What a beautiful place to stay.  A pity it was only one night.  Nice people providing nice service.  Room was fit for royalty!

The food amenities need significant improvement. As this is a resort, dining is an essential part of every guest's experience. Offering a buffet for both breakfast and dinner would greatly enhance guest satisfaction, along with providing a wider variety of food options. I would also like to commend the room service staff. They are incredibly hardworking, professional, and provide excellent service. However, it is disheartening to see how overworked they appear, especially having to deliver meals to every room throughout the day. They deserve greater recognition, respect, and fair compensation for the physically demanding work they do. Their daily wage does not seem to reflect the effort and dedication they put into serving guests.

Nice clean room. Quite large. Only downfall was the lift was under maintenance, but that was the only inconvenience. Oh, and a 4pm check in. That was rough as I had a baby and was forced to sit in the mall for 4 hours . Don't understand that check in time. Otherwise I actually liked the room and would use the hotel again if the need arises.

El lugar es bueno y agradable, se nota que es un hotel nuevo. Sin embargo, no estoy del todo satisfecho con el baño. Los azulejos son resbaladizos y peligrosos. No hay separación entre la ducha y el inodoro/lavabo, así que todo el baño se moja al ducharse. La perilla del grifo está suelta, lo cual no es culpa nuestra. El soporte para artículos de tocador sobre el lavabo tiene el cristal a punto de caerse; me temo que podría caernos encima, lo cual tampoco es culpa nuestra. La tapa del interruptor de la luz está al revés, ¿la colocaron rápidamente? El armario dentro de la habitación también está roto, lo cual no es culpa nuestra. • Cepillo y pasta de dientes no incluidos. • Toalla incluida. • El personal de recepción es amable, especialmente el guardia. • Champú, gel de ducha, etc., mezclados en un recipiente. • También se puede pedir comida; hay un menú en la habitación. • El dispensador de agua está ubicado fuera de la habitación, en lo que parece ser un vestíbulo en el segundo piso; hay agua caliente y fría. • Con Netflix • Cerca del aeropuerto En general, le doy una puntuación de 4/5. El hotel era bueno en sí mismo. Limpio y buena ubicación. Pero el único problema esta vez fue la piscina y la comida. No pudimos usar la piscina por la noche porque la estaban limpiando, le pusieron cloro. Y la comida, se suponía que era desayuno buffet. Pero no era. Esa fue la única razón por la que siempre elegimos este hotel, porque el desayuno era realmente bueno (el buffet).

Unfortunately, I wasn’t even able to stay at this place. I couldn’t get hold of anyone from the resort and ended up stuck in town at night without transport. I even tried their facebook page. Leyte is not the easiest place to get around, especially as a foreigner, and communication is really important. I strongly feel there should be a message from the resort before arrival to check in with guests and help arrange transport if needed. That small step would make a huge difference and prevent stressful situations. I traveled specifically to Leyte for whale shark watching. While I was on the tour, the guide mentioned that Kuting Reef actually offers whale shark excursions themselves. Knowing that beforehand would have saved me a lot of stress trying to organize separate transport to the activity. Better communication and clearer information about available excursions would really improve the guest experience. I am so bumped I missed out on the opportunity to experience this stay.

It’s nice to stay in this hotel because it’s clean and comfortable and the staff is very friendly and accommodating to the guests I recommend this hotel to my friends and family

This hotel is a budget friendly you’ll get what you’d pay for. Location wise it it is near to the mall and terminal so if you are a traveler your in jackpot. The only thing is that their beds are small. I wish they would have a big bed for a family of 3 can enjoy. But overall, their service is great.

However, we have noticed different vehicles using the same spots throughout the day, which suggests no specific reservations are actually in place for individual spaces. We believe parking should be on a first-come, first-served basis since all guests pay the same rate for their stay. We would like to clarify – does the hotel have designated VIP parking spaces that are separate from general guest parking?”

服務人員很不錯，環境也算是乾淨，但設施實在太差。我預訂的房間確實不貴，但最基本的東西都沒有也有點過了吧，沒有吹風機，沒有熱水壺，床上連被子都沒有，衹有一條毛毯。床架也很簡單。沒有靠背，想坐着休息背後就是冷冰冰的牆壁。實際房間和照片上是兩種樣子。
