I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable, with thoughtful details that made the experience even better. The staff were professional, friendly, and always ready to help. I really appreciated the complimentary water and the overall attention to guest comfort. The location is convenient, and the atmosphere is calm and relaxing. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again.

Lotte Hotel Yangon is an outstanding place to stay. The hotel is modern, clean, and very well maintained, with spacious rooms and beautiful views of Inya Lake. The staff are extremely professional, friendly, and always ready to help, which makes the stay even more comfortable. The facilities are excellent—especially the gym, swimming pool, and breakfast selection. The location is also convenient, peaceful, and safe. Overall, it offers great value for the quality and service provided. Highly recommended for both business and leisure stays in Yangon.

It was awesome. All the staffs are very polite, sweet and making us happy. Always asking “ how may we help, Di you need anything? Or something? Immediately they all responded and meet our needs like water, iron, iron board, AC, whatever we asked for helps and questions, their front desk response was awesome. I would like to give credit to Mr. Tommy and his team working at the front desk, Myat Noe, Moe, Mo, Su Sint, Pan, Leon, Sa, Than, May, Pyle and Zun working at the breakfast…! They were so amazing. This is one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed. It’s formerly known as Rosewood Yangon and now reopened for 8 months. Everything is excellent, very friendly, patient and helpful staff, extraordinary service. The hotel’s history dates back to 1927 so it’s absolutely a historical building. The decoration is very exquisite, breakfast is tasty and there are many choices. The location is also good and safe, very near to Sule Plaza, General Post Office and British Embassy. On terrace you can see the river view. I want to especially express my gratitude to Vanessa and Swar, they provided me with a lot of detailed information so I can know more about this hotel, this city and this country. Please make sure they can receive this feedback and my appreciation! Meanwhile, the front desk Moo Thaw, Luca showed me the hospitality. Next time I come to Yangon, I would consider choosing this hotel again, and also I will recommend it to my friends. Hope you can keep this level 😃

La habitación era pequeña, pero luminosa y limpia. La insonorización era deficiente. El personal era amable, pero completamente inflexible con las normas. Mi hora de entrada era a las 14:00 y completé el trámite a la 13:40, pero no me dejaron entrar. Además, me llamaron más de una hora antes de la salida para recordármelo. Si iban a respetar la hora de entrada, ¿no estaría bien llamar 15 minutos antes de la salida, ya que los huéspedes solo pueden salir hasta las 12:00?

El personal estaba muy acomodado, desde los receptores hasta el mantenimiento de la casa 💙 No espere demasiado de las instalaciones, ya que el hotel es la mitad del precio de otros con instalaciones similaresque es por qué es una buena opción 😊 El desayuno buffet tenía opciones limitadas pero todavía era decente - tienen una sección donde puede pedir a un miembro del personal que cocine un huevo/omelada para usted, pero no he explorado las otras opciones (el desayuno comienza a las 6:00: 30 AM, que es genial si tienes planes tempranos de la mañana, ya que se hace realmente caliente una vez que el sol se levanta durante este mes).... El hotel dispone de gimnasio, sauna y piscina, con TV, cafetera, secador de pelo, tocador, agua y café..... El único desventaja fue que el agua caliente no está disponible 24 horas durante mi estancia... Según el receptor, el agua caliente sólo está disponible durante horas específicas para cumplir con la conservación de la electricidad, si no me equivoco. (si no me equivoco, comenzando a partir de las 9:00, pero no estoy seguro hasta que) como ellos sólo lo han percibido cuando estaba a punto de duchar alrededor de las 8:30 pm y descubrí que sólo había agua fría disponible. Llamé al receptor, y ellos envió a la custodia para ayudar.... No estoy seguro si es una cosa temporal sólo para que si usted está preocupado por esto, puedes enviarles primero... Es un buen lugar para permanecer, aunque sea un poco lejos de los lugares turísticos, ya que Grab está disponible a un precio muy razonable para llegar a los lugares que desea visitar.

Cozy room. Comfortable bed and had all the basic amenities Accommodating and helpful reception staff. Value for money. Would stay again if in the neighborhood.

El hotel esta en una buena locacion, El nivel de servicio del hotel es muy alto. La habitación también estaba relativamente limpia. Hay un restaurante chino y un restaurante japonés en el segundo piso que saben muy bien. .

Es un lugar que vale la pena. La ubicación me pareció un poco extraña, pero aun así hay que tomar un taxi para ir a cualquier parte, así que no es un gran problema. Hay una tienda de conveniencia, una tienda de masajes de pies y otros restaurantes locales a 2 minutos a pie. Hay un centro comercial a 5 minutos, así que puedes comprar comida y refrigerios allí. El recepcionista no es muy amable, y la persona que parece ser la líder del equipo es un poco grosera. La azotea está destartalada, y la piscina es comparable a la de un restaurante de sushi local. La comida de la azotea es terrible, así que no la recomiendo. El desayuno era regular. La limpieza de la habitación también era regular. No creo que vuelva.

1. During the check in, all the charge options for breakfast was not considered. Most higher rate for breakfast was charged for first 4 breakfasts. After questioning a manager for what was advertised, she agreed to charge 17.50 USD. ( For the first 4 days was 10.00 UAD higher. 2. The bathroom bath tub is mounted dangerously to get in ant out of the tub for even shower. It is mounted too high. No handle is fixed to hold. Hotel placed a note to be careful. 3. The final bill lack details. Only the total. No way to check if the final amount is correct. I was in a hurry to get to the airport, did not open it it check.
