I booked a Cabin with Kitchen, It did not mention, the Shower and toilet are shared. When I take the option in Trip.com, The rest of Cabin did mention shared Bathroom and Toilet, Mine did not mention it was shared. The staff told me to upgrade it to other Carbin with Own bathroom. I said, it should not be a upgrade, it should included. I said : May I talk to the manager? She said, results will be the same. If it is a shared Bathroom, it should state in decription. Other than this, everything is fine and good.

Breakfasts were excellent & staff genuinely friendly & very helpful. The apartment was perfect in every way. We would highly recommend this accommodation.

Alojamiento en una casa privada. El código de acceso para las puertas de la casa y las puertas de la habitación tuvo que ser consultado por teléfono. Como no había activado la tarjeta SIM de Nueva Zelanda, fui a una cafetería que estaba abierta el domingo y le pedí a los empleados que llamaran con su teléfono bajo el número de teléfono indicado.

Very clean amenities, staff were very helpful. Community kitchen is a great idea and we’ll set out with all utensils needed to cook a meal. Would definitely recommend the Silver Fern to anybody.

La habitación es limpia y limpia, hay aire acondicionado y calefacción, hay sofá, buena actitud de servicio de recepción y leche gratis. Está cerca del centro de la ciudad, está en una buena ubicación geográfica. El precio global es alto.

Great stay! The staff were friendly and welcoming, the room was clean and comfortable, and the overall service was excellent. The location was convenient, and I really enjoyed my stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would be happy to stay again.

酒店位置安靜，設施簡陋點，沒有電視和私人廚房，衹有公共廚房，我們覺得不夠衞生沒有用。好處是旁邊就有兩個早餐和晚餐的餐廳,COFFEE早餐廳的飯非常好，服務也很好，介個也不高值得去品嚐； 但是Tomo Bar這家餐廳亞裔去吃飯要多注意，我們去了一個多小時沒給我們上菜，比我們晚去的三桌洋人都早於我們上菜了，在我確定了他們是按照到店時間先後順序上菜後，我是非常不滿意的去找了他們，他們看到我有些生氣的樣子，不到兩分鐘就給上齊了菜，主要把我點的賣你報甩到了地上，既沒有道歉也沒有給我補新的，我一去就給他們在谷歌上點了五星好評，這時候會啊，而且前邊他們衹給洋人桌各種撤餐具，對於我們喝的空酒杯一律裝看不見，最後去撤餐具時禮貌用語也沒有，我覺得他完全可以協商不歡迎什麼樣的客人不要收我們的錢，我們也很厭惡在他們這樣的地方用餐，拉低了我們的情緒價值

We had a lovely stay at this resort. The staff were excellent, very polite and efficient. The facilities, including the golf club over the road, hot pools, gym and sports court were great. There was a real family atmosphere and early mornings and late nights were nice and quiet, so we could truly rest up. The dinner at the restaurant was eclectic and delicious, though we needed to book due to its popularity. Our only criticism would be the buffet breakfast that was overpriced with not much to choose from, so we only ate there once. Other that that, we will definitely return and recommend this place to others, particularly as a spring or winter resort location due to its hotpools.

Easy check-in, staff are easily contactable. If you are arriving after front desk hours, just give them a call. Easily instructions will be given. Room is spacious. TV has the lodge's netflix account, so you may want to check in early :)) Only concern is door lock is one-way, recommend owner to consider better locks since right outside of the room door is the car park.

We loved the room which came with a balcony overlooking the beautiful lake Taupo. The grotto and the heated pool were amazing and provided us with a very relaxing stay.
