I stay here once a year as it is not far from the NEC in Birmingham. The location of the hotel is perfect as so close to the motorway but feels like you are in countryside as so quiet and relaxing. It could probably do with a little TLC as the some of the furniture in my room was looking a little tired but still very clean. The staff are lovely and helpful with good service. I have been to this hotel many times over the years and only used the swimming pool once which is the only downside to this place. I would not use again as not the relaxing hotel experience I anticipated as was very busy. Priority appears to be given to the paying public over hotel residents and the changing room was disgusting with used towels piled high on the floor. Staff were stood around having a laugh with their mates and had to interrupt to ask where to get towels then had to ask another member of the public how to open the lockers. I would continue to use this hotel but wouldn’t risk the swimming pool again.

Good location close to M42, free parking onsite, easy access to reception check in was straightforward lifts to all floors and the room was perfect clean and warm. self service for buffet breakfast good variety for every taste. would recommend this hotel to friends and family.

Estado en casa para un matrimonio. Buen lugar - cerca de las autopistas. Mucho estacionamiento. Recomendaria y permanecer de nuevo si en la zona.

Overall a nice hotel but a couple of plasters were in the pool which wasn’t pleasant but the staff sorted straight way.

Hyatt Rengency Hotel Birmingham is a very nice and cozy hotel with great facilities. It offers halal food, and prayer mats are available upon request, which I really appreciated. The leisure facilities are lovely, with a heated swimming pool, steam room, sauna, jacuzzi, and spa. However, my stay was let down by the fact that the room did not have a smart TV as mentioned on the website, which caused a lot of wasted time considering that I planned to stay in most of the times. The hotel eventually upgraded us (to a similar room just a few floors higher) after several contact made to reception and a long wait, but I’m grateful to Kenza for her assistance. On checkout, Nandini was very kind and offered support for my next visit as a gesture for the inconvenience. There's also an issue with parking, which operates on a first come first serve basis. So if you park your car on day 1 and say you're staying for 3 days, you have to pay for the parking for 3 days ahead which is £27 for 24hr. During these days if you happen to take your car out and come back with no free parking space, you lose your money. Your slot is not reserved. It would be better if they charge us for parking when we are leaving the car park rather than making us pay in advance. Overall, a comfortable hotel with excellent amenities, but clearer information on room facilities would have made the stay much smoother. I would have come better prepared.

El hotel es muy bueno para el precio. La habitación era buena y el desayuno era agradable. No hay quejas reales, diré que el diseño es un poco difícil de descubrir la margen del edificio es bastante grande.

Amazing Hotel. from start to finish. Underground carpark included in my room rate which included electrical car charging via pod point. Check on was straight forward. We was allocated level 4 room Patronas which had two double beds we had requested twin room so this was perfect. bathtub with rain shower over. Espa products which where nice. 60 inch TV in the lounge area with separate sofa. breakfast in the Sky lounge on 5th floor which was superb. full traditional buffet with the added bonus of Al a carte. hotel has a brilliant casino on the Saturday evening the had great live singers. Food in the casino was first class and the badmr was responsibly priced. Spa area had outside hot tub. pool saina steam room. all very clean and beautiful. onto of this the hitel is situated on resort world so lots to do from shopping in the outlet. peppa pig world for younger families. tutankhamen and Titanic experiences. The National Exhibition Centre. BP Pulce. music venue. outstanding service, location and service. I will be back.

Buen hotel. Reservé la habitación superior con cama extragrande. Habitación agradable con algunos problemas. El techo del baño es bastante bajo, así que cuando estás de pie en la bañera, mi cabeza estaba bastante cerca del techo. Mido alrededor de 1,88 m. La ducha en sí es bastante buena. Había una grieta en la pared de la ducha que necesita ser reparada. Tal vez instalar una ducha a ras de suelo sería mejor. La habitación estaba limpia y era espaciosa. Usan dos camas y las unen para hacer una cama tamaño king. Es incómodo para dormir, ya que las camas tienden a separarse ligeramente al dormir, por lo que te hundes un poco en el medio. Deberían haberlo dejado más claro. Sería mucho mejor si tuvieran una cama tamaño king adecuada. La vista era realmente agradable desde la habitación. El desayuno era adicional y estaba muy bueno. Es un desayuno tipo buffet. El personal era amable y servicial. Aunque no lo usé, las instalaciones del spa estaban incluidas en el precio, lo cual es bueno. Hay mucho estacionamiento disponible y seguro. El hotel cierra las puertas a medianoche, pero puedes pulsar el timbre y te dejarán entrar. El hotel en sí es un edificio protegido, por lo que no tiene ascensores, pero probablemente puedas pedir ayuda si llevas el equipaje. El hotel en sí es hermoso. ¿Volvería a visitarlo? Sí

Pool and changing rooms were a little bit ‘tired’ looking. Rusty lockers. Tiles in the pool slippery and a bit dirty. Staff at pool was lovely and friendly. Very helpful and welcoming.  Breakfast and bar food were delicious. Breakfast staff very helpful, polite and attentive. We loved the air conditioning in the room. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Absolutely smashing. Myself and sister visited ( it’s our most favourite hotel whenever I come visit her) for my birthday treat. Honestly all the great great team can never do enough for you x They make our stay.  Huge thanks this visit to Josh, Charlotte and Debs ( looking fab Debs. Haven’t seen you in ages) and all the team xxx  We always relax in the spa , then enjoy the  lounge and tasty dinner later. It’s just the best, and especially this special birthday visit. Huge thanks to everyone at the hotel. You made my birthday really special xxxxxxx
