I recently stayed at Wrest Point and would definitely stay again! My room was a highlight—spotlessly clean, super comfortable bed, and a stunning view of the bay that made my stay extra special. I really enjoyed spending time at the Birdcage Bar. The cocktails were fantastic and the atmosphere was lively—highly recommend for a fun night out. Staff-wise, my experience was mixed: some team members were amazing and made me feel welcome, while others weren’t as friendly or helpful as I’d hoped. This didn’t overshadow my overall positive stay, but it’s worth mentioning. Highlights • Beautiful bay views from the room • Impeccable cleanliness • Super comfortable bed • The Birdcage Bar: great cocktails & vibe • Would happily stay again! Tip: Be sure to request a room with a bay view - it’s worth it!

Nice hotel. Free parking, polite and efficient check-in. Very big room with balcony. Tea/coffee facilities. Excellent views. Forgot wallet with lit of cash and cards at the restaurant during the dinner, only remembered next morning. The wallet was handed back to me next day

The hotel front desk staff were exceptionally helpful. They provided quick assistance with check-in, offered great local recommendations, and promptly addressed any concerns.

This hotel is at a great location in St Helens. It is really good value for money so I did not expect much. The essential amenities were provided and the room was equipped with kitchen utensils like toaster and dishes. The only thing I was not entirely happy with was the noise. This is because the room is on first floor facing the street. Overall I am satisfied with the stay.

I arrived around 7:00 PM and couldn't check in, but the security guy helped me out. The room is two stories and very well equipped. There's even a bathtub, which was nice. It was cold, but there was air conditioning on the first floor and heaters in each room on the second floor, so it wasn't a problem. I was surprised to see a wallaby right in front of the property at night. It's on a hill, so if you have a car, the view is amazing and the location is great.

The room was spacious, view was good, location perfect. There was car park next to hotel, but fee was expensive. Overall everything was excellent, I will consider this hotel next time. Staff was very nice & helpful. The bed was so comfy. If there is bath tub, that will be perfect!

先説結論，這個地方絕對值得多住幾天，天晴的時候附近的海灘真是太漂亮了！絕對是目前為止加上本島東海岸看過的所有裏面最特別的海灘，坐在石頭上發呆超級舒服放鬆！ 設施：就是Motel的設施，但是乾淨整潔有電熱毯，停車也很近，附近還有野生袋鼠，多住幾天或者到的早還可以划船，有小孩的話附近甚至有個小小的遊樂場。這個房型一個房間就是一小棟，還有專門的停車位，附近據説還能看小企鵝不過太晚了沒有去。 衞生：衞生還是可以的，就是確實也沒有牙刷都是自帶的，下午6點之後前台下班需要自助check in，不過給我們留了最近的房間另外還有訊息指引還是很不錯的。 另外如果之後有從霍巴特/亞瑟港自駕過來的朋友，路線選擇的時候還是儘量選擇A或者B開頭的高速吧，這次谷歌地圖導航中間有一段大土路全程衹能開40-60真的非常難開，彎道多沒有燈還有很多野生動物路上全是大坑，記得早點出發！

This is my 2nd time at Ibis. The 1st time was with my husband, and the 2nd time was with my friend, and we love it, as it’s a great location for the shopping area, Salamanca market, wharf, bus and taxi, tour bus, and restaurants. Since we are more outside and about & came back to the hotel at nighttime, we don’t have time to use the amenities, but I already know and have used the amenities before, and they’re awesome! My friend had a short time to check the amenities and she’s happy with it. Maybe next time we can use the amenities. Thank you Ibis Hotel. You had a wonderful concierge, as I forgot to bring my charger and I bought a wrong charger at Coles and I keep on borrowing the charger at the concierge and they are awesome to lend it❤️

- clean room with 3 beds - has body wash, shampoo and conditioner - hotel has a laundry area (need to pay AU4 each for washing and drying + AU1.50 for the laundry powder) - near the pool side but was closed for maintenance - About 10mins walk to the restaurants and beach.

We are quite surprised and pleased with the complete amenities of our room. We have all toiletries (eg towels, shower gel, lotion, hair dryer) except tooth brush and toothpaste, smart TV, kitchen stuff (kettle, microwave, toaster, dishes and spoons). Another plus is good location with stunning lake view, many parking lots and close to the center. Although the room is quite small but we love the comfort and coziness it brings.
