la habitación era cuádruple y era muy amplia y las camas muy cómodas el baño tb estaba bien sencillo pero bien .El desayuno muy bien y el servicio cafetería también. La recepción esta todo el día abierto , nosotros teníamos que coger un taxi a la 4 de la mañana y enseguida llamaron y en dos minutos estaba en el hotel . Y la tarifa estándar de 35 euros para los cuatro .El uber nos digeron que no cogiéramos y tenían razón nos salía a 80 euros cuando hice u simulacro de reserva.

地點非常方便。去the mall 開車幾分鐘。酒店環境望上去非常安靜種了很多花。它在大路轉上去的一個坡上面。離馬路有點距離。也有停車場。包早餐 我們三個人住一號房，裏面有四個房間。二層高。 但晚上睡覺才發現有問題，馬路很多大車經過的時候，我房間聲音非常吵（已經關窗）每三分鐘一輛大車經過，整晚睡不好因為深夜安靜，車走過就很傳聲音。，他們還有二個樓，（總共三個樓）其他二個不知道吵不吵。如果不吵，這裏很不錯

La experiencia global es muy buena. El hotel está rodeado de jardines, el paisaje es hermoso y la piscina es también un gran punto de encendido. El hotel está a media hora del centro de la ciudad, la recepción ayuda a llamar un taxi y viajar es conveniente. Se sugiere elegir habitaciones de lujo o de alta calidad para el edificio principal, el espacio y la comodidad son muy buenos; ambos lados viven, las habitaciones clásicas son relativamente estrechas y las instalaciones son más básicas. Es muy recomendable para las personas que quieren experimentar una vida lenta en Florencia.

Greatly and centrally located near lots of places to eat, have a drink and visit. Parking outside wasn’t too complicated, just find a spot and pay. When we got there we only found one employee who couldn’t speak English and was a bit difficult to check in but regardless he was very nice, helpful and serviceable. He also helped us with figuring out how the parking worked. Room and bathroom were nice and spacious though the mini fridge didn’t really seemed to work. Other than that I pile stay again if I were in the area.

Villa Tortorelli is a charming mix between a bed-and-breakfast and a hotel. My experience here was mostly positive, and while there were a few minor issues, I could tell that the staff genuinely does their best to run the villa as smoothly as possible. However, it could be better explained to future guests to avoid any confusion. Not everyone will have a working phone or data plan when they arrive in Italy, and it’s important for the villa to have a backup plan in case guests are unable to connect. One simple suggestion would be to provide Wi-Fi access at the entrance of the villa and share the network name and password with guests before their arrival. This would make it easier for everyone to access the automated system without any issues. Room & Comfort I stayed in the Deluxe Suite, located on the first floor of a three-story villa, right next to the breakfast room. At first, I was concerned about noise, but the thick, heavy door completely blocked any sounds from the breakfast area. I never heard a thing in the morning. The room has blackout curtains that provide great privacy and darkness, which I really appreciated. The bathroom was newly renovated with luxury finishes, including stone walls that give it a high-end feel. The room was clean, and the daily housekeeping service kept everything spotless, with fresh towels replaced daily. One of the standout features of Villa Tortorelli is Karen, the person in charge of breakfast service and housekeeping. She is incredibly attentive and hardworking. She ensures that guests are well taken care of, and the breakfast is always well-prepared and served hot. Honestly, if they lose Karen, the villa would lose two stars in reviews. She is one of their greatest assets. Breakfast Experience The breakfast service was excellent. The food is prepared fresh every morning, and Karen makes sure there is always a variety of hot and cold options available. The breakfast room is cozy and inviting, with plenty of choices to start your day off right. The Villa’s Atmosphere & Location The villa is peaceful and surrounded by greenery, making it a relaxing place to stay. It’s also within walking distance of all the major tourist attractions in Florence, which makes it very convenient for exploring the city. One Minor Issue The only negative point during my stay was that the room felt quite cold when I first arrived. However, I reached out to the WhatsApp help service, and the heating system was adjusted quickly. Within a short time, the room felt much warmer and more comfortable. Final Thoughts Overall, Villa Tortorelli is a great option for those looking for a peaceful, well-located stay in Florence. The automated check-in system could use some improvement to avoid any potential issues for guests without a data plan, but aside from that, the rooms are clean and comfortable, the breakfast is excellent, and the staff is very attentive. Would I stay here again? Yes, especially for Karen’s service and the peaceful villa atmosphere!

Ótimo hotel, fica numa região próxima (20 minutos de carro) de Florença! Quarto ótimo com aquecedor central banheiro grande e chuveiro quente e com ótima pressão! Café da manhã muito bom. Espaço ótimo e atendimento sempre pronto a ajudar. Único ponto que não foi 100% foi o restaurante a noite com poucas opções e sabor um pouco sem graça da refeição. Voltaríamos com certeza.

En su mayoría gente joven, esta es una ciudad universitaria, el hotel ha preparado muchas actividades, la piscina en la azotea es imprescindible y se ofrece pasta gratis todas las noches de 18:30 a 19:30. Cada cama tiene una caja fuerte personal y puede obtener candados de equipaje gratuitos en la recepción. Después del check-out, puede guardar el equipaje por 1 euro hasta las 23:59 del mismo día. 3 paradas de tranvía hasta la estación de tren,

El hotel en general increíble. Muy limpio y tenía de todo incluso mi habitación venía con una terracita. Todo muy moderno e intuitivo. Cerca de la estación de tren que se puede ir caminando. Y de nuevo a 20-25min caminando de los lugares de interés turístico más interesantes. Desayuno bueno pero reducido en variedad. Lo único malo que le pondría sería por el aislamiento del ruido con la habitación de al lado. Mi habitación 415 con la que era vecina del 417 si no recuerdo mal. Entre estas dos habitaciones había una puerta que obviamente estaba cerrada; pero lo malo fue el “ruido” que genera y la falta de privacidad. Podía escuchar sin prestar atención casi todo lo que estaba haciendo. No culpo a los coreanos que estaban al lado riéndose, viendo videos,…; pero la verdad este aspecto se tendría que tener en cuanta para tener una experiencia mucho mejor. Todo lo demás fue perfecto.

very nice hotel with very bad breakfast...the bread was always old, and very very Hard beds... I could hardly sleep at night.... I have stayed in many different hotels but I have seen like this Hard bed
