Hotel is across the street from the Underground Station. It's very convenient to get to Heathrow airport by public transportation. The rooms are basic but felt modern. The area around the hotel feels safe. There's not a lot of food options and all restaurants nearby are closed by 10pm.

Una visita absolutamente increíble para el cumpleaños de mi novia. El equipo se esforzó mucho para organizar una habitación increíble con globos y bombones. El equipo de recepción fue muy amable e incluso nos permitió dejar nuestras maletas antes de registrarnos para poder salir a almorzar. Una estancia absolutamente increíble. No puedo esperar a reservar mi próxima visita. Las instalaciones del spa eran increíbles, la piscina estaba muy limpia y nos proporcionaron toallas limpias. No podría recomendar este hotel lo suficiente. Muchas gracias, hicieron que nuestra estancia fuera muy especial.

I recently stayed at this hotel for a 3-night visit while travelling to London for medical treatment. I specifically chose this property because it advertised a gym and steam room, which I needed to support my recovery. Unfortunately, these facilities were completely out of service on arrival, and at no point before or during booking was I informed that they were unavailable. This was extremely disappointing given that these facilities were the main reason for choosing this hotel. Prior to booking, I had also explained that I have several allergies and requested that something I brought with me be heated up upon arrival. When I asked at reception, the young gentleman was unsure and checked with a colleague, whom I assume was his line manager. Despite the fact that the item could’ve been baby food and that my allergies were noted on my booking, the response was dismissive, and no questions or context were asked, the female receptionist didn’t even look up from the screen as she answered. I fully appreciate the importance of avoiding cross-contamination in hotel kitchens, but the lack of communication or willingness to understand the situation felt unnecessarily unhelpful. When I raised the issue regarding the closed facilities, the hotel did not provide any solution or meaningful support, and they also failed to respond to Trip.com for more than 24 hours, even though we were due to check out the next morning. This lack of communication made the situation more frustrating and felt very unprofessional. To their credit, Trip.com stepped in where the hotel didn’t and resolved the issue the best way they could. However, the hotel’s customer service and failure to provide advertised amenities fell well below expectations for a Radisson-branded property. The room itself was clean, house keeping staff very helpful and attentiveand the location is convenient for Heathrow, but the lack of advertised facilities and the unresponsiveness left a poor impression overall. I hope the hotel improves their communication and ensures that major facilities shown in listings are actually available to guests, and that staff take more care when dealing with guests who have specific health or dietary needs.

Este alojamiento es ideal para personas sencillas que buscan una opción más económica en una buena ubicación. En general, quedé satisfecho con el alojamiento, ya que estaba muy cerca de Hyde Park y las instalaciones cubrieron mis necesidades básicas. Las instalaciones están un poco deterioradas, pero es lo que se espera de una estancia tan económica, ya que el ”hotel” es en realidad un alojamiento para estudiantes que se utiliza cuando no hay estudiantes. Estos son los cuatro problemas principales que tuve durante mi estancia: REGISTRO DE ENTRADA: Llegué sobre las 16:30 para registrarme y había mucha gente, con una cola enorme. Recomiendo llegar más temprano o más tarde para evitar la hora punta. Hubo un problema con mi habitación, así que después de estar en la cola unos 20 minutos, tuve que esperar 15 minutos para solucionarlo. Sin embargo, el personal fue amable y se esforzó al máximo. Un miembro del personal vino a comprobar que la situación se había resuelto y a disculparse conmigo más tarde. LIMPIEZA: Al llegar, encontré migas de comida en el escritorio y el suelo del baño. La persona de la limpieza había dejado un jabón abierto de la estancia anterior y no me había dado uno nuevo. También había mucho pelo largo suelto en el lavabo y el suelo del baño. INTERNET: El internet no funcionaba bien y tuve que usar 4G durante todo el trayecto. Si necesitas wifi durante tu estancia, puede que no sea una buena opción. UBICACIÓN: La ubicación era excelente para llegar a los lugares turísticos y tiene un metro cerca. Sin embargo, la zona es un poco desértica en cuanto a opciones más económicas. Si tienes un presupuesto ajustado, puede que no encuentres fácilmente buenos restaurantes económicos cerca.

La ventaja es que está muy cerca de la estación de metro y el desayuno también es bueno, pero la habitación es realmente demasiado pequeña, es difícil poner el equipaje y el baño también es muy estrecho. Sólo puedo superarlo cuando estoy en un viaje de negocios.

Excellent location steps from Gloucester Station and other amenities, The Other House was beautifully appointed and very comfortable for our short stay in London. I loved the decor, the comfortable bedding, underfloor heating in the bathroom and more. A full breakfast was also included and a great start to our full days walking! Will definitely stay again!

The hotel was conveniently located to meet my partner as she had driven and I had flown into Heathrow. I had searched for a hotel with parking, Sauna and breakfast! Great I thought when Radisson was in the list of hotels with my criteria, disappointingly I was met with an additional £20 charge for parking my vehicle however my partner who had been at a conference in a nearby hotel had parking included for 24 hours.

Nice staff and good amenities, room was OK but a lot of bugs we had to move rooms but still had ALOT of insects and flies.

Higiene: Limpieza Servicio: Buena actitud Instalaciones: Buenas El gimnasio está abierto las 24 horas y hay poca gente. Está limpio, pero prácticamente no hay calefacción ni aire acondicionado. Hace mucho frío en invierno. Para entrar en la piscina hay que pedir cita previa. Hay muchos guardias de seguridad en el primer piso.

10 mins walk to London Waterloo train station, but since it is so close it will be quite hard to hire a taxi that wants to go there (do take note if you have a lot of luggages and prefer not walking). And also since it is close to the station you can see and hear the trains but it wasn't that bad at night as most of the trains are not operating anymore or operating at a lower speed. There's a concierge as well which we used to hire a taxi to Gatwick airport for the following day early in the morning (though the prices would be much more expensive I suppose it was £150 and charges apply if you use card instead of cash). It was 4 of us staying in a king studio so there was a king bed and a sofa bed, hence it was quite a tight space. Didn't have much time to check out the amenities. Other than that, quite an alright experience.
