The sanctuary staff were lovely and helpful. It had a very relaxed and quiet vibe. Perfect if you're looking for dome real downtime and chill. Unfortunately the pool wasn't usable. Which I was disappointed about as it was 35⁰ and would have loved to swim. The water just wasnt clean at all murky. The room was spacious and big bathroom. AC, TV and Mini fridge.

We stayed here for two nights and the bed was comfortable and the air conditioning worked well, the bathroom wasn’t the best but fine for two nights, one note is upon check out they charged more than was advertised on trip.com, we had to pay it to leave as we were going to miss our bus so we paid it however trip.com were great and reimbursed us for the difference.

Mi estancia en este hotel distó mucho de ser ideal, aunque tuvo algunos puntos positivos. La ubicación no está muy lejos del centro de la ciudad, pero los alrededores son tranquilos y carecen de restaurantes o cafeterías. Estar junto a un templo ofrece una bonita vista desde algunas habitaciones, pero también implica un inevitable despertador a las 7:00 de la mañana para los monjes. Los mayores problemas fueron la limpieza y las instalaciones: mi habitación estaba llena de hormigas, el desagüe del baño estaba atascado y no había caja fuerte. El aire acondicionado era demasiado fuerte y no se podía ajustar desde la cama, lo que lo hacía incómodo. Además, no ofrecían desayuno, ni siquiera con cargo adicional, así que tenía que tomar un tuk-tuk al centro todas las mañanas. Como punto positivo, la habitación era espaciosa, estaba bien decorada y equipada con todo lo básico. El precio era razonable, pero dadas las desventajas, no volvería a alojarme aquí.

Well I will start by saying we will be back! We are CNDs semi/retired in Phnom Penh. We needed a break feom the hustle and bustle of the big city and tried this resort. We were greeted with the sweetest most helpful young lady, missed her name, that took great care of us. As we walked passed the pool area and restaurant to our lakeside cabin I knew this was what we needed. It's gorgeous, clean, friendly and gardeners are so busy keeping it all clean but ever so discreetly. It was perfect! We're so happy we've found our escape place! Room 4 lakeside is so private and a deck right at the edge of the pond that has blooming lilies on it. Like a scene from a romantic movie. Thank you reception staff and restaurant staff for a beautiful get-away. We couldn't have asked for more. Oh and the food!! Top notch.

We had a fantastic 3 night stay at the hotel enjoying breakfasts and evening meals every day as well as drinks from the bar and their happy hour The staff were exemplary with all the team making us feel welcome and special The rooms were fantastic, very large and the bathrooms well equipped and spacious The pool/bar/ garden area is very calm and peaceful making it a perfect area to relax and recuperate Breakfasts and evening meals were great quality. Breakfast fruits, western or Cambodian style is offered and there is lots of it!! Evening meals are very reasonably priced and there is a good variety and options I can’t believe we were so lucky to chose this location and hotel for our 3 day stay in battenbang……it’s outstanding

La Casa de huéspedes Ramchang ... es un poco de camino fuera de la ”ciudad”. Battambang se siente como un gran pueblo supercrecido. El hotel mismo me recuerda a las casas de huéspedes del país en México. El hotel está en el centro de las arroz-paddys. La habitación no era grande, pero estaba cómoda. AC funcionaba bien. camas confortables, con buenas ropa interior. El restaurante ofrece comidas deliciosas y asequibles. El servicio de lavandería es bueno. La dulce dama incluso hizo iron mis ropa. (No he tenido una camisa ironizada en más de 20 años!) El hotel está situado en el jardín tropical, donde se encuentran las flores de Frangipani, que se han atravesado por el jardín. Nota: muy poco hablado inglés.

El Hotel Seng Hout ha ampliado considerablemente y ahora cuenta con 2 edificios. La seguridad está ligeramente comprometida, ya que hay ahora un paseo al aire libre a lo largo de las ventanas de muchas habitaciones, algunas de ellas no pueden cerrar completamente - aunque no hubo ningún incidente de seguridad real durante nuestra estancia. Las instalaciones y la limpieza son mínimas pero funcionales. El personal se enfrenta a algunas demandas simples como la parte superior de papel higiénico o los tapices adicionales (el tapice es menor que la cama, por lo que puede ser difícil compartir en camas dobles - pero no hay más). No obstante, la estancia funcional y cómoda es el precio.

This was a very pleasant stay, it's a well maintained guest house with large spacious rooms. The staff were helpful and sold water by the reception. It is located well in the town with plenty of access to cafes and restaurants. The pool is situated a short walk from the guest house which is a very lovely space to hang out and cool off. The bathroom functioned well with a good shower, however there was some mould on the ceiling. The room had yellow curtains which did allow for a fair amount of light through in the morning which some may find disturbing. I would definitely recommend staying here!

The room is beautiful but I don't love the tiles. I wish they installed a ceiling fan at the balcony. Bathroom tiles are a bit tired. I don't like how they put the shower gel etc in a bottle. I wish they provided slippers as the room floor is fully tiled, not wooden flooring. The room also doesn't have phone, so for sny request, you have to go down. The staff were great, spoke good English and they recommended a great tuktuk driver and booked our bus ticket to Siem Reap. The hotel did not charge extra for the services.

Llegué a Battambang a las 7 de la noche y caminé directamente al hotel después de disfrutar de la cena de rosas blancas. El pasaje de entrada al hotel se puede describir como ”bastante especial”. Las tiras decorativas colgantes tienen una sensación de historia de terror estadounidense. Entre en la recepción, el color frío de la luz fluorescente. La sonrisa del camarero y el camarero tenía la sensación de ”Bollos de cerdo asados con carne humana”, y me apresuré a entrar en la habitación. El área de la habitación era realmente grande. Había una cama en medio de la habitación vacía. La habitación con ventanas en todos los lados hizo que la gente no pudiera evitar comprobarlo todo. Las ventanas, incluso la parte inferior de la cama ... ¡luego nos llevamos bien y decidimos cambiar de hotel directamente! ! ! Se recomienda que los turistas que estén dispuestos a gastar este poco de dinero elijan otros hoteles ...
