The hotel is perfectly situated for exploring sights of Harrogate everything very nearby! From checking in and our room available early with welcome cookies which were warm and amazing to checkout the staff could not be more helpful! The room was on the third floor clean, tidy and well presented. The gym and spa facilities were all good and nice to use and relax especially on a Sunday evening! The breakfast was buffet with a selection of hot and cold options the parcel machine was my favourite fresh pancakes which were delicious! This hotel is huge but it's well maintained clean tidy and such an enjoyable experience for our anniversary!

Sadly had three rooms due to some issues reguardless how clean they were and a smell coming from the bathroom, third room was ok and had a nice view over looking the sea and Scarborough harbour, pool and spa a nice touch and the staff were all friendly plenty of choice on the menu for food, just needs to address a few issues to make this worthy of it's 4 star rating and that to me should be considered luxury where as this felt more just above average but not luxury 3.5 / 5 location amazing staff amazing let down by the fire alarm going off which steam was to blame air vents were dirty this needs looking at, house keeping need to work more alongside maintenance to ensure issues are addressed. Safe in second room was broken but maintenance did sort this and were very friendly, reception and spa staff all excellent, can't comment on the food but had plenty of choice and had we not made plans we would of considered the curry night the hotel had on. Over all 3.5 / 5

Me and partner stayed at the milner for one evening, The hotel inside is lovely and very clean The staff are very helpful and polite. The room we stayed in was in the sidings and although not in the main part of the hotel it was quite nice for our short stay and the corridor from the main hotel to the sidings is very helpful and protects you from the weather especially in the colder months. We will definitely stay again and hopefully get to stay in the main hotel building next time round.

Es como un hotel retro en una película, hay una recepción en la puerta. Recuerda hacer el check-in a las tres de la tarde, si llegas temprano, primero te pedirán que guardes tu equipaje en el hotel y hagas el check-in. Después de las tres. El hotel está muy cerca de la estación, justo en la calle. Lo vi nada más entrar en la muralla de la ciudad. Está muy cerca del casco antiguo de York y de la Catedral. Camine hasta Shambles Street. Hay tanta gente comprando pequeños fantasmas. Si lo necesita, haga cola a las 9 en punto. Bueno, hay muchos lugares para comer en el mercado al lado de Butcher Street. Puedes almorzar aquí cuando te canses de caminar.

La recepción de Kelsey cambió nuestra habitación porque no había baño en la primera habitación. El personal del hotel estaba muy vestido. La comida en el desayuno era excelente. Estamos dos noches en Macleod. La única cosa negativa era si no había reservado una pausa de spa, tuviera que pagar 30 libras cada uno para usar la piscina.

El hotel está situado en una zona muy grande, justo fuera del centro de York, cerca del parque de carreras (que se encuentra en el centro de York), y está bien mantenido y bien decorado. El desayuno es excelente y la piscina es muy agradable para una relajada pausa.

Really nice place , brilliant value, clean rooms with nice bathroom products all the staff really pleasant helga on reception was lovely and the spa was a bonus with free towels and padlocks at the spa reception paid a lot more for a lot less great parking for £6 def use them again rooms are really well appointed , safe, iron hairdryer good amount of teas coffees and milk only minus is it could use a fridge
