Very nice hotel and stay was good

Excellent rooms and very clean. Let down by unenthusiastic restaurant staff (some) ... who looked quite disinterested in customer service.

La habitación y las instalaciones estaban limpias y apropiadas para el precio. La comida era decente y agradable. En general, fue una estancia valiosa por el precio pagado ”.

Our stay at Taj Gandhinagar was a mixed experience. While the food was decent, it didn’t particularly stand out. The biggest issue we faced was with the electricity—there were frequent power disruptions, which caused the air conditioning to turn off multiple times throughout the night. As a result, we had to wake up at least five times just to switch it back on, making it quite difficult to get a restful sleep. For a hotel of this caliber, we expected a much smoother experience in terms of basic amenities.

I recently had the pleasure of staying in nilambaug palace in bhavnagar. It was absolutely unique and memorable. The heritage palace, rooted deeply in history, gives glimpses into the life of a royal. It transports you back in time with architecture cum grandeur the whole complex boasts in its expanse of lawns and intricate detailing. The rooms are spacious and well-kept, though they do give off an old-world charm, though some of the amenities can be a little modern to add comfort. The staff hospitality is commendable; they always kept looking at us attentively and ensured that our stay was comfortable. The food served at the in-house restaurant of this palace was delicious, offering a combination of traditional gujarati and other indian dishes, plus it adds to the royal ambiance while dining. The most striking feature is, of course, its serene atmosphere-a refreshing departure from the frenetic pace of city life. Despite it needing a few upgrades, especially relating to modern facilities, the charm of staying in a royal palace compensates well beyond these shortcomings. It is perfect for anyone who likes experiencing heritage and luxury, in touch with history.

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of the resort everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

Warm welcome with lovely smile on face like “Atithi Devo” by hotel staff. They managed to accommodate while early reaching at hotel. It’s excellent to stay either couple or family, location is perfect to get any local transportation, near by shopping malls and others. Even they have arrange the packed fresh breakfast when we left early morning. Even poolside sitting area can enjoy in the evening to get relaxation, Overall really enjoyed the stay and good to stay again.

Все хорошо, чисто, аккуратно. Еда очень вкусная и разнообразная. Из минусов только могу учесть 2: долго готовят, когда заказываешь еду в номер. И второе - то у них ремонт, то ли что, но шуметь начали в 6.30 утра

Great hotel with good service, outdoor areas would have been a better add on as there was nothing or nowhere to go on our lull times specially when pool and spa are already closed. But overall service is great and all the rest are very good especially if you are in business trip.

They tell me they would send a complimentary chocolate for my daughter before i return home. But nobody come. Well perhaps they might be forgeting about that. Too many guest to remember. Overall everything was nice.
