Unique and great experience staying in the ice room! Overall there were loads of activities in the Snow Hotel to try, and we are lucky enough to even see the Aurora right at the hotel itself before we joined a tour to chase the lights. For the king crab safari, it was informative. However, while everyone was entitled to taste half a crab (4 legs), they only served 2 legs first and left the rest on another table. There were some guests who took more so we didn't get our remaining share. Snowhotel should look into individual servings for fairness as we should get what we paid for. We didn't try husky sledding there but it was fun playing with the dogs.

Stayed here with last min booking. My rooms was too hot that time so I just open the window. For those whi want to stay here I suggest prepare small cabin lugggage instead of bring all the lugggae to the room if you got the 1st floor room. Because you need to use the stairs Anyway this hotel has a pretty decoration for the Christmas They dont provide any amenities. And you need to pay for it. As most of the Northern Europe hotel

Un hotel de cadena hotelera de marca local en el Círculo Polar Ártico. Pasaremos la noche de camino a North Point. La habitación es pequeña pero limpia y ordenada, el desayuno es abundante, el estacionamiento en la entrada del hotel es de pago y la catedral de la aurora boreal está a 80 metros. La impresión general es buena.

El servicio del hotel es muy bueno. Cuando llegamos en autobús desde el barco, eran poco más de las 7 de la mañana. El hotel nos preparó inmediatamente una habitación para que pudiéramos registrarnos y descansar bien. La habitación es amplia, con espacio suficiente para cuatro maletas, y cuenta con sofás, bancos de trabajo, etc., con suficientes instalaciones. Hay un restaurante en el sótano del hotel donde se puede cenar. El único inconveniente es que no se sirve almuerzo. No hay muchas tiendas abiertas cerca de KirKenes. Si no se sirve almuerzo, es difícil encontrarlo. El desayuno del hotel es bueno, con mucha variedad. Hay café gratis en la entrada del hotel, y se puede tomar agua fría y caliente en el restaurante, lo cual es muy práctico.

Great place to stay if you decided to head up to the northern cape. Also it is a 15 mins drive to a view point to see the northern light. Also a 10 mins drive to the town for food. FYI: road to north cape will be closed if weather condition is bad, so cater more than 1 night here if you really want to go up to the north cape in winter.

Great location to view the northern lights as long as there are clear skies! Services are not the best as they don’t really have restaurant that you can just step in to eat. A rental car will be great to move from places to places to eat and explore.

Really love this place, the room and facilities were reasonable with the price and if you come with luck, you can see the Aurora from the balcony!

วันแรกที่เข้าพัก พบว่าในโถส้วมมีสิ่งสกปรกอยู่ พนักงานทำความสะอาดไม่ดี ในส่วนอื่นๆสะอาดเรียบร้อย ห้องพักดี วิวสวย ทำเลก็ดีมาก ชอบพื้นห้องน้ำมีฮีตเตอร์ อุ่นดีมากๆค่ะ การบริการก็ดี มีเครื่องทำกาแฟบริการฟรีด้วยค่ะ โดยรวมดีมากๆค่ะ
