we stay at 2 different type of rooms, first we got room 2011 then the third night we move to 1902, but we found used tissue on our bedsheet at room 1902.

A good and strategic hotel that provides rooms with 3 beds. Around the hotel area there are several delicious restaurants, one of which is Hainan Chicken. walking a little from the hotel there is an MRT station and in front of the hotel there is a bus stop. The Bugis area can also be reached by walking around 20 minutes from the hotel.

I had a pleasant stay in this hotel. The service was very good, with friendly staff. A variety of selections of the nice breakfast. Clean environment and good service in terms of security.

Location superb, close to main road, close to many malls and markets. Downside only room not really big compare to other hotels in palembang area. If you travel with kids can be quite hassle

The hotel is a bit far from the city center, but I chose it because it’s conveniently located near my workplace. I was really impressed with the cleanliness, comfort, and service. Everything was excellent. The amenities were complete, the staff were attentive, and the overall experience truly felt like a genuine five-star stay. However, I was a bit surprised to learn that a deposit of Rp500,000 per room was required upon check-in, as this information was not mentioned on Trip.com. It would be helpful if this detail were clearly stated in advance for guests’ convenience. Even though it’s not right in the heart of the city, transportation is easy since online taxis are readily available. Getting to the city center or exploring nearby attractions was no problem at all. Overall, it was a pleasant and comfortable stay. Definitely a hotel I’d consider returning to.

El hotel está muy bien situado en Palembang. La habitación es muy agradable y muy agradable. La piscina es pequeña pero no hay preocupación los niños tienen mucho placer jugar. I stayed with my wife and 2 children (2 rooms) at the hotel. The hotel service seemed unprepared to handle the large number of guests. The breakfast room was very small and unable to accommodate guests, as well as the limited food options. We had to wait 15 minutes in front of the reception with other guests to get a seat for breakfast. Towels at the swimming pool were also unavailable. The parking area was quite spacious behind the building, but there was a lot of trash and construction debris. Otherwise, it was standard for a 4-star hotel.
