Excelente estancia en The Crowne. Este hotel superó nuestras expectativas. La habitación era muy acogedora y muy limpia. El buffet estaba delicioso a un precio razonable. Pudimos disfrutar de la piscina y fue relajante. Los souvenirs eran muy bonitos y asequibles. El personal fue profesional y tuvimos una excelente y cálida bienvenida. ¡Todo era perfecto! ¡Nada de que preocuparse! Recomiendo encarecidamente el Crowne Hotel Airport. ¡También hay un servicio de transporte gratuito desde y hacia el hotel! Seguro que volveré a reservar el Corwne. Era mi segunda vez allí.

Al principio, el internet no era muy bueno, pero después el jefe me cambió la habitación especialmente. El servicio fue bueno y la relación calidad-precio fue muy buena. Lo recomiendo.

Mi estadía en el hotel fue muy agradable... Habitaciónes muy cómodas y el personal muy amable. Para quienes buscan hospedarse serca del aeropuerto este hotel es la mejor opción. Cuenta con traslado gratuito hacia el hotel y para el aeropuerto. Mi experiencia 10/10

El hotel no pudo encontrar nuestra reserva en trip.com y tardaron un poco en gestionarla. La habitación era bastante grande y espaciosa, ideal para una escala de un día en Panamá. La mayoría de las atracciones y restaurantes están lejos, pero Uber era muy fácil de conseguir, así que no hubo problema. El desayuno incluido en el precio es genial.

¡Me encanta este hotel! ¡Ubicación muy conveniente! Cerca del aeropuerto y a poca distancia de tiendas y restaurantes. ¡Me encanta la decoración! Las habitaciones se renuevan constantemente y son muy limpias, cómodas y económicas. ¡El ascensor con ventanales es mi favorito! Los restaurantes y bares del hotel son muy buenos. ¡La piscina es preciosa! No usé el gimnasio, pero tienen uno. ¡Un lugar ideal para parejas o grupos grandes!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A wonderful experience in the Heart of Casco Viejo! Art Casco is hands-down one of the most stylish and comfortable boutique hotels I’ve ever stayed in. The location is unbeatable—right in the heart of Casco Viejo, with historic charm all around and just steps from the waterfront, restaurants, and beautiful architecture. From the moment I arrived, the staff were absolutely amazing—so warm, attentive, and genuinely helpful. There was a bit of confusion about my second day of booking, even though I had paid online. But they handled it with patience and professionalism. Please make sure this hotel gets their money—they truly deserve it. The rooms are artistically designed, clean, and full of character. Every detail—from the artwork to the furniture—felt curated with care. The air conditioning worked perfectly, the bed was super comfortable, and the bathroom had great water pressure (a big deal in Panama!). The entire property felt like a peaceful, artistic escape from the buzz of the city. If you’re looking for a boutique stay that blends art, comfort, and outstanding service, Art Casco is the perfect choice. I’ll definitely be returning!

Room was nice and comfortable though carpet had not been vacuumed in a long time. Had a massage at the spa. Extremely disorganized and inexperienced massuese. With 30 minutes notice of my arrival there were no towels or robes ready. She kept bringing things one at a time even while i waz naked getting into the shower- bath mat, then robe, then robe belt, then towel, then slippers. I told her i just want back massage and done strong but i had to keep telling her where to rub and to be stronger.   Other than that the facility was nice I used on line booking to book one day, then two more days then three more days. I always book for two but om the last three days something went wrong and somehow got booked only 1 person. Desk attendant told me $55 a day to change to two person.  I think the app which i didn’t use the first two times defaulted to kne person and i didn’t have a chance to select two person It waa extremely difficult to get a drink at the bar. I did manage to get a drink at the bar then moved to a table. When i got the bill for items at the tae, the drink i had already paid for was on the bill. The waitress corrected it, thankfui had the bar receipt in my pocket

Nos alojamos 2 noches, el hotel y la habitación estaban bien. Frente al hotel se encuentra la Av. Balboa, que está muy concurrido día y noche, por lo que se puede oír algo de ruido. Durante nuestra estancia había algunas obras de construcción detrás del hotel, por lo que la piscina (que es pequeña para aquellos que quieran nadar 7/7 m) no es agradable de usar debido al fuerte ruido. El desayuno no ofrece mucha variedad y los productos no están al nivel de un hotel de esta categoría. Por el precio que pagué la relación calidad/precio fue buena, pero vi que también puede costar hasta CHF 50,00 más por noche. Regresaremos a la Ciudad de Panamá al final de nuestro recorrido por el país, pero no al Méridien. Personal amable y competente, buen WI-FI.

Muy bueno pero la atención en el desayuno no fue muy buena, el personal del área de la piscina tampoco fue muy agradable, pero todo lo demás excelente
