The hotel is well located for the city centre, there were no bottles of water in our room but we saw other rooms had water when I requested for it I was told the tap water was good enough to drink but there was no sign in the room stating this. I had to ask for bathrobes and slippers The bathroom showed signs of tiredness with some mould in areas Overall the staff were very friendly and helpful

No hay estacionamiento en este establecimiento y no hay desahuciamiento disponible en momentos en que sus camiones de mantenimiento y entrega pueden tomar el pequeño espacio cortado en el piso delantero. Las habitaciones son limpias, pero el decorado es un trabajo de parche a lo largo de todo. El ruido del tranvía es horrible y a lo largo de la noche como las ventanas no sonoproof. En nuestra habitación el calefacción estaba fuera de orden y se pusieron en su lugar radiadores llenos de aceite. Los equipos de televisión tienen la opción de canales de televisión o de conectarse al teléfono: el mal aire impidió ver la mayoría de los canales y la televisión sólo conectada a los androides del personal y no a nuestros iPhones. No hay opciones para aplicaciones como youtube o netflix y los niños tienen que divertirse en su tablet. La sala majestuosa de sus fotos no estaba a ningún lado.

Good thing is the car parking at weekend is free. The breakfast very usual level. Dont have expectation on it. There is on site starbuck. If u want to have better breakfast you may consider having at starbuck (but it open at 8am ) rather than at hotel. There are only 1 big bar + restaurant nearby. The food is usual bar level quality but the price is lower than average. Around 13 to 15 for a main course.

I stayed at the Village Hotel Manchester Cheadle from the 20th to the 21st and accidentally left my Oral-B electric toothbrush and La Mer face wash on the bed. These are high-value items, and I immediately called the hotel on Sunday morning, fully expecting them to be professional and help me retrieve my belongings. Instead, I was met with complete indifference and disregard. Despite their company policy stating that lost items should be returned if found, I was simply told that nothing had been discovered in the room. I am 100% certain I left them on the bed, but instead of investigating further, the staff dismissed my concerns and didn’t even bother to follow up. As a paying customer, I expected a level of care and responsibility, but I received none. The worst part is that when I asked for an update, they merely shrugged it off, stating that “if they could find it, they would have by now,” despite less than 24 hours having passed since my stay. This lack of effort, urgency, and empathy from the hotel is shocking and unacceptable. It feels as though they couldn’t be bothered to take my situation seriously or value me as a guest. I will not be returning, and I urge others to avoid this hotel if you expect any kind of respect or attention to detail regarding your belongings.

It’s not 5 star… Probably a hard review to write, if it had a title it would be “imbalanced” Food and drink were excellent and service staff in both areas were on point  Front of desk were a mixed bag but again majority were on point, had 2 rooms(1 an upgrade) both had tired woodwork and fittings that fell apart and a mini bar (empty) with the fascia falling off You pay 5 star prices and don’t get 5 star package, arrived early so was ok not getting my room but to sit and watch in excess of 50 people get checked in after me and still not get my assigned room after 3pm is poor at best  Upgraded to a suite when we complained about the overall room and experience after being told our original room is an held as an upgrade for others but I had already paid for this level of room may months ago… Breakfast, food and in restaurant was superb but was challenged at the front as they had no record of my having already prepaid for breakfast which I then had to show them proof from my booking details  We felt judge on arrival which made us feel uncomfortable and felt like as we hadn’t booked direct then we were held back in room allocation  We won’t be back as stayed in much better hotels in the area at a much cheaper price, as said “imbalanced”

Stayed here before our morning flight and it was great. Couldn't get a better location, since it's inside the terminal complex. We stayed in a runway view room and it was cool to see the planes landing and taking off, and it wasn't much extra for the runway room compared to a normal. Staff were lovely at check in and the room was comfy and completely silent.

A great place to stay over! Nice clean and and well taken care of..gentleman at night was friendly when checking in and helpful with access to spa facilities

En primer lugar, la ubicación del hotel es impecable. Puede caminar hasta la estación de tren Victoria en unos siete minutos, caminar hasta la catedral de Manchester en unos dos minutos y caminar hasta el centro comercial en unos tres minutos. beber y entretenimiento son muy convenientes. La ubicación es excelente. En segundo lugar, el servicio del hotel es muy bueno, desde la recepción hasta el personal de limpieza y el personal de mantenimiento, el servicio es bastante bueno, especialmente el personal de limpieza vio que mi ropa lavada no tenía dónde secar y me proporcionó un piso. -Tendedero de ropa de pie. Lo limpio cada siete días y siempre está bastante limpio. El hotel cuenta con gimnasio y piscina. Puede elegir diferentes tipos de habitaciones según las necesidades del cliente. Hay lavadoras, lavavajillas, microondas, hornos e incluso ollas y sartenes en la habitación, lo que es adecuado para viajes de negocios de larga duración o. Estancias cortas para turismo. 👍!
