El buffet de desayuno era horrible, ¡absolutamente horrible! No había ni una sola pieza de pollo, y el 98% de la comida era india. Vimos a muchísimos extranjeros paseando por el buffet, mirando la comida sin saber qué comer. Lo impactante es que cuando pedimos en su restaurante, ¡la comida era cara, pero estaba deliciosa! Entonces, ¿cómo puede ser tan malo el buffet si la comida del restaurante es increíble? Realmente parece que lo están haciendo horrible a propósito para que la gente no lo coma. Además, las habitaciones estaban descuidadas y horribles; definitivamente no valían la pena. Lo único bueno fue el personal, que fue amable y educado. Pero en general, este lugar fue una gran decepción. ¡No volveré jamás!

My 7th stay at Roseate House in Delhi once again affirmed my fondness for this property. Despite the rooms being a bit small, the overall atmosphere of the hotel remains exceptionally welcoming, exuding a nice vibe that is notably ***aged by a youthful and dynamic team. The breakfast continues to be a highlight, offering a delightful start to the day with its quality and variety. However, after staying here over the last four years, I've noticed a lack of significant changes or updates to the rooms. To maintain its appeal and comfort, it's time for the hotel to consider some renovation work in the rooms, ensuring that the physical environment matches the high standards of service and hospitality that keep me coming back.

I'm sure this hotel was beautiful back in its heyday, but clearly has not been renovated in decades. I would NOT stay here again. Top complaint: WiFi did not work the 3 days/nights that I stayed at the hotel and the staff was completely unhelpful in resolving this issue. This is *unacceptable* for business travelers and was a huge inconvenience. Medium complaint: The gym is far too small for a hotel with hundreds of guests. There was also only one yoga mat which had to be shared amongst many sweaty exercisers. Minor complaints: The rooms smell strange, the room decor is quite old-fashioned, and the bars of soap are very poor quality (and fluorescent green). Positives: The outdoor garden is lovely and the freshly made masala dosas at breakfast were tasty.

Hola a todos, hace poco visité el Holiday Inn de Nueva Delhi y me alojé allí dos días. Fue una experiencia maravillosa. El hotel está muy bien mantenido, limpio y cómodo. El ambiente era agradable y disfruté mucho de mi estancia. El clima y el ambiente en general hicieron que la experiencia fuera aún mejor. Sin duda, me gustaría volver a alojarme en este hotel la próxima vez que visite Delhi.

The Taj Mahal Delhi is a beautiful hotel with splendid decor and an old school ambience. However, some of the underlying cost cutting is noticeable. The breakfast buffet for example is anything but - with a handful of items such as bread and rudimentary cereal laid out but anything substantial needs to be ordered and it arrives in due time in small portions. It's awkward to know how many times can one order in the circumstances. Another example occured when I changed some currency at the hotel. I expected the rate to be bad and it was, but this was not an issue. I am happy to pay for luxury and convenience. However, what irked me slightly was when the staff explained that there was no change so she couldn't give me 60 INR. It's a very small amount but I felt it was a liberty - imagine offering currency exchange at an exorbitant rate but you don't have currency. Other than that we had a good stay. The pool was stunning as was my beautiful club suite. It was a very generous size and beautifully designed with views over the pool and Delhi beyond - a real oasis in noisy and bustling Delhi. The club lounge is ok but not really worth paying for - the timings for high tea etc are so inconvenient that you won't be able to use them. Overall, this was still a good stay and probably the best hotel for the price in this part of town.

¡Tuvimos una estancia maravillosa en el Novotel Aerocity Nueva Delhi! El hotel es moderno, limpio y muy bien ubicado cerca del aeropuerto. Es bastante satisfactorio y el servicio está bien, pero hay una sensación extraña indescriptible. Quizás sea porque todos son pasajeros que van al aeropuerto, por lo que la gente se registra y sale en cualquier momento, y todavía hay gente limpiando la habitación en el. madrugada.

El hotel en sí era agradable, pero como aficionado a la aviación, mi principal motivo para elegirlo fue la vista a la pista del aeropuerto de Delhi.
