En mi reciente estancia en este hotel, me encontré con la experiencia general de la mejor calidad de los equipos y mobiliario, pero había áreas que necesitaban mejoras. El hotel es agradable, pero mejorar el servicio y el limpieza de la habitación mejoraría significativamente la experiencia de los huéspedes. El hotel está situado en el centro de la ciudad, donde se encuentra el centro de la ciudad. No se han proporcionado botellas de agua en la habitación inicialmente, sólo se han dado a petición y sólo se han proporcionado dos botellas pequeñas. A pesar de haber pedido eso dos veces durante 4 noches, el limpiador sólo cambió las hojas una vez y se olvidó de sacar el vacío de los bins, sustituir las toallas o limpiar el baño. El desayuno se presentaba con belleza con varias opciones, pero desafortunadamente permaneció el mismo día sin variación. Algunas zonas eran particularmente pobres. Por ejemplo, los huevos abrasados tenían un olor distinto y eran demasiado apetecidos. Añadir tomates o simplemente variar las opciones cada uno de los días habría mejorado la experiencia. Al llegar a ella, nos dimos cuenta que ya estaba entrando. Esto ocurrió dos veces y el día siguiente decidimos que la puerta se quedaba en la cadena por razones de privacidad. En los hoteles que hemos estado en el hotel, la privacidad es de la máxima preocupación para el personal y nunca se arriesgarían a abrir la puerta cerrada de alguien sin asegurarse.

We stayed at the midland for a weekend get away. We arrived late are we were still met with nothing but smiles from the staff. The bar has a great selection, additionally giving a great opportunity for a spa day! We were even given complimentary late check out 😁

Good thing is the car parking at weekend is free. The breakfast very usual level. Dont have expectation on it. There is on site starbuck. If u want to have better breakfast you may consider having at starbuck (but it open at 8am ) rather than at hotel. There are only 1 big bar + restaurant nearby. The food is usual bar level quality but the price is lower than average. Around 13 to 15 for a main course.

I stayed at the Village Hotel Manchester Cheadle from the 20th to the 21st and accidentally left my Oral-B electric toothbrush and La Mer face wash on the bed. These are high-value items, and I immediately called the hotel on Sunday morning, fully expecting them to be professional and help me retrieve my belongings. Instead, I was met with complete indifference and disregard. Despite their company policy stating that lost items should be returned if found, I was simply told that nothing had been discovered in the room. I am 100% certain I left them on the bed, but instead of investigating further, the staff dismissed my concerns and didn’t even bother to follow up. As a paying customer, I expected a level of care and responsibility, but I received none. The worst part is that when I asked for an update, they merely shrugged it off, stating that “if they could find it, they would have by now,” despite less than 24 hours having passed since my stay. This lack of effort, urgency, and empathy from the hotel is shocking and unacceptable. It feels as though they couldn’t be bothered to take my situation seriously or value me as a guest. I will not be returning, and I urge others to avoid this hotel if you expect any kind of respect or attention to detail regarding your belongings.

It’s not 5 star… Probably a hard review to write, if it had a title it would be “imbalanced” Food and drink were excellent and service staff in both areas were on point  Front of desk were a mixed bag but again majority were on point, had 2 rooms(1 an upgrade) both had tired woodwork and fittings that fell apart and a mini bar (empty) with the fascia falling off You pay 5 star prices and don’t get 5 star package, arrived early so was ok not getting my room but to sit and watch in excess of 50 people get checked in after me and still not get my assigned room after 3pm is poor at best  Upgraded to a suite when we complained about the overall room and experience after being told our original room is an held as an upgrade for others but I had already paid for this level of room may months ago… Breakfast, food and in restaurant was superb but was challenged at the front as they had no record of my having already prepaid for breakfast which I then had to show them proof from my booking details  We felt judge on arrival which made us feel uncomfortable and felt like as we hadn’t booked direct then we were held back in room allocation  We won’t be back as stayed in much better hotels in the area at a much cheaper price, as said “imbalanced”

The hotel is only a 5-7 minute walk (all indoors) from the arrivals section of Manchester's T2. Importantly, it is only about a 5min walk to the train station where you can take a 30min train ride into the city. The return trip for my wife and I was just under GBP16.00. Despite proximity to the airport, we didn't hear any planes at all! The rooms were modern, well furnished, bright and comfortable. The toilets were spotlessly clean and importantly the beds were very comfortable. Note that if you have a lot of luggage, there is a luggage trolley ”rental” thing right outside the doors of the hotel. BUT DON'T DO THIS! Instead, just go to the ground floor of the train station (5min walk away) and pick up a luggage trolley for free instead of paying EUR2.00 for the ”rental” of one. Check-in was not an issue and Alexandra handled the process very well despite the 'trainee' tag on her jacket. If I need to stay at an airport hotel in Manchester in the future, this is no doubt for me the one I'd book.

My husband and I booked this hotel to stay on the celebration of our daughter’s wedding and we were very impressed with all aspects of it the location was beautiful and all public areas were stunningly dressed to celebrate the festive period food and service in bars and breakfasts a very high standard the room we had was also very nice the only small thing that let it down was cobwebs and the amount of dust in corners and behind the tv apart from that a very pleasant experience Mrs D Langley

A great place to stay over! Nice clean and and well taken care of..gentleman at night was friendly when checking in and helpful with access to spa facilities

Great place to stay with nice apartments and a jacuzzi with sauna. Well located as well close to everything. Sainsburys across rhe road too. Great for someone who is tired of staying at hotels and wants an actual experience as part of the stay.
