La habitación es muy espaciosa. Puedes ver la ciudad vieja y la mezquita a lo lejos fuera de la ventana. Está muy cerca de la estación de tren, por lo que es muy conveniente tomar un tren desde la entrada o ir a otras ciudades. Hay Algunas construcciones alrededor y habrá un poco de ruido durante el día. El hotel es Sólo comí en el restaurante una vez y volví tarde. Sin embargo, la comida fue servida tan lentamente que casi me quedé dormido. A pesar de que me dieron dos mojitos. , todavía fue un poco decepcionante para este nivel.

La habitación era espaciosa y la ubicación era conveniente para ir de compras, comer algo y ir a la peluquería. El desayuno ofrecía una variedad de opciones dulces y saladas, pero no era excepcional. El personal de recepción, del restaurante y de botones fue muy amable, sonriente y servicial. En mi opinión, el hotel no merece una calificación de 5 estrellas. El baño es bastante viejo, las cortinas estaban descolgadas y las ventanas de la habitación no cerraban bien, por lo que la habitación no estaba muy cálida, sobre todo porque la calefacción no funcionaba. Hay algunas plazas de aparcamiento reservadas para los huéspedes del hotel.

The shuttle bus service between the airport and the hotel is excellent, especially if you have an early morning or very late-night flight—it’s extremely convenient. Restaurants are not very close to the hotel. You’ll need to walk at least around 10 minutes to find good food options. To be honest, the room is not really worth the price. It is quite small, and the shower sprayer in the bathroom is fixed, which makes it less comfortable to use.

This was a welcome Oasis which we booked for a night due to a sufficiently long layover to justify. This case it was around 15 hours and it would be overnight so it was decided to book this hotel in order to be a bit more comfortable and refreshed for the next day's leg. For those who are sensitive, there does appear to be evidence to suggest scented product use throughout the establishment... But it's not too overpowering such as on the Royal Air Morocco's aircraft.... Staff are very courteous and knowledgeable. The rooms are neat and tidy and well laid out with sufficient room to move about in. It's a surprisingly quiet area given its proximity to the airport. And it has a free shuttle which is currently running every 30 minutes on the hour. Give yourself a little bit of extra time to find where the shuttle is though as it may not be particularly apparent. The breakfast spread is very delicious and the fact that they had the famous Moroccan mint tea and bottomless cups really made my day! My only regret in staying here is that it was a bit of an excursion to go into the city to do some proper sightseeing and take in all the wonders of Casablanca.... Even if I've only seen the movie once ;) ... But this isn't on the hotel.... And hopefully I look forward to visiting again and spending a bit more time to explore this interesting region. A thoroughly endearing part of this hotel were some cats patrolling the premises.

Recientemente tuvimos el placer de alojarnos en Stayhere Casablanca y fue excepcional. Desde nuestra llegada, la atención y la profesionalidad del personal fueron evidentes. Salma merece una mención especial por su cálida bienvenida y la eficiencia del proceso de check-in. Fue increíblemente receptiva a todas nuestras consultas, asegurándose de que cada detalle de nuestra estancia fuera perfecto. Achraf, el gerente, se esforzó al máximo para que nos sintiéramos valorados como huéspedes. Su enfoque proactivo en la atención al cliente y su disposición a atender peticiones especiales realmente distinguen a este hotel. Incluso Mehdi nos impresionó con su actitud alegre y su rápida ayuda con el equipaje. Se aseguró de que nos acomodáramos en nuestra habitación sin problemas y siempre estuvo dispuesto a ayudar. Recomendamos encarecidamente Stayhere Casablanca a cualquiera que busque comodidad, atención y una hospitalidad de primer nivel. Este es un hotel que realmente sabe cómo hacer que sus huéspedes se sientan especiales.

We didn’t have a good stay at the Novotel in Mohammedia, there was no hot water on arrival and there was obviously a hotel wide issue, but the reception said they’d sent someone up and we needed to run the taps for 10 minutes! Well that didn’t work and there was no hot water in the morning either, even they promised it would be back by the morning, so freezing cold shower. No remote control for the TV, the blackout blinds had tears and holes in them (see photo), the carpets were tired and marked (photo) and the windows were absolutely filthy (photo). This was billed as a “superior room with park view” - you could see the park with the window open, but with it closed the dirt pretty much obscured it. We booked a massage but cancelled as how can you have a massage without a shower? The breakfast was very average. The staff were fine, they are up against it with this building, but they constantly asked us to give them reviews by name. The pool is tiny, the bar was quite lively and again nice staff. For a modern Novotel this was a pretty bad experience.

Llegamos después de medianoche. El personal de recepción fue muy agradable y nos dieron un ascenso gratuito a una suite. En realidad, el hotel está bastante lejos. Para ser honesto, será un poco culpa mía por no verificar la ubicación antes de reservarla. A 35 minutos a pie de Casa Port, a 25 minutos en tranvía de Casa Voyageurs y a 40 minutos a pie de la mezquita de Hasan. Lo bueno es que el hotel no está muy lejos de la parada de tranvía. La habitación del hotel en sí se ve muy bien, pero no está limpia. El drenaje de la ducha estaba atascado. Entonces, cuando nos duchamos, comenzó a inundarse todo el baño. Se lo contamos a la recepción. Poco nada realmente no encaja con eso. También estuvo allí el primer día. Vi una mancha de sangre en una de las fundas de la almohada. Por suerte tienen muchas almohadas dentro de la habitación. Entonces no lo usé. La noche siguiente vi que cambiaron la funda de la almohada, pero esta vez vi una mancha de sangre en la manta que no estaba allí la noche anterior. Creo que deberían revisarlos adecuadamente y limpiarlos. En la imagen se puede ver que es una mancha vieja.

La habitación era bonita, limpia y ordenada, y la ubicación era estupenda. El hotel está dirigido por chinos. La propietaria es de buen corazón. El hotel sirve comida china y puedes cambiar dinero. El tipo de cambio es muy bueno. Si vuelvo a Casablanca la próxima vez. Quédate aquí de nuevo.

Location is acceptable which locates at the centre of Casa. It took me around 1 hr riding a direct bus from the airport to the bus stop near the hotel with 10 mins walking distance. Room is spacious but the bath tube is quite old with uneven base. Breakfast was fine but not so many choices.

Описание на трип ком вводит в заблуждение! Изначально когда мною бронировался номер в описании было указано, что это отель и в номерах имеются все удобства в том числе душ и туалет в номере! По приезду выяснилось, что душ и туалет находится на этаже , он общий для всех!!! Также при заселении на подушках отсутствовали наволочки, не было полотенец ( для меня это просто был шок), полотенца и одеяло тоже пришлось просить у хозяйки, но конечно полотенца которые мне дали повергли меня в шок… ( на фото их видно) , туалетной бумаги не было, нечем было вытираться. На Английском никто не разговаривает, только на китайском языке. Общались через переводчик. Из плюсов могу отметить, хозяйка достаточно доброжелательная женщина , в аэропорт нас довезли во время, был вкусный ужин из китайских блюд. Но когда я бронировала номер я ожидала совершенно другое, что это будет именно отель с элементарными удобствами. Рядом именно Отель со всеми удобствами стоит также около 100 долларов. Считаю , что стоимость нашего проживания сильно завышена, а самое главное , что трип ком вводит в заблуждение людей при описании удобств. Вообщем это не отель, это просто гостевой дом.
