Anjali fue perfecta. Tranquila, relajante y hermosa. La piscina siempre está a la sombra de la densa vegetación, así que parecía que estuviéramos en plena selva. El restaurante era increíble y todo el personal fue excepcionalmente amable y servicial. Nos ayudaron a organizar todas nuestras excursiones y actividades. Tuvimos mucha suerte de que el Sr. Chhlen nos llevara toda la semana en tuk-tuk y furgoneta: no solo fue amable y conocedor, y nos hizo sugerencias útiles sobre atracciones y restaurantes que de otro modo no habríamos conocido, sino que también estuvo muy atento con nuestros hijos y nos ayudó a mantenerlos seguros y entretenidos cuando salimos a visitar templos y tiendas de recuerdos. Recomendamos encarecidamente a Anjali y volveríamos a alojarnos allí.

En general, una experiencia increíble. El personal es súper amable y siempre está dispuesto a charlar. Se desviven por atenderte. En recepción nos dieron una habitación de categoría superior gratis al hacer el check-in, ¡lo cual agradecemos mucho! La comida y las bebidas del restaurante estaban buenísimas. Cócteles de 1 a 1 gratis de 16:00 a 18:00. La habitación estaba limpia, con un montón de pequeños detalles que nos sorprendieron, como fruta fresca a la llegada, artículos de aseo de primera calidad, agua, té y café, etc. La cama es súper cómoda, con sábanas limpias, suaves y frescas. El wifi es rápido y nunca se corta. El gimnasio y la piscina del hotel estaban muy bien y limpios. Foto: Museo Nacional de Angkor, ubicado al otro lado de la calle, que merece la pena visitar.

Habitaciones amplias, cómodas y muy limpias, El baño tiene lo necesario para hacer de tu estancia algo muy agradable. La piscina resulta muy cómoda para refrescarse tras las visitas de los templos. Aunque no está en el mismo centro de Siem Reap, resulta ideal para poder descansar más tranquilamente. Sin duda una gran opción que repetiré

El hotel es precioso, a solo 5 minutos del centro. Las instalaciones, maravillosas. El desayuno, súper variado y exquisito. El personal, inmejorable. Nos ayudaron con todo y nos recomendaron las mejores excursiones, guía y restaurante. 100% recomendable.

Todo en el hotel es sorprendente. Si vienes a Siem Reap a ver Angkor Wat, te recomiendo que te alojes en este hotel. Es muy rentable. Servicio: El personal es muy entusiasta. Aprenden a pronunciar los nombres de los clientes y los saludan cuando regresan de comprar afuera, el personal les entregará una toalla fría y un vaso de agua. para ir de compras, le ayudarán a negociar los precios. Además, si vas a Pun Street dentro del horario designado, el hotel puede llamar a un coche tutú de forma gratuita. Entorno: La decoración del hotel es de estilo típico del sudeste asiático, lo cual es muy distintivo. Desayuno: Se recomienda desayunar un plato de fideos de arroz con huevos fritos. El capuchino también estuvo genial. Para ir al lugar pintoresco de Angkor Wat, reservamos nuestro propio vehículo con anticipación y fue muy conveniente recorrer todo el camino desde el hotel.

I stayed here for 4 nights due to a botched reservation from another of their property under the IndochineGroup. I was travelling with a friend and we booked a studio double room with pool view and balcony each. Overall I had a good stay although the maintenance of the hotel could be a lil better. I would like to give special mention to a really exceptional staff, Mr Sadaka, for being the highlight of my stay. He was perhaps the only one who easily comprehended our requests, great situational awareness and resolved whatever issues that we brought up with professionalism and positivity. The rooms were spacious with basic amenities. I think the hotel is a little old and you can see that they are doing their renovation in parts. Some room floors are diff from the others. And some parts of the wall have old mold that they either missed out or just didn’t care. There is a fridge, TV (not working), thin bathrobes and a station with coffee and tea. Bed was king sized and comfy with clean white sheets. Bathroom is a little dark and looks moldy but maybe it’s just really old. They provide shower gel and hand soap in a pump bottle. Maintenance of the room could probably be better with a new coat of paint. There were mold stains below the luggage shelf which they prob thought no one would notice. The swimming pool was a real blessing after a hot morning walk. It’s surrounded by the ground level rooms (pool view) and has a quaint little sunken bar where you can enjoy your cocktails while swimming. The walls inside the pool at the deeper end is covered with a layer of brown mold/fungus which peeled off into the water when I touched it. Loads of bits floating after. They have a good restaurant in the lobby and an even more quaint cafe serving local dishes just next door (there’s a sliding door from the restaurant) MUST check it out! There’s also a good bagels place just outside on the right of the entrance. Perfect if your room doesn’t come with breakfast. They also have a good massage service where you can choose to have it in the massage rooms above the cafe or in your room. There is a 20% discount if you are a guest. Location-wise, it’s really convenient with loads of eateries and the famous Pub Street just a 10min walk away.

We were welcomed with complimentary juice and snacks upon arriving at the hotel. They had a scent reminiscent of Cambodia and were delicious. The room was cozy and comfortable. The hotel offered a variety of tours, which could be booked at the front desk by the day before, making it very convenient. We joined two tours arranged by the hotel, and both were fantastic. The price was also reasonable. Overall, we were very satisfied with both the services and the cost.

The hotel’s kitchen offered a menu that might seem simple at a glance but was satisfyingly delightful upon tasting. Every dish we tried was prepared well, with fresh ingredients and flavors that are comforting yet exciting to the palate. The breakfast, in particular, deserves an extra note of praise for being consistently good, providing a delightful start to our days of exploration. Adding to the hotel’s allure was the inviting swimming pool, serving as a refreshing sanctuary after a day of touring the magical temples and vibrant markets of Siem Reap. During the wet season, the atmosphere around Sala Lodges was even more calming and soothing, with the soft sound of rain providing a comforting backdrop to our stay. To sum it up, our experience at Sala Lodges was nothing short of magical. From the excellent service to the beautifully appointed rooms and delightful meals, every aspect of the hotel contributed to a stay that was serene, comfortable, and absolutely enjoyable.
