Somos una familia que viaja con 3 niños, por lo que reservamos 2 habitaciones de esquina para el espacio necesario. 1) Se nos dio 2 habitaciones en la esquina opuesta del piso, por lo que tuvimos que ir a caminar y bajar y bajar el pasillo para pasar cosas entre nosotros, por lo que fue un poco incómodo. permitido. La habitación era limpia, las camas estaban cómodas, pero las cucharas estaban muy acomodadas, así que pedimos más cucharas, pero todavía no proporcionaron mucho apoyo. 3) El baño de bañera en el baño era v baja, así que los adultos se han vuelto a doble un poco más. La ubicación del hotel estaba cerca de JR, y muchas opciones de comida, así que fue genial porque no hicimos desayuno hotel. 5) Conducimos un coche de 7 asientos (para acomodar equipajes) por lo que el techo era demasiado alto y tuvo que estar aparcado en un parque de coches públicos de Times 2 minutos a pie de lo que pagamos. 6) En general, un hotel recomendado en Tokushima y nos volveremos a permanecer de nuevo debido a la ubicación central y las zonas comerciales todas accesibles a pie.

As nice a hotel as anyone would want to stay in while visiting Tokushima on the island of Shikoku. Terrific service, clean facilities and room, an amazing bonus free onsen (hot springs), a very well equipped gym which is a bit rare in Japan and the property is located right in the middle of town next to the central train and bus stations. There are plenty of cafes, restaurants and bars in the neighbourhood as well as a shopping centre across the road and lot's of small shops nearby. Upon first arriving, the entrance is a little tricky to locate so be sure and follow the instructions that will come with the booking confirmation.

Cosy Ryokan walkable to Iya Valley Vine bridge although it may be steep at the entry/exit slope for elderly n those with mobility issues. The stay was comfortable and relaxing. Public bath was a little small but nonetheless enjoyable. Food wasn't luxurious but showcased their local seasonal eats. If you are driving and only staying overnight , I would suggest packing an overnighter and leaving the big suitcase in the boot as the poor staff will have to lug them up steep staircases to bring to your room. There is free coffee and also a vending machine next to lobby area. There is a small courtyard to chill after dinner and look at the stars after dark. The Futon can be a little thicker as those not used to sleeping on tatami may wake with a stiffer back. It's not a deal breaker though, will still recc the Ryokan if you are planning on staying in the area and enjoying the famous Japanese hospitality.

Smile Hotel Tokushima is a good choice for a short stay. The room is clean, simple, and easy to use, typical of a Japanese business hotel. It’s comfortable enough for resting after a long day. The breakfast is quite good, with a buffet style and a decent variety of options, including some local dishes, which makes it more enjoyable than a typical business hotel breakfast. The location is very convenient, just a few minutes from Tokushima Station. Overall, it offers good value for money, though the room is a bit small and facilities are basic.

무인으로 운영이 되는 곳인데 데스크에 비치된 전화로 직원분과 통화해서 키박스에서 예약된 룸에 키를 찾는 방식입니다. 직원분이 기초적인 영어만 가능하시니 일본어로 소통할 대책을 준비하셔야 할겁니다. 얼리체크인도 해주시고 넓은 방과 욕실은 일본에서 찾기 힘들 정도입니다. 욕실에 수압도 쎄고 온수도 잘 나옵니다. 전자렌지와 냉장고 구비되어 있습니다. 다만 침대에 메트리스는 쿠션이 다 죽어있었어요. 도쿠시마로 여행을 간다면 전 다시 이곳을 찾을겁니다.

Very natural vibe around the hotel and 3 min driving to the vine bridge. Dinner is amazing and a beautiful outdoor public onsen, which is located on the top of the small hill and you can even take a cable car to get there! Great view and great food, the owner really showed so much care and does her business well. Mountain view from the room and the light on the street is just beautiful. Highly recommended!

The hotel service is beyond my expectation for a business hotel. I was staying here since the weather situation so I had to stay at awa-ikeda for one more day, and this one looked reasonable for its location and price. After I booked, I went to the hotel about 10am, to drop my bag and folding bicycle. The staff was extremely accommodating my request. When Incame back in the afternoon (still earlier than the checkin time), sitting in the lobby, playing with my phone. After a while, the staff told me the room was ready. All staff members are extremely good and willing to help.

Older style but everything is well maintained just like most Japan hotel. Nothing to complaint about, just sleep over for us. But I imagine it’s very convenient as it’s at the JR station, we drove so it makes no difference but nearby parking isn’t as expensive as JR station in more developed city. Food option is plentiful nearby though so that’s great for late night supper.

出張と観光を兼ねて宿泊しました。ホテル周辺にはコンビニやスーパーがあり、買い物に困ることがなく便利でした。ちょっとした飲み物やお菓子を買いたい時にもすぐ行ける立地は助かります。 館内にはドリンクバーが用意されており、自由に利用できるのも嬉しいポイントでした。滞在中に気軽にコーヒーやソフトドリンクを楽しめて、リラックスして過ごせました。 朝食バイキングも満足度が高く、種類が豊富で美味しかったです。客室も清潔で快適に過ごせました。価格を考えると非常にコストパフォーマンスが良く、鳴門に来る際はまた利用したいと思います。ありがとうございました。
