El buffet de desayuno era horrible, ¡absolutamente horrible! No había ni una sola pieza de pollo, y el 98% de la comida era india. Vimos a muchísimos extranjeros paseando por el buffet, mirando la comida sin saber qué comer. Lo impactante es que cuando pedimos en su restaurante, ¡la comida era cara, pero estaba deliciosa! Entonces, ¿cómo puede ser tan malo el buffet si la comida del restaurante es increíble? Realmente parece que lo están haciendo horrible a propósito para que la gente no lo coma. Además, las habitaciones estaban descuidadas y horribles; definitivamente no valían la pena. Lo único bueno fue el personal, que fue amable y educado. Pero en general, este lugar fue una gran decepción. ¡No volveré jamás!

My 7th stay at Roseate House in Delhi once again affirmed my fondness for this property. Despite the rooms being a bit small, the overall atmosphere of the hotel remains exceptionally welcoming, exuding a nice vibe that is notably ***aged by a youthful and dynamic team. The breakfast continues to be a highlight, offering a delightful start to the day with its quality and variety. However, after staying here over the last four years, I've noticed a lack of significant changes or updates to the rooms. To maintain its appeal and comfort, it's time for the hotel to consider some renovation work in the rooms, ensuring that the physical environment matches the high standards of service and hospitality that keep me coming back.

The hotel is a decent property located at a prime location in New Delhi. The rooms are a tad bit small and look a little dated. The house keeping team does a fantastic job of cleaning up each day and it feels good to be back to a well made bed and clean room after a long work day. The key cards seem to be a recurring issue with them needing repeated activation. Breakfast spread is decent and not much to brag about. In room dining is pretty expensive and is quite a deterrent. But the location helps to overlook a lot of the minor inconveniences.

Hotel staff, rooms, service are perfect. But Aerocity is so special: very expensive everywhere ( and the hotel charges the transfer 2 times the price of taxi 🤔) and too many security check... I will not come back in Aerocity. I prefer the other side of Incredible India.....

Overall, Novotel New Delhi Aerocity delivers a refined hospitality experience with exceptional service standards. I truly appreciate the efforts of the entire team and look forward to returning in the future.

Room Very clean! Bed and pillows are comfortable. I chose one that’s far away from the lift, and on high floor with a city view. It was very quiet, and nice natural light! Shower and toilet were very clean. Strong powerful shower with very hot water available. Amenities Impressive that there’s a cafe that’s opened 24/7 downstairs that serves coffee, pastries and cakes. Gave a very good option in the middle of the night, and early morning should you need to grab something fast for an early morning flight. The coffee was good. Lovely swimming pool, meant to try it out. Location Excellent location only about 7 mins walk from the main shopping complex and restaurants. Very decent restaurants available there and the food court provides wide variety. I tried out a restaurant this time and it was lovely. Service House keeping - was very good. Early evening the team knocked on my door, very pleasant, and asked if I had any needs. Very thoughtful, and they tried best to make me comfortable. I had an enquiry about the smart tv functions. The gentleman came promptly, and was very helpful. Airport pick up Raju was very prompt, polite and friendly. Thank you! Especially appreciated that the pick up arrangement just had a sign of the hotel, vs having your name displayed on a big sign, which isn’t the case with many other hotels. Very thoughtful. (Others: Don’t really need two tables in the room. If it can be replaced with a couch/ sofa would even be better.) Overall: very comfortable stay, friendly staff, and will come again. Thank you!

Analicemos los pros y los contras: Ventajas: 1) Ubicación: 10/10; no hay nada mejor. 2) Servicio y calidad de la comida: 9/10; ambos estaban a la altura y eran buenos. 3) Registro temprano: nos dieron un registro temprano, lo cual se agradece mucho. Desventajas: 1) Estado de las habitaciones: 1/10; muy malo para el precio. En una habitación, el desagüe de la bañera estaba bloqueado con pelos. ¡Qué asco! En otra habitación, el grifo del lavabo principal estaba mal instalado y la ducha tenía un diseño tan deficiente que el agua corría por todas partes. 2) Servicio y capacidad de respuesta de la recepción: una simple solicitud tardó al menos 3 o 4 llamadas y una hora en ser resuelta. No es un 5 estrellas, ¿verdad? 3) Tamaño del baño: demasiado pequeño para lo que debería ser. 4) Servicios: muy básicos. Nada especial. Experiencia general promedio en un hotel de 3 a 4 estrellas con una ubicación de 5 estrellas.

I had a wonderful stay at the Pullman New Delhi Aerocity. The hotel is conveniently located near the airport, making it perfect for transit travelers and business trips. The rooms were modern, spacious, and very well maintained, with comfortable beds and great amenities. The staff provided excellent hospitality throughout my stay and were always professional and welcoming. The breakfast buffet had a wide selection of delicious food, and the dining experience overall was impressive. I also enjoyed the relaxing atmosphere and the hotel facilities, especially the gym and pool area. Overall, Pullman Aerocity offers a luxurious and comfortable experience, and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting New Delhi.
