No es nuestro primer viaje y no será nuestro último viaje en el Kempinski Hotel Das Tirol, pero estamos acostumbrados a otro servicio. Esta vez la habitación no fue tan limpia como se acostumbra al Kempinski Hotel Das Tirol. El suelo estaba sucio y cabello. El cuarto estaba anticuado.

When systems replace people Alpenpark Seefeld is, from an architectural and spa perspective, a high-quality hotel. The materials, interior design and spa facilities show that a lot of investment and effort went into the physical space. What failed completely during my stay was human communication. A small misunderstanding regarding food turned into a deeply uncomfortable experience, not because of the rules themselves, but because of how rigidly and mechanically they were enforced. Instead of clarifying expectations or simply explaining the system calmly, the staff reacted in a defensive, automated way, as if they were protecting a conveyor belt rather than speaking to a person. At no point did anyone try to understand what I actually meant. Instead, the situation was subtly reframed so that I appeared as someone “demanding something for free”, which was never the case. This role reversal felt humiliating and unnecessary — and it happened solely because no one paused for a moment to communicate as a human being. The same pattern appeared again when I addressed the fact that my room heating was not working for two nights (later confirmed by technicians). The response was not concern or responsibility, but a procedural answer: “You should have said something earlier, now nothing can be done.” What connects these situations is not bad luck, but a systemic mindset: rules over people, procedures over reality, defense over understanding. This hotel does not have a problem with facilities. It has a problem with conveyor-style perception of guests, where the goal seems to be closing interactions quickly rather than actually resolving them. I am writing this not out of anger, but in the hope that the team pauses and reflects: How did a paying guest end up feeling diminished, unheard, and mislabeled — in a hotel of this level? With a shift toward real communication and accountability, Alpenpark Seefeld could be excellent. Without it, even beautiful interiors cannot compensate for the emotional damage caused by robotic service.

I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Das Innsbruck, and it exceeded my expectations in many ways. The room was spacious, well-designed, and significantly larger than I had anticipated. The amenities provided were excellent, and everything we needed was already available in the room without having to make any special requests. This attention to detail made the stay especially comfortable and convenient. The staff were extremely helpful and welcoming throughout our stay. A special mention goes to the breakfast team, who were attentive, friendly, and provided excellent service every morning. The hotel offers great comfort, quality facilities, and outstanding hospitality. Combined with the generous room size and thoughtful amenities, it made for a very enjoyable stay. I would gladly stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Innsbruck.

Está a cierta distancia de la estación de tren, a unos 15 minutos a pie, pero muy cerca de las atracciones, como Golden Roof/North Chain Mountain Cable Car Station/Rainbow House, etc. El hotel está conectado con la universidad. En el último piso hay una piscina y una sauna, y también se puede utilizar el gimnasio de al lado. El desayuno es rico, de 6:30 a. m. a 10:30 a. m. de lunes a viernes y se extiende hasta las 11 a. m. los domingos. Si no compra una tarjeta Innsbruck, el hotel le ofrece un cupón de descuento del 10% para el teleférico (limitado a 2 noches o más, consulte en recepción)

La habitación es muy agradable y con baño. Aquí está la ubicación, a pocos pasos de la ciudad de Innsbruck, pero la amable recepción nos ofreció 2 tarjetas de huéspedes que nos permiten tomar el autobús J línea gratuita (2 minutos a pie del hotel) que nos lleva a la estación de coches de la ciudad y también a la estación de cable, La frecuencia de autobús J es alrededor de cada 10 minutos, tan conveniente para nosotros como el hotel tiene un parking gratuito para nuestro coche. Sólo el problema encontrado es la recepción dama me dijo que no podía ver el desayuno incluido en mi reserva, así que me contacté Trip.com chatline por teléfono y el problema se resuelve en 10 minutos después de Trip.com contactado con su agente, gran servicio desde Trip.com!

This place is a true gem situated 1 min from Mayrhofen HBF station and 80 mtrs from the ski buses which cover the Zillertal area. The owners and staff are a great team who can’t do enough to make your stay such a great experience. The place is immaculate and the gym and sauna are an added bonus. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious and set us up for a day on the slopes. They have various types of accommodation from couples to large families and some with self catering facilities. We loved this place and will definitely recommend it to anyone. Excellent, thank you the Moigg family🍺

The room was really chic, the view was very beautiful, the breakfast was varied, the staff was friendly, the night cost almost €400, and it was strange that for that price, the room didn't have a kettle with tea and coffee or even free water. I would also have liked a better hairdryer, not the smallest Valera hairdryer, which overheated after a minute of use. This really caused inconvenience when drying my hair.

Dieses Hotel lässt keine Wünsche offen! Die Suite war sehr geräumig, äusserst gepflegt und sauber und wunderschön eingerichtet. Der Blick auf die Österreicher Alpen ist nur das ”Tüpfelchen auf dem i”. Das Licht wie auch die Nicht Stören Funktion oder die Anfrage auf Zimmerreinigung lässt sich zentral über ein Tablet steuern. Das Spa ist eindrucksvoll gross, besonders die Saunalandschaft hat uns sehr imponiert. Das Restaurant Eichenheim ist die perfekte Adresse um den Abend bei einem Wiener Schnitzel oder Steak vom heissen Stein ausklingen zu lassen. Auch das Personal ist sehr freundlich und entgegenkommend. Alles in allem die perfekte Location, ob für einen Wochenend Trip oder auch länger. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder!

Nice retreat from the city, separate toilet and shower, comes with a bathtub. Good breakfast spread, it was delicious and has a nice view of the lake. Rooms have mountain and lake view. Love the whirlpool and indoor & outdoor pool. The view from the pools are awesome and the sauna is great. Highly recommend for a relaxing stay.

It was excellent. Everything there is perfect. If I could improve a few things, I’d suggest putting laundry baskets in the laundry room, and providing more trash bags for the bins in the room as well as more toilet paper
