The first room I was given was very old, with a broken floor, damp on the wall by the bed, and paint that was peeling and coming off. The room was located in a separate building from the hotel. I was quite disappointed because this is not what one would expect from a 4-star hotel. The explanation I was given was that I had booked through a budget platform. Luckily, after changing rooms twice, I was finally able to get a room in the hotel’s main building. The reception staff were very kind and understanding of my family’s needs. Once in the main building, everything was exactly as expected. The pool is beautiful with a stunning view, which is the reason I have returned to this property for the fifth time.

Fue mi primera vez en este hotel. Fui con mi hijo de 4 años y estuvo excelente, muy agradable, con un desayuno excelente y muy variado. Mi única queja fue que los huevos revueltos me parecieron raros, al menos no como suelo comerlos así; quizá estén hechos con huevo líquido o clara, no estoy segura, pero por lo demás todo estuvo excelente. La habitación era perfecta para que durmiera, y pude colocarlo con seguridad para que no se cayera de la cama 😆. También estuvo genial que tuvieran bañera, porque en muchos otros sitios donde he estado con él, casi siempre es solo ducha...

Die Lage des Hostels in Sichtweite zur Bucht von Praia da Vitória ist sehr gut. Die Zimmer sind sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet. Der Service ist überaus freundlich, allerdings nicht rund um die Uhr vor Ort (eine Telefonnummer ist jedoch hinterlegt). Die Zimmer sind mit allem Notwendigen ausgestattet; qualitative Ausstattung und Sauberkeit in der Gemeinschaftsküche sind jedoch nur bedingt gegeben.

Hotel muito bem localizado, perto de restaurantes e lojas... Pequeno almoço bom tinha de tudo um pouco.... Os funcionários muitos prestáveis, vieram nos trazem ao quarto roupões e chinelos para usarmos no jacuzzi. Gostamos da estadia...

A great resort on the North Coast of Azores. The trail along the coast from the hotel is very nice. There are a few restaurants around and the hotel has good breakfast and a restaurant on site opening for lunch and dinner. Good for family, the hotel staff are extremely friendly and helpful. They can help you book tours and call taxis.

Parfois le personnel était très gentil et serviable et parfois rigide et rude. Il n'y a pas de cuisinette ni de réfrigérateur pour accomoder les clients. Les dortoirs sont très petits et les lits sont bruyants. Sur 6 lits, les deux du centre n'ont pas de prise ni de lumière. Pas de serviette ou de savon fournis. Les services sanitaires sont loin des dortoirs. Les toilettes coulaient et il y avait toujours de l'eau sur le plancher. Risque de glisser ! Pas d'air climatisé, pas de ventilateur et les armoires ne barrent pas. Il faut apporter son propre cadena. Pour terminer sur une note positive c'était propre et l'architecture de cet ancien bâtiment est magnifique.

Hermoso hotel, en una ubicación tranquila, con un maravilloso jardín, amplio estacionamiento y una hermosa piscina que era perfecta para nadar después de la sauna (gratis fuera de temporada). Cancha de tenis con suelo de hormigón. Habitación bastante pequeña, con cama cómoda, buen wifi y gran vista al mar desde el balcón. Muy buen desayuno buffet por la mañana. Como no había restaurantes en las inmediaciones, comí en el hotel. Podrás elegir entre 3 platos (carne, pescado, vegano). Estuvo bien, pero las raciones eran un poco pequeñas y por 35-40 € para una comida de tres platos no era exactamente barato. Un coche de alquiler es útil debido a la ubicación algo remota. Hay una pequeña bahía a 500 metros, pero las olas eran demasiado altas para que yo pudiera entrar al mar.

El hotel estaba muy bien. La ubicación era perfecta para lo que queríamos hacer. El personal es muy amable y atento. Alimentos muy limpios y maravillosos, especialmente el desayuno. El menú de cena también era muy bueno, pero podría utilizar un poco más variedad.
