The young girl working in the Lounge area, I don’t know her name but she was in her early 20’s and wearing glasses, needs a pat on the back she was pleasant, hard working and polite. She was serving drinks in the Lounge area and then in between time assisted in the Restaurant. If she isn’t management material then no-one is !

Si es su propio automóvil, se recomienda a esta casa, porque después de todo hay una distancia de la antigua ciudad de York, cerca del campo de caballo, pero también porque hay una distancia de las atracciones turísticas, esta es la mejor instalaciones del hotel reservado en el Reino Unido por el mismo precio. Good location, short walking distance into town. Room size is comfortable for two pax. Broken shower was not informed to us when checking in. Had to shower over the bath that had no showering curtain, this made the entire toilet wet and potentially slippery. It will also be inconvenient if someone is unable to climb in and out of a bath easily. Towels were not provided, requested via the QR code. However, after waiting awhile, we had to go down to lobby to remind the staff of our request. It was then promptly addressed.

The hotel is perfectly situated for exploring sights of Harrogate everything very nearby! From checking in and our room available early with welcome cookies which were warm and amazing to checkout the staff could not be more helpful! The room was on the third floor clean, tidy and well presented. The gym and spa facilities were all good and nice to use and relax especially on a Sunday evening! The breakfast was buffet with a selection of hot and cold options the parcel machine was my favourite fresh pancakes which were delicious! This hotel is huge but it's well maintained clean tidy and such an enjoyable experience for our anniversary!

My experience from entrance to reception was excellent, making me feel instantly at ease. It was clear that all staff members were dedicated and proud of their work, consistently going out of their way to assist guests. The breakfasts were truly wonderful and delicious! I especially want to commend Steve, the breakfast chef, whose outstanding cooking was matched only by his incredibly cheerful smile.

Sadly had three rooms due to some issues reguardless how clean they were and a smell coming from the bathroom, third room was ok and had a nice view over looking the sea and Scarborough harbour, pool and spa a nice touch and the staff were all friendly plenty of choice on the menu for food, just needs to address a few issues to make this worthy of it's 4 star rating and that to me should be considered luxury where as this felt more just above average but not luxury 3.5 / 5 location amazing staff amazing let down by the fire alarm going off which steam was to blame air vents were dirty this needs looking at, house keeping need to work more alongside maintenance to ensure issues are addressed. Safe in second room was broken but maintenance did sort this and were very friendly, reception and spa staff all excellent, can't comment on the food but had plenty of choice and had we not made plans we would of considered the curry night the hotel had on. Over all 3.5 / 5

Este hotel está situado a las afueras de York, no lejos de la alta velocidad. Si vive aquí, le sugiero que instale un spa. El hotel tiene un gran ambiente y un típico jardín inglés con césped. El estacionamiento es gratis. Ordene el desayuno para el desayuno.

Our third stay at The Feversham Arms Hotel.  We were allocated a pool suite which was excellent.  Apparently the hotel is up for sale, the administrators have been brought in.  Hopefully the new owners will be found and after a few tweaks here and there the hotel will be five stars.
