The hotel is probably in old style hotel but the room was huge and the services are good. The room service was quick even though the hotel looks full. The extra bed also comfy. In addition to that, i just wanted to praise the hotel breakfast team. The breakfast was superb, wide range of food , the pastry is good, the western also delicious. Overall we satisfied with the hotel.

This hotel offers an excellent stay for those prioritizing convenience and culinary quality, featuring a highly diverse and flavorful breakfast spread alongside a prime location that provides easy access to the city's key attractions. However, the overall guest experience is hindered by the room facilities, as the amenities and in-room essentials are need improve to require modernization to meet the high standards service. While it is a strong choice for food lovers and travelers on the go, improvements in room equipment and comfort would significantly elevate its value.

Thank you for the pleasant stay! It was such an amazing experience and we really enjoyed the moments. First of all, the staff was very kind, friendly and helpful. Terrific customer service! We were welcomed with such a nice romantic vibe in the room and also a cute note from the housekeeping team on the mirror. Room was very clean, tidy and perfect location for an amazing view! Love the huge couch by the window btw :) But, there is also some issues that I want to raise. Firstly, we ordered in room-dinning but, there was no dining table provided. I went to several hotels and ordered in room-dining and they will always provide a table / trolley table at least to let us dine in the room. But, this was the first time I had this experience. The waiter left the foods on the study desk. But, we can’t dine on where the study desk was because, there was only one chair available. That’s why we had to moved the heavy table to be closed to the huge couch. I asked for the trolley table but, apparently they can’t let us use it. Secondly, the soup was cold. Which was very disappointing :( I ended up just had a couple of spoons and can’t take it anymore. Well, I guess those were the minus part of my stay. But, overall we enjoyed our stay there. Ah, one more thing! The angus steak balsamic juice was the best dish! Very worth to try!

I had a really pleasant stay in the executive room at Verona Palace. The room was clean and well maintained, and the staff were helpful throughout my stay. The location is convenient, although it’s a bit tucked inside a small alley. Some amenities were quite basic, slippers were only available upon request, there was shampoo but no conditioner, and no tissue in the toilet but it didn’t take away from the overall experience. What I loved most was how spacious the room was, along with the view overlooking the futsal field and the Bandung sky. Overall, I truly enjoyed my stay and would definitely come back again whenever I’m in Bandung :)

El hotel es moderno, limpio y atractivo desde el punto de vista visual. La experiencia de la habitación fue decepcionante debido a las cuestiones de la habitación, la zona de ducha tenía problemas de fuga y la presión del agua era extremadamente débil e incoherente. Después de un largo día, me gustaría tener una ducha relajada, pero desafortunadamente no podía disfrutarlo en absoluto. El desayuno fue otro gran descenso. La mayoría de las comidas probó blanda y desinspirante, haciendo el desayuno algo que terminé saltando después del primer día. Pros: ✅ Personal amigable y bienvenido ✅ Diseño de habitaciones limpias y modernas ✅ Nice ambience and comfortable environment Cons: ❌ Problemas de fuga de baño ❌ Pobre presión del agua ❌ Selección de desayuno sin sabor y aburrido La hospitalidad fue buena, pero las cuestiones de mantenimiento y la calidad del desayuno afectaron significativamente a mi estancia. 😮💨 Un hotel hermoso es una cosa, pero una buena ducha y un desayuno decente son lo que hacen que los huéspedes quieren volver.

Muy agradable nuestra estadía. Servicios excelentes. Muy útiles personal. Pero no muy agradable del desayuno. Quizás puede añadir más comida indonesiana no especia para niños. No todos los niños realmente pueden comer comida occidental con todo gluten alrededor. Sí, tienen un ángulo libre de gluten, pero mi niño no le gusta. Pero para los adultos, el alimento es muy grande con muchas variedades.

I went to Bandung with my friends and booked this hotel within less than 1 week ahead. Before booking, I did a short research about the best located hotel to the places that we were planning to go to. Since this hotel is located near Braga area, there are so many viral places and cafes that we planned to go to. (approximate time spent by online taxi) - 10 mins to The Deli Bakes Pudak, Prima Rasa - 11 mins to Theo’s Wife Lois, BAGELICIOUS - 15 mins to Tji Laki 9 And the most important thing → only 8 minutes ride from Stasiun Bandung (by Woosh from Halim → Padalarang; then move to feeder train to Stasiun Bandung). So, we don’t need to go too early from the hotel. Service wise, the staff was so helpful, from the check in time, luggage storage and even during the breakfast time. We gladly spent our time at Crowne Plaza Bandung. Thank you for the ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ hospitality 🙏🏻

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had an absolutely wonderful family stay at Mason Pine Hotel and it exceeded our expectations. Even before our arrival, the communication with the hotel team was excellent. They responded promptly to our requests and made us feel truly welcomed. Upon check-in, we were delighted to receive a complimentary room upgrade with a beautiful pool view. The room was also thoughtfully prepared with a personalized welcome message on the mirror, a delicious cake, and adorable elephant towel decorations. These small touches made our family feel very special. The facilities are outstanding, especially for families with children. Our little one had so much fun enjoying the swimming pool, trampoline, arcade games, and the various kids’ activities available throughout the hotel. We were also pleasantly surprised to find pickleball facilities, which added another enjoyable activity during our stay. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of choices, and the entire hotel was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. What impressed us the most was the genuine hospitality of every staff member. Everyone was warm, friendly, and always willing to help. They even kindly granted us a complimentary late check-out until 1 PM, which we truly appreciated. Thank you, Mason Pine Hotel, for creating such a memorable stay for our family. We will definitely return and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing, fun, and family-friendly getaway near Bandung. This is not just a hotel stay—it was a memorable family experience that we will always cherish. One thing that pleasantly surprised me was how runner-friendly the location is. I started my morning with a 5K run from the hotel to the Bumi Hejo and IKEA Kota Baru Parahyangan area before returning to the hotel. The route was enjoyable, the morning atmosphere was fresh, and it was a perfect way to begin the day. This is definitely an added bonus for guests who enjoy running or morning walks. We’ve stayed at several hotels before, including a beachfront resort in Bali, but Mason Pine Hotel has become our favorite family staycation destination. It wasn’t just because of the facilities—it was the genuine hospitality, thoughtful attention to detail, and the complete family-friendly experience that truly made the difference. We left with wonderful memories and can’t wait to come back.

Our stay at Gaia Bandung was truly exceptional, and the team deserves every bit of praise. From the moment we arrived, the service was outstanding. Whoever selected and trained the staff clearly knew exactly what they were doing. Everyone we encountered was warm, kind, genuinely welcoming and incredibly helpful. There was something particularly special about the smiles from the staff — they never felt routine or forced, but genuinely warm and sincere. We honestly felt like celebrities throughout our stay! 😊 The hotel itself is beautiful, stylish and very chic, while still managing to feel warm and welcoming. The food was excellent, with a wonderful variety of choices, so there was something for everyone. We also had a fantastic massage, which was another highlight of our stay. And then there was MonoMono. The restaurant was absolutely amazing, both in terms of the food and the experience. We received wonderful service from Ramdan, Roma, Hali and the entire team. They were knowledgeable, attentive and genuinely caring, while also knowing exactly when to be present and when to give us space. It made the whole dining experience feel very special. But what impressed us most was what happened when our stay unexpectedly took a difficult turn. When my husband ended up in hospital, the care and concern from the Gaia team went far beyond anything we could have expected from a hotel. The concierge team and the entire crew were incredibly helpful, and the duty manager and staff were checking on his condition every couple of hours. They genuinely cared about how he was doing and whether there was anything they could do to help. That kind of care cannot be taught from a service manual. It comes from people who genuinely care about their guests. Gaia gave us a beautiful stay, wonderful food, excellent service and an absolutely lovely environment — but most importantly, it gave us a team of people who made us feel looked after when we really needed it. A huge thank you to everyone at Gaia and MonoMono. Ramdan, Roma, Hali, the concierge team, the duty manager and every member of the staff who took care of us: you made a lasting impression on our family, and you deserve all the praise. ❤️ We would happily return to Gaia, and we will remember the people here long after we leave.
