The check-in process was very fast, taking only a few minutes, and the receptionist was very friendly. I had complained that the air conditioner in my room wasn’t cold, and the technician quickly came to check and fix it. Overall, I was satisfied with my stay, but the bedsheet had some stains, which made it look less clean.

We stayed at Episode Hotel Gading Serpong as a family with three kids, and it turned out to be a wonderful experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff were warm and welcoming, making check-in smooth and stress-free, which is always appreciated when traveling with children.
The rooms are spacious, clean, and very comfortable. With three kids, space is always a concern, but the layout made it easy for all of us to rest well. The beds were cozy, and the bathroom was modern and well-maintained.
One of the highlights was the breakfast buffet—lots of variety, from local dishes to kid-friendly options like pastries, cereals, and fresh fruits. Our kids especially enjoyed it, and it made mornings so much easier.
The swimming pool was another favorite spot for the children, while we as parents appreciated the relaxing atmosphere of the hotel’s facilities and nearby conveniences like shopping and dining options.
Overall, Episode Hotel Gading Serpong is a great choice for families. It combines comfort, convenience, and thoughtful service, making our stay both relaxing and enjoyable. We would happily come back on our next family trip.

Booked this hotel for the night as i had an early flight. Great location. Walking distance from the airport clean and secure. No phone but there was ipad ti replace. Unfortunately didnt work, cant swipe. TV had to log in, so couldnt watch. No manual to use it. But it is a clean and secure hotel comfortable for the night stay.

I had a truly wonderful experience staying at this hotel. The check-in process was quick and smooth, and the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The room was spotless, comfortable, and well-equipped—everything from the cozy bed to the clean, modern bathroom exceeded my expectations.
The location is very convenient, with easy access to restaurants and transportation. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of options, and the dining area was clean and well-organized.
What impressed me the most was the level of service. The staff were always helpful, attentive, and professional, making me feel genuinely appreciated as a guest.
Highly recommended for both leisure and business trips. I would definitely stay here again!

I had the pleasure of staying at the DoubleTree Hotel Bintaro from June 18 to June 20, in the King Room with a Sofa Bed. As always, my experience at this property was nothing short of amazing. The level of comfort, cleanliness, and service remained consistently excellent throughout my stay.
Although I did not opt for the breakfast buffet this time, I genuinely missed the hotel’s signature morning spread, which I remember fondly from previous visits. Their breakfast selection has always been a delightful part of the stay, and I look forward to enjoying it again on my next visit.
What truly stood out during this visit was, once again, the exceptional service from Bella. Her warm hospitality and attention to detail went above and beyond expectations. It is always reassuring to be welcomed by familiar faces who consistently provide such high-quality service. I’m sincerely grateful to Bella for making my stay as comfortable and pleasant as ever.
There is absolutely nothing I could point to as a shortcoming during my time at DoubleTree Bintaro. Everything met or exceeded my expectations, and I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a reliable and relaxing stay in the Bintaro area.

LLC666I believe that the hotel was a local's favorite as the booking was quite full during Eid al-Fiṭr despite its relatively high price. The hotel was full of family and kids and there is no tranquility. Unlike other comparable hotels in the area, the hotel was not directly connected to the so called private beach. The so called private beach is not private at all and was occupied by many other non hotel guests. The non hotel guests can even park at the hotel carpark and use the ”private beach” and pool for free. Hence the ”private beach” was very full as those street vendors would charge people using the public beaches. So many non hotel guests just flooded in and the staff couldnt care less. So basically hotel guests are stripped off the privilege in using it, and you could never find any space. No towel was provided at the ”private beach”, the pool was like a mud swamp. No locker, only three btoken huts for toilet and changing, and no towel provided. As for the pool in the hotel main building, there is no control as well and seems anyone can use. Only several chairs and pavilions were available but all were occupied by people who did not dress like hotel guests (who would bring their clothes for changing at the pool if they are hotel guests?) Staff was non existent and no one offered to help you find some empty seat. As to other services, the dinning part is fine and food were reasonable. For the room and hotel, while the overall maintenance is ok given that the hotel is pretty new, maintenance was needed as well as cleanliness. The water at the outdoor bath was not hot. No hair conditoner and body lotion. Service-wise, the front desk people are good and tried their best to help. Hope they would not ring guests up at 9am asking them if they want to clean up room. Overall, view from the hotel was stunning, but not even close to 4-star services and facilities.

UUsuario invitadoEsta es mi segunda estancia en el Zest Hotel para pasar una noche en Yakarta y sin duda lo volveré a elegir porque:
1. Ofrecen servicio gratuito de transporte al aeropuerto, tanto de ida como de vuelta. El hotel está a unos 10-15 minutos del aeropuerto, dependiendo de la terminal a la que llegues.
2. La habitación no es grande, pero está limpia. Sin embargo, mi segunda vez me decepcionó un poco: había una toalla en el baño con olor a cigarrillo.
3. Ofrecen cepillo de dientes, pasta de dientes, gel de ducha, champú, perchas, wifi gratis y agua (también tienen dispensador en el pasillo), suficiente para una estancia corta.
4. Desayuno buffet: bueno... no esperes demasiado, porque solo incluye platos indonesios y pan. Sin huevos :(( Tampoco hay muchas opciones, pero con el precio tan bajo de la habitación, ¡me parece perfecto! El burbur indonesio (gachas de arroz) está riquísimo, ¡me pedí dos tazones grandes!
5. Hay algunos restaurantes/cafeterías y un Alfamart (o Indomaret o 7-Eleven... no recuerdo) justo afuera del hotel, muy práctico.
6. El Zest Hotel está situado junto al Swiss Belhotel Airport Yakarta; pertenecen al mismo grupo hotelero, así que el autobús gratuito también incluye a los huéspedes del Swiss Belhotel. Fuimos a cenar al restaurante del vestíbulo del Swiss Belhotel; la comida y el servicio fueron excelentes. Nos ofrecieron unas patatas fritas tempe riquísimas con las bebidas :))
Solo un recordatorio: si van a la Terminal 3, el traslado al aeropuerto puede tardar un poco más, ya que primero tienen que dejar a los huéspedes en la T1 y la T2 (si es que hay alguno). En mi experiencia, tardé 30 minutos en llegar a la T3 desde que subí al autobús.
De todos modos, seguiré eligiendo Zest Hotel como mi hotel de tránsito y lo recomendaré, ¡obtienes más de lo que pagas!

Proceso de check in muy rápido, también para check out.
La habitación está bien, limpia y el personal también es agradable.

ベベリーAproveché este vuelo porque eran las 6:30. Para viajar entre la T3, puedes reservar un servicio de transporte gratuito al realizar el check-in. Tardaste 6 minutos desde la T2 a la T3. La entrada del hotel está frente a A&W en la planta de salidas de la T2, y desde allí hay una rampa y escaleras, y más allá una escalera mecánica. Hay dos escalones que suben desde la recepción. Había un miembro del personal allí que me ayudó a llevar mi maleta. Hay alrededor de 40 habitaciones en cada lado, y las alfombras son de pelo largo, por lo que las ruedas dificultan su movimiento. Aunque no la pedí, había cerveza disponible en el servicio de habitaciones, ya que había botellas de cerveza Bintang vacías en el pasillo. La habitación era espaciosa y tenía comodidades.

Había contactado con un conductor para que me recogiera, pero no pude comunicarme con él por WhatsApp, así que llamé a un servicio de recogida en el aeropuerto.

KKusumaA good beach front hotel. It used to be my favourite hotel since 2015. However, it's very disappointing now. For this price, there's a lot they can improve especially the food quality. It's hard to find a proper restaurants in this area, I really hoped we could count on the hotel restaurant during our stay but we're disappointed. The food at the buffet dinner is all bad, too sweet, too salty, not fresh seafood (rotten fish), meat is also too dry & not fresh, maybe already kept in freezer for too long, but the price is not cheap. The room is a bit outdated, the bathroom has no single hanger, where do you expect us to put our towel when taking shower? On the floor? I really love this hotel, that's why I wrote this honest review and hopefully it will improve so we can visit this hotel again in our future trip.

Our recent stay at Amaris was an absolute delight, perfectly situated for anyone needing convenient access to the airport without sacrificing comfort or a great meal. From the moment we arrived, the staff was welcoming and efficient, making check-in a breeze.
The hotel's location is a major plus. Being just a short free shuttle bus from the airport terminals took all the stress out of our early morning flight. The complimentary shuttle service was prompt and reliable, a thoughtful touch that we greatly appreciated.
One of the standout features of our stay was the breakfast. Often, airport hotel breakfasts can be an afterthought, but here it was a true highlight. The spread was impressive, with a wide variety of both hot and cold options to suit every palate. The scrambled eggs were fluffy, the bacon was crisp, and there was a wonderful selection of fresh fruits, pastries, and yogurts. The coffee was fresh and plentiful, providing the perfect fuel for a day of travel.
Our room was clean, quiet, and comfortable, providing a restful night's sleep before our journey. We couldn't hear any airport noise, which was a pleasant surprise.
Overall, we highly recommend Amaris to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay near the airport. The excellent breakfast and friendly service make it a top choice that we will certainly be returning to on our next trip.
