Reservé esta propiedad con la expectativa de reservar un hotel de 5 estrellas según lo listado y calificado, pero no valía la pena ni el dinero ni las calificaciones. La habitación no era acogedora ni estaba a la altura del estándar de un hotel de 5 estrellas de una ciudad metropolitana como Delhi. La habitación era como un hotel barato en Paharganj, normalmente puedes conseguir mejores habitaciones en Paharganj por mucho menos de lo que pagué aquí. Había mal olor a humedad de la alfombra y del ventilador del aire acondicionado. Le pedí al personal que rociara pero el mal olor persistía. Aterricé en IGI después de un viaje de 20 horas desde EE. UU. y me registré en este hotel a las 4 am. Pedí un té especial de jengibre fuerte, pero sirvieron té normal en bolsitas de té por valor de ₹ 550 por persona, fue totalmente inútil. Aunque el personal era agradable, solicité que me sirvieran el desayuno buffet en mi habitación, ya que tengo un niño pequeño y mi cónyuge no podía bajar al restaurante. Fueron muy amables al ayudarme a elegir BF y servirlo en la habitación. Me quejé del té mientras realizaba el check out, pero solo renunciaron al cargo por un pedido de cada 3 pedidos.

We booked the hotel just one day before our stay and got a reasonable price for it. The hotel located in Aerocity was quiet and the room and bed very comfortable. It was ideal for our last night in India. Breakfast had plenty of variety and was of a good standard. The in house taxi to the Airport is however expensive. In terms of service the main issue is that nobody answers their main advertised phone number

El personal del hotel está bien servido. El alimento es especialmente bueno para su barbacoa. Otros alimentos también son buenos. El cuarto tiene sabor de cabello, las instalaciones son algo viejas y, en general, están bien reguladas.

El buffet de desayuno era horrible, ¡absolutamente horrible! No había ni una sola pieza de pollo, y el 98% de la comida era india. Vimos a muchísimos extranjeros paseando por el buffet, mirando la comida sin saber qué comer. Lo impactante es que cuando pedimos en su restaurante, ¡la comida era cara, pero estaba deliciosa! Entonces, ¿cómo puede ser tan malo el buffet si la comida del restaurante es increíble? Realmente parece que lo están haciendo horrible a propósito para que la gente no lo coma. Además, las habitaciones estaban descuidadas y horribles; definitivamente no valían la pena. Lo único bueno fue el personal, que fue amable y educado. Pero en general, este lugar fue una gran decepción. ¡No volveré jamás!

Fue una buena estadía, excepto cuando me quedé con mi familia, nos hacen esperar hasta tarde en lugar de darnos las llaves tarde en la noche con una señora enferma conmigo. De lo contrario, estuvo bien.

stay is average. but the breakfast is teribble.. i stayed three days after having the pan cake and french toast i got food poisioning in the flight by the time to reaching japan got fever and loose motion… it was terrible….

Very friendly and attentive staff. Good service in all. The location of the hotel is very accessible with the work I was traveling for. Suite is very spacious and nice.

The hotel was gorgeous. Room was spacious,and shower was great. Their body soap smelled so good. Didn't have chance to use much but pool and gym looked very well taken care of, and restaurant was delicious and considering the atmosphere , it wasn't too expensive either. Breakfast had wide range of food,chai was great. Only thing was gym and pool would be inaccessible late night, I wish they would have told me that, and check in and out took longer compared to other hotels. Access wise it's close from airport but,there weren't any shops or restaurants in walkable area so really need to prepare to commit to the hotel.

¡Tuvimos una estancia maravillosa en el Novotel Aerocity Nueva Delhi! El hotel es moderno, limpio y muy bien ubicado cerca del aeropuerto. Las habitaciones son espaciosas y cómodas, y el personal es increíblemente amable y servicial, siempre haciendo todo lo posible para que nos sintiéramos como en casa. El desayuno buffet era muy variado y estaba delicioso. ¡Muy recomendable tanto para viajeros de negocios como de placer!

Our stay at the Taj Palace was very comfortable. When we arrived we were given a room far from the lift, but on request, they were able to move us to a room closer and with a pool view. The staff were very accommodating and polite. We didn't eat at the many restaurants at the Taj, but did have drinks in the outside bar area, they all looked amazing. Breakfast was good and had a good variety of fresh food available.
