Kkwok himI recently had the pleasure of staying at Munakata Resort Hotel during my visit to Munakata, Fukuoka, and I must say it was a truly delightful experience. This charming hotel surpassed my expectations in every aspect, offering a serene atmosphere, impeccable service, and a memorable stay.
First and foremost, the location of Munakata Resort Hotel is simply idyllic. Situated at 651-2 Konominato, it provides a peaceful retreat surrounded by the natural beauty of Munakata. The hotel is nestled amidst lush greenery and offers breathtaking views of the surrounding landscapes. It felt like a hidden oasis, providing a perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of city life.
Upon arrival, I was warmly welcomed by the attentive and friendly staff, who made me feel instantly at ease. Their genuine hospitality and personalized service left a lasting impression. From the front desk to the restaurant staff, everyone went out of their way to ensure my comfort and satisfaction throughout my stay.
The accommodation at Munakata Resort Hotel was exceptional. My room was spacious, elegantly furnished, and meticulously maintained. The comfortable bed and luxurious amenities provided a true sense of relaxation and indulgence. The attention to detail in room décor and amenities was evident, creating a cozy and inviting ambiance.
One of the highlights of my stay was the exceptional dining experience at Munakata Resort Hotel. The on-site restaurant offered a culinary journey of authentic Japanese cuisine. The carefully crafted dishes showcased the freshest local ingredients and flavors unique to the region. Each meal was a gastronomic delight, beautifully presented and accompanied by attentive service. The restaurant staff's knowledge and passion for the cuisine added an extra level of appreciation to the dining experience.
The hotel's facilities and services were also commendable. Munakata Resort Hotel provided a range of amenities, including a soothing hot spring bath, fitness center, and beautifully landscaped gardens. UUsuario invitadoIf I could give ten stars I would. Fantastic location with B1 connected to subway. Excellent amenities although the onsen was weirdly located just next to shower area so u could see people showering as you soak in onsen. Other than that, hotel allowed us to leave our bags with them 2 days before check in. And when we checked out, a staff helped us with our luggage to the cab. Awesome service. Will definitely recommend.

AAhmad MostafaReception at 4 pm was slow and it was necessary for several guests to wait for the two reception people even though they had three other people greeting guests.
The nearby Shinkansen station provides easy access to the hotel which is an easy 5-10 minutes walk.
Wifi worked well and the air conditioning was good especially in the cold weather. Rooms are a good size and in good condition with above average views.
House keeping was also good, though guests need to request daily services by placing a card on the room door otherwise daily service is not provided.
The four lifts provided an efficient service. I didn’t have breakfast on this occasion but have had it in the past and it’s of a good quality and high standard. The staff are lovely and caring.
The location is good being near the main Shinkansen station. Beyond the station there are shopping centres and street malls with a variety of restaurants and shops to meet most people’s needs.
There are also many nearby restaurants that should suit most people’s cuisine, budget and type of food.
Buses and subway stations are nearby and provide access to various parts of the city. There are several attractions within 30-60 minutes of the hotel such as temples and museums.
Overall a pleasant stay and happy to visit again.

GgoddonaldWe had a wonderful stay at Okura Hotel Fukuoka! The staff were genuinely friendly and welcoming, and their warm hospitality made us feel right at home. The amenities were well-prepared and of great quality, and the housekeeping team was very thoughtful and attentive. The hotel has a gym, sauna, and swimming pool — entry requires an additional fee, but the pricing is reasonable.
We came to celebrate my dad’s birthday. Although no special decorations could be arranged, the hotel kindly prepared some birthday cookies as a gesture, which was very sweet. This hotel will definitely be my top choice whenever I visit Fukuoka again.
這次入住福岡大倉酒店的體驗非常棒！工作人員友善熱情，貼心的服務讓人有種回到家的感覺。酒店的設施準備周全、品質優良，客房清潔服務也非常細心周到。酒店設有健身室、桑拿和游泳池，使用需要額外收費，但價格合理。
這次是為了替父親慶祝生日而入住，雖然無法安排特別佈置，但酒店仍貼心準備了生日曲奇作為心意，讓人倍感溫暖。這家酒店一定會是我下次來福岡時的首選！

However, if you’re traveling with several pieces of luggage, the 15-minute walk from the station to the hotel can be a bit challenging. The hotel has long carpeted corridors, and with self-service luggage handling, getting to your room can feel quite demanding.
On the plus side, the airport is very close—taking a taxi costs less than USD 20, making it a quick and easy option. There are also many restaurants at the station, making dining very convenient.

GGordon Tan Kee KeongIf you like doing nothing and just staring at the sea this is the place for you. Located far away from the city, with not much around the vicinity. Service was good and friendly though especially with the few Nepalese staff they had. Spoke English and very service minded. the room we had was big. Nice big round jacuzzi bath. parking was free and enough slots. Breakfast was a Japanese set.

KKIRA E LYN OHWe arrived 2 hours before check-in and the rooms were already ready for us, hotel staff is very kind and accommodating as well. The hotel is well located, walking distance to fukuoka tower, paypay dome and MARKIS mall. We did not really experience much of the facilities and services offered by the hotel but there is a currency exchange machine located right at the lobby which was very convenient.
