Issue with Booking at Hotel Tasigo Eskişehir – Discrepancy and Guest Policy Concerns A frustrating experience with a recent booking at Hotel Tasigo Eskişehir, made through Trip platform. Upon arrival at the hotel, I initially inquired about room availability directly at reception and to view rooms. I was quoted a significantly higher rate than what was listed on Trip.com. When I showed them the lower price on the app and asked if they would match it, I was told they would not. However, the receptionist confirmed that I could book the same room through Trip.com and return with the confirmation. After booking the King Room via Trip.com, the hotel insisted that only one person could stay in the room unless we paid an additional fee. This was despite the fact that: The room type was clearly for two people, Only one breakfast was included (which we accepted), And no restriction on guest number was mentioned in the listing. It took a prolonged discussion and escalation to the manager before two guests were allowed to stay—only after unnecessary argument and delay. Additionally, the rate for the second night on Trip.com was significantly higher than the first night. I strongly recommend Trip.com highlight or suggest booking the entire duration of a stay at the outset, rather than booking night by night, to ensure guests lock in the best rate and avoid such discrepancies.

El hotel es un hotel de 2 noches y tuvimos una estancia maravillosa. El hotel está situado junto a un gran piso de pie, y se encuentra en una zona de mar. El hotel también se encuentra bien situado entre las atracciones turísticas con el barrio Oldupazar cerca de 2.5 km en una dirección y el parque Savosa cerca de la misma distancia en la otra. El hotel está muy bien situado, y el hotel está muy bien situado, y el hotel está muy bien situado. Probablemente viajaremos a Eskisehir de nuevo y definitivamente elegiremos Park Dedeman hotel para nuestra estancia.

Кроме расположения, остальное очень печально. Подробнее: поломанный чайник, одеяло с дырками, полотенце с дырками ( дырки сантиметров по 5-8), матрац на двуспальной кровати меньше основания кровати примерно на 15 см, на односпальной наоборот матрац больше основания, душевая в волосах и пауках, горячая вода еле теплая, в душе пустая ёмкость для мыла, полотенец всего на 4х человек 3шт с учётом полотенца для ног, в номере из посуды 2 стакана и всё, унитаз треснут, кнопка сломана. В номере нас ждали 2 стаканчика с водой и 2 заварки. Мыться в такой ванной совсем не хотелось. Честно, такого не ожидали. Мы не привередливые, но это было слишком . А ещё. Парковки нет, только где место найдешь на улице, но не рядом с гостиницей.

Hotel location is in walking distance to canal or shopping streets. Room is quite spacious for 4 adults but shower room maybe a bit small. Reception is friendly & able to speak English. Police station just at the main road, the hotel is next to a barber shop. The road in front of hotel is closed but still can park for loading luggage. This area most of the streets are one way, when you missed have to go another round. Street parking may take you some time or you can park at the car park building.

The hotel manager and all staff are very welcome and provide assistance. The location of the hotel is excellent and served with all the needs of the tourist.

Pros: amazing breakfast! Location is great. Parking nearby. Nice building. Comfortable bed Cons: incredibly loud.floors creaking from upstairs and your own room. Too much stuff in the room makes it difficult to even walk around. Loud outside also due to music from a nearby bar. Even with ear plugs still loud. Towels had stains and shower head was broken. Shower leaked also.

Really good hotel in the middle of the Centre of Eskisehir. Lot of food and drinks a cross the street. Nice room with goods beds. Next time definitely back this hotel when I’m there.

La calle más próspera de la ciudad, el hotel es el río que atraviesa la ciudad. El paisaje es bueno y el desayuno bastante bueno, porque la comida local es la misma y el nivel es similar. Hay muchos lugares para comer cuando sales. Hay muchos bares pequeños a ambos lados del río. Puedes tomar el té y charlar, la desventaja del hotel es que la habitación es relativamente pequeña y todo lo demás está bien.
