I hope these matters can be improved in the future.

Overall, everything was very good and satisfying, except for the pizza I had by the beach, which had a hair in it. Someone did come and replace it with a new pizza, but the time taken to prepare the replacement was very long, to the point that I had already lost my mood to enjoy the pizza. The first time I ordered, the food arrived very quickly, but when they replaced it, I had to wait for quite a long time. This was very disappointing.

So happy to stay there and enjoy every moment there...the beach is clean and only walking distance from the hotel..my kids very happy playing at the pool

The hotel is centrally located and a walking distance to the State Mosque. We have stayed here several times before and satisfied with the room and services. The room was clean and quite spacious with a nice view of the town.

Fue una estancia muy agradable y todos, desde la recepcionista hasta el guardia, fueron muy amables. El ambiente fue sin duda algo que disfruté mucho: muy tranquilo, muy cerca de la playa, y nos encantó. Sin duda volveremos aquí, si Dios quiere.

Strategically located near Menara 188, trendy coffee shops, and the Kuantan riverfront. The price is reasonable and the service is excellent. This is my second stay here, and I will definitely return again.
