Room & Comfort My room was spacious, beautifully appointed, and equipped with all the modern amenities I could need. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and I loved the thoughtful touches like the plush bathrobes and the aromatic in-room tea selection. Dining Experience The dining options at Taj Santa Cruz are truly outstanding. I especially enjoyed the breakfast buffet at Tiqri, which featured a delicious spread of both Indian and international favorites. The highlight of my dining experience was a memorable dinner at China Inc, where the flavors were authentic and the service was impeccable. Service The staff at Taj Santa Cruz went above and beyond to make my stay special. From the efficient check-in process to the friendly concierge who helped me with local tips, I felt genuinely cared for throughout my visit. Location & Convenience Situated conveniently near the Mumbai airport, the hotel is perfect for both business travelers and those with early flights. I really enjoyed my stay here! The team was warm and welcoming from the moment I arrived. The room was cozy and clean, with a comfortable bed that gave me a great night’s sleep. The hotel is in a very convenient location, and I loved the calm atmosphere. A few small improvements could make it even better, but overall, I would definitely stay here again.

From the panchal family, a big thanks to Perenia / Rashi / Mayank @ front desk, the wonderfully friendly night staff girl at the harbour bar and the super friendly & knowledgeable waiter from nagaland in the Indian restaurant. They made our stay effortless, memorable, and they showed they really do care. My mum had visited 50 years ago - I had no idea. No body said no, they just did their best to delight. Staff even come outside to say good bye. My parents loved being there, they still talk about it.

Excellent hotel. Brilliant rooms, very elegant feel with deep and plush beds and bathroom linen. Very good service at the front desk as well.

Lalit Mumbai was a delight to stay. Have stayed at Lalit Delhi and Lalit Udaipur before and have always had great experiences with this chain of hotels. Staff are always friendly and very helpful. We extended our checkout for late flight with ease. Thank you for your hospitality

El servicio es muy bueno y confiable. El desayuno buffet es muy rico, normalmente un poco más de las 10:30, El fin de semana durará hasta las 11 en punto.
