Hoteles con piscina en West Midlands, Reino Unido

I stay here once a year as it is not far from the NEC in Birmingham. The location of the hotel is perfect as so close to the motorway but feels like you are in countryside as so quiet and relaxing. It could probably do with a little TLC as the some of the furniture in my room was looking a little tired but still very clean. The staff are lovely and helpful with good service. I have been to this hotel many times over the years and only used the swimming pool once which is the only downside to this place. I would not use again as not the relaxing hotel experience I anticipated as was very busy. Priority appears to be given to the paying public over hotel residents and the changing room was disgusting with used towels piled high on the floor. Staff were stood around having a laugh with their mates and had to interrupt to ask where to get towels then had to ask another member of the public how to open the lockers. I would continue to use this hotel but wouldn’t risk the swimming pool again.

Good location close to M42, free parking onsite, easy access to reception check in was straightforward lifts to all floors and the room was perfect clean and warm. self service for buffet breakfast good variety for every taste. would recommend this hotel to friends and family.

Location-wise, one would need to drive for easy access. Hotel being part of Holiday Inn chain was cleanly kept and well serviced. However a good portion of the rooms do not have air conditioning - I was told by the reception that the central unit was broken down. It seems the hotel is not trying at all to fix it as a Google feedback left by another customer mentions the same thing.

Good price for hotel with pool and sauna in Birmingham, reasonable room size, simple breakfast; but room price changed constantly until you landed payment page

I recently stayed at DoubleTree by Hilton Coventry and had a pleasant experience overall. The hotel was clean and well maintained, and the rooms were comfortable with good facilities. The staff were professional and helpful throughout the stay, making check in and general requests smooth and efficient. Overall, a reliable and comfortable option for a short stay.

We had a fantastic relaxing one night stay. The rooms were lovely and spacious. The food in the Scotts bar was amazing. And the staff were so friendly. We will definitely be back again. The use of the spa facilities and towels was an added bonus.

Where do I begin. The hotel itself is in a nice part of town surrounded by the Aston Uni. Hotel/Conference center shares its space with the Uni Law building, but in itself it’s actually quiet. The issues begin with the room itself. It’s a spacious, but there is no air conditioning… which is not great if you’re baking in this freak heatwave. The windows don’t open too far, and can’t be opened more than 2 inches “due to health and safety”. The cleanliness of the room was practically nonexistent, down to housekeeping flipping the sheets to hide a stain, shower gel marks on the shower from the previous guest wasn’t cleaned, a chocolate stain on a towel in the bathroom and lastly a crusty tissue covered with something I’d rather not touch, that was next to the spare pillows on the storage unit and the fact that our used spoons/cups in the room weren’t replaced with clean ones when housekeeping reset our room while we were out for the day. Dust in the room was also a serious problem, but again this could be due to the lack of good ventilation. These are a few issues which I wouldn’t consider to be common practice, since this is usually taken care of during daily housekeeping when staying more than one night, so I was disappointed with the lack of care taken. The front desk staff were friendly enough though.

Genting Hotel is a highly rated hotel known for its excellent location, modern rooms, and direct access to Resorts World, the NEC, and Birmingham Airport. Guests generally praise the cleanliness, facilities, and friendly staff, although some feel the room rates and extra charges are expensive. Overall, it is a comfortable and convenient choice for both business and leisure travelers.

I absolutely loved my stay here! The place was spotless and smelled wonderfully fresh. I really appreciated the free parking for residents too. Everything I needed was right there, and many things had clear instructions on the wall, so I didn’t have to bother reception all the time. The mini fridge was a big plus, especially for storing drinks and medication—something I rarely find in hotels these days, which is so helpful for diabetics like me. The spa was fantastic as well. I definitely look forward to coming back again!
