Tuvimos una estancia muy agradable. Llegamos el sábado y nos relajamos un rato en la habitación hasta que bajamos a la piscina, pero las puertas estaban cerradas a las 18:35. Sin embargo, todavía había gente nadando, así que preguntamos en recepción y la recepcionista nos dijo que la última entrada era a las 18:15 y que cerraban a las 19:00 los sábados. Si nos lo hubieran dicho al registrarnos, habríamos ido y aprovechado hasta las 19:00. Más tarde, fuimos al bar a cenar y la comida estaba bien para el precio, con varias opciones. Después volvimos a la habitación y dormimos plácidamente sin quejas. Nos despertamos por la mañana y decidimos no añadir el desayuno por 11 libras por persona, ya que al registrarnos nos dijeron que debíamos bajar a desayunar a las 8:45. Siendo el Día de la Madre y con el cambio de hora, era imposible que llegáramos a tiempo, así que decidimos dormir un poco más y dejar la habitación a las 11:00. Después, fuimos a la sauna, al baño turco y a la piscina, que estuvieron muy bien, relajantes y nos dejaron con una sensación de frescura. Un paquete de bienvenida en la habitación sería ideal para los huéspedes, con toda la información necesaria, como los horarios de cierre de la piscina y el gimnasio, y los horarios de las comidas. Además, el personal del bar estaba de muy mal humor.

A really lovely hotel and country club which is tucked away in the beautiful countryside of West Sussex. The driveway is a wonderful welcome with all the purple rhododendrons in bloom. The decor of the entire hotel was contemporary mixed with tradition - loved it. We had amazing service which made us feel very welcome. We stayed in a family room within the hotel with an amazing view of the golf course (9th tee) - it was perfect; beautiful interior, comfortable bed and pillows, fluffy towels, great balcony, tea/coffee and biscuits and lovely toiletries. It had a lovely country cosy feel to the room and the entirety of the hotel. The service in the restaurant was brilliant and super friendly and the breakfast was superb - the perfect amount of choices. The view from restaurant was brilliant, the first tee! We used the health club in particular the pool, sauna and jacuzzi. The changing rooms and showers were clean and spacious. The staff were very friendly and helpful as was the family cat 😊. The only slight down side was the swimming pool closed at 5:30pm for children. The golf pros in the golf shop were super friendly and made us feel welcome. We were pleasantly surprised how lovely this hotel was after booking very last minute, it was very reasonable and we would definitely stay again and recommend to friends and family. Good option price/qualitywise if you need to stay next to Gatwick. Cheap to reach by bus, but with a lot of luggage it had to be a taxi, so mind this expense. The room is quite alright, and nice to have access to the pool of you are travelling with kids. The food at the restaurant is not great, and room service is not included in the price of ordering food there. So if you are planning on eating dinner, ordering from other places in Crawley. Breakfast was ok though, quite standard.

Reservamos durante la noche para sorprender a la familia que estuvo en Butlins durante la semana. El hotel está muy cerca de Bulins y el personal estaba muy feliz, muy refresco. La vista del mar desde el hotel fue espectacular y la capacidad de reservar la pequeña piscina en el hotel fue un bonus adicional. Definitivamente volveremos a reservar

We had a great night stay at Baliffscourt, we did however find the spa busy, all the loungers reserved with towels but few people actually on them. We therefore spent the duration using the facilities which are all fab. The staff are helpful, attentive and we really enjoyed the breakfast! Overall a great stay.

The stay was close to perfect. Very nice spa, beautiful ground, high quality restaurants, good service. The room did get a bit too hot on a 30 degree day despite the electric fan provided by the hotel.

Felt like a princess staying in this lovely room. Everything I needed, friendly staff, and a lovely cooked to order breakfast in the morning. A true British manor house experience.

Este hotel es una joya real muy limpia espacioso y bienvenido en la entrada dormitorio era muy espacioso y limpio encantador grande baño también La piscina y el jacuzzi también eran perfectos y muy limpios. El desayuno tenía una buena selección y recomendaría quedarme aquí si yo soy la zona como por la tarifa que se comparaba con otros hoteles cerca del aeropuerto de Gatwick, realmente fue una verdadera búsqueda y seguramente me quedaría aquí otra vez Muchos estacionamientos de coches que es gratuito para que no añada costos adicionales durante la noche Este es un verdadero hallazgo perfecto para cualquier persona que necesita acceso al aeropuerto de Gatwick a menores costos que los hoteles cerca del aeropuerto.
