Overall ok. However, we requested extra pillow n comes with charges. Extra Blanket..rm15 extra towel.. need to pay. Basically no extra service. Everything for a fee. Room aircond very loud.. can't sleep well. Room a bit warm. The towels were grayish.. not clean. Found baby cockrach in kettle. Ergg..n we already cooked water n made coffee. However, the breakfast was good with good spread. I'm not sure if I'll return By the way, if you hv small kids.. the room setup is not kids friendly. The room window can be opened n we at level 23

Location of hotel is excellent. Came in by car through P2 to the lobby and discovered, to my horror, there are leaking pipes across the path. Counter staff is friendly and competent that made my day. I also struggled to tune in the TV, not very user friendly. No clear instructions printed out nor in the TV itself. Suggest hotel implement check and maintenance system on amenities to make guests' experience positive.

Made an impromptu trip to Bentong and booked hotel last minute, felt lucky for still able to get an affordable and strategic location hotel

This place actually is so romantic and feels like Europe, but the inside room needs to be improved, first feel alot of sand at floor, second toothpaste and toothbrush did not provide and also shower 🚿 carpet towel did not provide too. The counter service is perfect but maybe the room cleaner did not clean well and also did not check . Lucky service is good, we had call after shower and they provided us toothpaste and towel too. At the Entertainment fireshow, last minute two of the people did not appear and the staff still provided his energy and let me feel good 💯 best fireshow . Even the oldest design ,service, and breakfast all do a good job. I hope to enjoy a 3-day 2night if I have time to come here. Activity @Colmar look at my last image. A Delightful Stay at Hyatt Regency Kuantan! I recently had the pleasure of returning to this fantastic hotel for my second stay, and I must say, it was just as delightful as the first time! From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm smiles and friendly faces from the staff, who made the check-in process incredibly fast and efficient, definitely a great way to start any stay. One of the highlights of my stay was the breathtaking view from my room. Waking up to such stunning scenery truly enhanced my experience, making every moment feel special. What really stands out about this hotel is its exceptional staff. Their kindness and willingness to assist made me feel right at home! It’s clear they genuinely care about their guests and strive to provide a memorable experience. Overall, my stay was nothing short of superb, and I can't wait to return for a third time. Overall good hotel, the interior of the room needs some serious refurbishment especially for their carpet and tv. Due to monkeys, we couldn't open the window to get some fresh air. Breakfast quite good, just lack on the drink variety. Only juice and coffee is offered.

The location is nice. Spacious room. Have parking. Near food stalls. Can late check in at night. Unfortunately i find several cockroaches in the room. It will be nice if the hotel call pest control for the property. Overall the stay is nice.

Love the location being away from the casino which allows us to feel the nature and the surroundings without any hustle and bustle. This property is relatively new and it is connected with another hotel 1001 nights which actually shares the parking space. Currently the parking space has some diversion and it is not fully opened. The rooms and facilities of this hotel feels more like a 4 star property striving ti be a 5 star hotel. Staff are friendly but also not at the 5 star level in being attentive or caring. The pool has a strong stench of chlorine so we didnt go in. Overall still a nice hotel to stay in.

The price of the hotel is slightly lower than on other apps when I used Trip.com to book the hotel. The location is strategic, and the staff are very friendly. The room is spacious and comfortable. However, the air conditioning is very cold, and the temperature cannot be adjusted. Overall, I am satisfied with my stay.
