especial. El hotel es muy bueno para considerar el precio. Los únicos negativos no son una caja de seguridad y habría sido agradable tener una mesa pequeña en la habitación. Nos quedamos 3 noches y nos disfrutamos de nuestra estadía.

We stayed in a triple room. There was a extra rolling bed in addition to two twin beds. So, the space available was very limited but we still managed to tidy our three big suitcases. Staff were nice and helpful. The breakfast was great, with wide variety of choices, all the attractive local dishes were there, namely sashimi rice bowl, soup curry garaku, Japanese BBQ Yakiniku, soup ramen, cream puff, ice-cream...The free lobby drinks was also an extra bonus but it would be perfect if they could also provide in-room coffee or tea.

家族3人で1泊しました。 エキストラベッドを入れると少し部屋は狭いですが(スーツケースを広げるとスペースが無くなる)、最近改装されたのかとても綺麗でした。 大浴場があります。露天風呂もありますが景色は見れません。ですが外気に当たり気持ち良いです。大浴場もこまめに清掃されて清潔でした。 繁忙期で宿泊客が多いからか、チェックイン時間がキッチリ決まっており、「4時にチェックインのお客様〜お待たせしました〜チェックイン開始します〜」と案内されました。皆さんロビーで待機されていました。 レストランは使用していませんが、朝食の雰囲気、とても良かったです。 札幌駅からは少し遠い(徒歩20分くらいでしょうか)ですが、のんびり歩いて、大通りやすすきのなど札幌市内の散策も良いかと思います。

Great location, located near train station and bus stop to Airport. Hotel provide free shuttle to Sapporo station daily as well. Highly recommended!

As mentioned by many, the location is ideal, smack in the city center. Near Odori park, lots of restaurants around, shops and things to see. To make justice to the hotel, despite not having its own car park, now it's possible to add into the bill the parking service in a multi storey car park just opposite the street (some reviewer mentioned in 2017 that the hotel had no car park, but facts change along the time, so the truth is that now there is a parking facility, as close as possible, just need to cross the road). Now, being a good place and having a decent room (not spacey but it seldom happens in Japan), would make it an ideal place to choose, being even fairly priced, wouldn't it? Well, there's a but (as in the title of the review): one of the worst logistically organised bathrooms that I've ever found - and I've seen many in 27 years of travelling around Asia. There a not-so-tiny step to take from the aisle and the bathroom. As you try to enter, the WC occupies almost all the space till the wall. So either you try to jump over it (starting from a lower level, remember the step?) or I set one foot in the minimal space available and then you turn like a classical dancer to try to bring the rest of your body (other leg) inside and step in front of a weeny sink. Same ordeal to get out of the bathroom. Imagine doing this when you're still moist, after a shower. Maybe I was just unlucky with the room I was assigned to. But there should not be any architech who studies - and then decides that it's good enough to use it without being a breakdancer - such an unpractical configuration of bathroom. The other - minor - thing, is this (but it does not really bothers me much): having placed the ”make my room” magnetic sign to the door in the morning, i came back at night to find an odd black bag hanged to the outer handle. those were two clean towels. Nothing had been touched inside the room, bed undone as I left it, dirty, damp towels still in the tub. Well, an odd interpretation of what make my room means... Other than those two things, a good place to be. I was there for 3 nights and I paid the same amount (for the whole stay) of one night in Tokyo (ok, it's Roppongi and I know it's as dear as hell!). But if you get there, make sure to see the bathroom configuration, before checking into a room!

Hotel is strategic. Right opposite JR train station. Morning seafood market is just right behind. Receptionists very friendly. They helped us to book early morning cab to airport. This hotel provide free drinks and free toiletries including facial products and massage gel for hotel’s guests. Although we are not allowed to check in at any time before 3pm, but we may keep our luggage there if we arrived earlier than check in time. Highly recommended.

Location is close to JR station, if you drive, there is a huge parking garage beside it. You can exchange your ticket with the ”season” ticket from the hotel lobby so you don't need to pay every time you enter and exit. But they will return the ticket to you when you check out so you can pay at the garage upon exiting. The room is not very big but spacious enough to open two large luggages. It is within walking distance to the morning market too.

Stayed for 2 nights with my friend. Staff are very professional and helpful. It was my friend’s birthday and the surprise for her was successful thanks to them. Breakfast was also amazing. We didn’t get bored although we had totally same food for 2 days. The room was not that spacious as we expected, but still, it was a comfortable stay and we will definitely visit here again. Thank you.

We stayed at Century Marina for our first night in Hokkaido and originally chose it for its proximity to most of the sites we wanted to see in Hakodate. It's just a few minute walk from the train station with plenty of sidewalks so pulling our suitcases was no issue. The hotel also has a large parking lot if you choose to drive. It's also just a few minute walk from the warehouse district and the older area up the hill where a lot of historical embassies and churches are. The hotel's breakfast buffet is an experience itself with an extensive spread of both Japanese and Western food options. You will reserve a time slot when checking in, but even then you should expect a 10-20 minute wait in the morning to get your table, so its best to go up before your reserved time. This hotel also has one of the best rooftop onsen I've seen, with wonderful views of the whole marina and hill. When booking I didn't realize there was a hot springs so this was a nice surprise. Our room was right next to the elevator but very quiet and clean. This is a newer hotel too so everything felt very fresh and well-maintained. We checked in using Japanese, but the hotel has check-in info packets and signs in English so this is a good option for non-Japanese speaking guests as well.

初めて利用させていただきました。ラグジュアリーなホテルで、特筆すべきは朝食！ 私達は、１泊目はアゼリアでビュッフェ、２泊目は松前で和食の選択をしました。 ビュッフェでは、それこそ今まで見たこともないようなイクラの山盛りがあったり、超ゴージャスな海鮮丼を作る事ができたりして、ホントすごかった。 ２泊目の松前も、とっても素敵なお膳で、私はイクラ御膳をチョイスしましたが、これも超満足。 友人はひつまぶし御膳で、それもすごく美味しそうでした！ お部屋も、広くて手入れも行き届いており、老舗の風格プラス現代的な機能性もあり、良かったです。

This hotel is a relatively newer hotel . There is a huge free open carpark behind the hotel. Check in was fast . Welcome drinks were served. The twin rooms are very comfortable with good temperature control and firm beds. Wifi was fast. There was a bathtub and a area to sit down and shower just like in the onsen area. Two bottles of water were provided. Dinner was good with snow crabs , sashimi like tuna , octopus , ikura etc . There was also a ramen section where you cook your own ramen . For desert , there was an assortment of cakes and ice cream . Onsens were new and relatively empty. The bathing area was adequately lit . The only drawback was that only one type of shampoo and conditioner was available . There was a long indoor onsen . Outdoor onsens had a long sort of infinity pool , another pool and two barrel tubs . The onsens were clean and new and quiet. There was also a resting area that looked out over the city at night . What would make the experience better would be perhaps popsicles could be offered for all to enjoy after the onsen. Breakfast was good . Overall a very comfortable and reasonably priced stay near an Aeon mall and fantastic soba restaurant

What an amazing hotel HakoBA Hakodate is. It is located in the old Fuji Bank building which gives it a unique character. They have done an amazing job updating the interior making it look modern yet still letting the character of the building shine through, awesome! Staff at reception were super friendly and helped us with lots of recommendations, like food and drink, and helped us with the public transport 1-day pass which you can buy here. There's also a cool little shop in the reception area selling local gifts. The room was really nice and we were lucky they gave us a room on the top floor which meant the room had really high ceilings and amazing details on the ceiling. Bathroom was pretty large, very modern and clean. Location wise this hotel is perfect. It is a 20 minute walk from the station but well connected to other public transport like buses and the city tram system. Located in the middle of the redbrick warehouse area of Hakodate there's plenty of shopping and restaurants around. Ideal for exploring this amazing city. Highly recommend staying here!

En primer lugar, la ubicación es perfecta. 3 minutos a pie de la estación Hakodate. Hay un valor máximo alrededor y la estación de tranvía pasa justo delante de usted. Es una desventaja que es viejo en general, pero estoy haciendo mucho trabajo para superarlo. En el primer piso, operamos un salón moderno reformado, y el diseño del salón es bueno, y operamos un bar de bebidas gratuito que distribuye café, té, agua, etc. hasta las 10:00. Otra ventaja es que el desayuno es caro a 2000 yenes (300 yenes si lo dices con antelación el día anterior), pero puedes hacer Kaisen-dong tú mismo, y sobre todo, Hakodate Bay desde el piso superior del hotel. La vista vale la pena. Y manejamos un bar en el piso superior donde teníamos desayuno de 10 a 1 pm, y nos ofrecemos un cocktail + snack simple por 1100 yen. La ventaja de la habitación es la vista del día, la ventaja aquí es que puede disfrutar de la vista de la noche. Si es una desventaja, no proporciona limpieza de espacio porque es protección ambiental ahora, sólo se intercambian agua y toallas, pero no importa porque no me quedé en Hakodate durante mucho tiempo al principio. Es un poco malo, pero fue el mejor hotel para mí.

Está justo en la estación de trenes. Muy cerca de la estación de trenes. En aquel momento, el desayuno era un tipo de almuerzo para almorzar, como respuesta al virus coronario. Hay una microonda, así que puedo comer caliente. La estación de trenes está abajo, pero no me importa mucho la voz. Las ventanas pueden abrirse, lo que es raro en el hotel.

We booked this hotel again after a very pleasant stay years ago, despite the price being on the higher side for our travel dates. Unfortunately, this visit did not meet our expectations due to miscommunication about pricing. Somehow, it wasn’t stated in my booking that I was traveling with a child, I carefully clarified with both the hotel and the agent weeks before arrival about extra charges. I received confirmation of the exact nett amount to top up and decided not to cancel. However, upon arrival, we were informed of a different price—an additional $300+ for my child, despite not needing an extra bed. Our check-in was badly delayed, as we arrived late at night with a child and had to sort through this issue. I had to present all the email confirmations from the hotel and the agent to resolve the situation, which was frustrating and unnecessary after such thorough prior communication. On a positive note, the hotel’s location remains excellent. It provides direct access to the airport via a nearby station and is just one stop away from Otaru Canal, making it convenient for travelers. While the location is undoubtedly a highlight, the inconsistency in communication and lack of clarity about pricing policies overshadowed the experience.

Fantastic location overlooking the canals in Otaru. Best thing about the hotel was having a separate bathroom and a separate toilet… Especially useful when travelling with families! Gorgeous stained glass window and you can see the amazing sunset from the top floor as well  Reception was large and the front desk folk were very friendly and helpful. Overall would highly recommend this hotel  

Es básicamente inútil, principalmente para autoayudas, pero si encuentras dificultades, le ayudará. No sé, pero hay una lavadora en la habitación, que es útil para un alojamiento de larga duración.

　小樽の町には何度か泊まったことが有りますが、今回は小樽市を高いところから一望しようと小樽天狗山ロープウェイに寄ってから、横移動してホテルに到着しました。玄関近くの駐車スペースに車を停めました。玄関を入ると自動検温器があり、消毒液を手にスプレーして、順番待ちのためフロント前で休憩。8階の2809号室のツインルームに入りました。室内設備は、一般のホテルと同等に完備されていました。窓からは、ホテル横の道路や近くの山の景色が見えました。札幌市に住む友達がホテルのフロント前1階レストランで夕食を予約してくれていたので、友達と一緒に会食となりました。混んではいませんでしたので、コース料理を、話しながらゆっくりと楽しむことができました。館内は、室内プール、フィットネスも有りましたが、1泊だけでしたので利用できませんでした。修学旅行生も大勢泊まっていたので、土産物ショップは結構若者が来ていました。朝食は、2階のレストランでブッフェスタイルでした。食べ物も結構揃っているので腹一杯になりました。朝一番で大浴場に行きましたが、ほとんど人が居なくでゆったりと入れました。チェックアウト出ホテルを出てからは、上方に登り、ループの道路と朝里川ダムと紅葉を見てから帰路につきました。1泊ではもったいないリゾートタイプのホテルでした。

Vivimos en el cuarto de suite real 805 del tsunami. El suelo de la parte superior, el paisaje de la costa de la sala de estar y el mar, es impresionante como pintura. Los edificios que se encuentran en la costa parecen viejos, pero la habitación está bien mantenida y puedo vivir cómodo. El salón y el cuarto de baño son excelentes, parecen valer la pena un viaje, sólo para aprovechar este panorama. Los muebles tienen un ambiente antiguo y perfumado, y la atmósfera del lugar de vacaciones es buena. El cuarto de baño grande no es cálido, pero siempre está lleno de agua caliente, es bueno entrar en cualquier momento. Abri la ventana del cuarto de baño, oí las ondas del mar japonés y miraba el hermoso paisaje del mar japonés. Es genial preparar suficientes toallas. Al cenar, comí un curso especial de suites ”Presil” en el restaurante. Hay muchas cosas, y el volumen es grande, por lo que puedo comer delicioso. El vino también es muy barato y muy bueno. Puede comer con la manzana, la empleada femenina es muy amable, me gusta cenar. Requiero la manzana blanca como plato adicional, pero muy delicioso y satisfactorio. El restaurante también ofrece un ” desayuno creativo”. Cuando se mira el paisaje y se disfruta de un desayuno relajado en el asiento. Es bueno poder obtener una cerveza gratis desde la mañana. Por cierto, me gusta el estilo único de pelo de los empleados masculinos. Esta vez estoy muy satisfecho. Si tienes una oportunidad, quiero quedarme.

私の還暦祈念を兼ねて妻と利用しました。小樽駅から徒歩で10分程度で運河にも面していてとても雰囲気のある宿です。最初に利用したのが2014.1で今回と同様に雪が積もっていましたが、2019.6の利用を挟んで今回で3度目の利用です。今年はコロナ禍や大雪もあり二泊三日は基本的にお籠り状態でした。でもこの宿は(私の)期待通り、いろんな面で温かく(もちろん暖かいのですが)心身ともに安らぐ空間を提供してくれました。とりわけ今回は作務衣にfocusします。宿泊客の多くが利用しているため違和感がなく館内移動に際していちいち着替える必要もないのでお籠り生活にはとても快適でした。結果的に何か部屋にいるより館内の休憩スペースで寛いでいる時間の方が長いんじゃ・・と感じるほどで、宿全体が自分の部屋のようでした。また所々で出会うスタッフからの声掛けではおもてなしを感じるとともに、それが宿泊客以外の侵入を防止しているのかなという感じで安心につながりました。 安心というとこの時期、感染防止対策が求められますが、アルコール消毒はもちろん、そのほかに紫外線殺菌機や風呂場にはマスク配備と細やかな対策が施されていました。 食事に関して言えば朝食は味・メニューとも素晴らしく老若男女すべてに対応できます。コロナの影響で大皿盛りはありませんでしたが、メニューは豊富で小樽運河を見ながらゆっくり楽しむことができました。一方、夕食は今回、2泊とも宿内で準備をしていただきました。とてもおいしかったのですが肉が少なかった(と言うより、ほとんど無かった)のが少し残念です。ひょっとして60歳という年齢を考えていただいのかも・・ですね。 部屋です。今回はバルコニー付の部屋にしました。雪のためそこで何かをするというわけには行きませんでしたが、風呂上りに少し涼んだり、景色を楽しむのに使いました。夏用にハンモックもあったので夏こそが本番かも知れません。 ともあれ今回もとても良い旅ができました。ふる川にはまたおじゃましたいと思います。
