I recently stayed at Novotel London Canary Wharf and it was one of the most enjoyable hotel experiences I’ve had in London. From the moment I checked in, the atmosphere felt modern, welcoming, and effortlessly comfortable. The highlight of the stay was definitely the view from my room. Waking up to the Canary Wharf skyline and watching the city lights come alive at night was incredible. The floor-to-ceiling windows made the entire room feel bright and spacious, and the panoramic cityscape gave the stay a real luxury feel. Another standout experience was visiting Bōkan, the hotel’s restaurant and rooftop bar. The views from up there are absolutely breathtaking , you get a stunning panoramic perspective of the whole of London, from Canary Wharf to landmarks across the city skyline. Whether during sunset or later in the evening, the atmosphere is unforgettable. The combination of great food, drinks, and those sweeping views made it one of the best parts of the trip. The hotel amenities were also excellent. The pool was clean and relaxing, perfect after a long day exploring or working in the city. The gym was well-equipped with everything needed for a proper workout, and the sauna added an extra touch of relaxation that really elevated the overall experience. Overall, Novotel London Canary Wharf delivers the perfect mix of comfort, modern luxury, amazing facilities, and spectacular London views. I’d happily stay there again and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable stay in Canary Wharf.

Mi estancia en este hotel tuvo aspectos positivos y negativos. Registro y salida El proceso de registro no fue tan sencillo como en otros hoteles, y al principio no fue ideal. Esperaba disfrutar del bar de la planta 25, como anunciaban, pero inesperadamente estaba cerrado alrededor de las 6 p. m. cuando pregunté, lo cual fue una decepción. El gimnasio parecía muy bien equipado y tenía una vista impresionante, aunque no lo usé durante mi estancia. En general El hotel tiene potencial gracias a su diseño moderno, excelentes vistas e instalaciones de calidad. Sin embargo, los estándares de limpieza en cuanto a la ropa de cama y la claridad sobre la disponibilidad de las instalaciones deben mejorar para cumplir con las expectativas de los huéspedes de este nivel.

Excelente servicio, el personal del hotel fue muy amable y servicial. Cumplieron con mi pedido especial y me dieron una mejora de categoría de cortesía. Muy buen desayuno con muchas opciones para elegir.

¡Este hotel es realmente inesperadamente bueno! La primera ubicación está muy cerca de la Torre de Londres y el Tower Bridge, y hay muchas estaciones de metro cercanas. También hay un supermercado Tesco debajo, ¡lo cual es realmente conveniente! El hotel está muy limpio, las habitaciones son lo suficientemente espaciosas para hoteles similares en Europa, el servicio es excelente y el desayuno es rico. Notifiqué al hotel con anticipación que el día del check-in era el cumpleaños de mi esposo y prepararon cuidadosamente vino tinto, pequeños postres, chocolates y tarjetas escritas a mano, lo cual fue muy cálido.

Hotel was nice, clean and convenient. Situated very close to terminal 3 it is ideal. We missed breakfast unfortunately as had to be at the airport before 6, and breakfast doesn’t start until 6am. So if your an early flyer, don’t buy the breakfast package. Parking £24 / 24 hours which seems standard round there. The only annoyance is that service charges are added to the bill on every drink / food ordered and they don’t tell you about it until after the bill is paid and they provide the receipt. This is very cheeky. Don’t midland paying but not for every drink, definitely should be an option asked in advance not just taking liberties. Taxi service cost two passengers £19.50 for a shared cab. This was very convenient and was on time. Bookable in advance via a computer terminal at the main doors . If you are flying later, there are tfl busses go to terminal three from across the road which would only cost you £1.75 per trip, and I think one bus is 24 hours. But requires reliance on public transport. Room was clean, comfortable and tea / coffee and water in room. Shower was good. Food was nice. 2x pizza £20 each small basket of chips around £5. Double vodka and coke cost nearly £20 and a beer moretti £8. Plus the added cheeky service charge that wasn’t mentions of £8. McDonald’s is a two minute walk for a cheaper option and Tesco express / kebabs around a 10-15 minute walk away.

Puede caminar hasta el Big Ben y el puente de Wes**inster, y se tarda menos de diez minutos en llegar al río Támesis. El Tower Bridge tampoco está lejos. recomendar.

The Ned es un hotel excelente en el centro de Londres. Una gran zona para comer en el mismo edificio que el hotel. Muy buen spa y gimnasio. Habitaciones un poco pequeñas pero bonitas y tranquilas.

10 mins walk to London Waterloo train station, but since it is so close it will be quite hard to hire a taxi that wants to go there (do take note if you have a lot of luggages and prefer not walking). And also since it is close to the station you can see and hear the trains but it wasn't that bad at night as most of the trains are not operating anymore or operating at a lower speed. There's a concierge as well which we used to hire a taxi to Gatwick airport for the following day early in the morning (though the prices would be much more expensive I suppose it was £150 and charges apply if you use card instead of cash). It was 4 of us staying in a king studio so there was a king bed and a sofa bed, hence it was quite a tight space. Didn't have much time to check out the amenities. Other than that, quite an alright experience.
