We had a beautiful room with a direct view of the sea — absolutely breathtaking! The staff were very friendly and always helpful. It was a wonderful stay, and we’d definitely come back again.

Felt safe the moment I entered the hotel premises. Clean and bright area with welcoming and helpful staff. Room is spacious and confortable. Location seems central althought I didn't venture out. Will be back!

Had such a lovely stay at Hotel Hilani! From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel super welcome — big smiles, quick check-in, and they were always ready to help. One of the staff even greeted me by my name, which honestly gave such a nice vibe ✨ The room was clean, comfy, and had everything I needed to just relax. I really loved how calm and peaceful the atmosphere was — perfect after a long day. Service stayed great the whole time, and you can tell the team really cares about guests. Overall it was such a smooth, stress-free stay. I’d definitely come back and recommend it if you’re looking for a cozy place with genuinely friendly hospitality 🤍

Hotelnya sangat nyaman.. semua berfungsi dengan baik.. hanya saja air kolam-a saat itu kotor. Entah belum dibersihkan dari mandi² weekand.. tp saat itu kami kunjungi kolam-a sudah hari senin sore.. apalg kolam anak².. jorok banget, banyak daun & air-a seperti berminyak.. tp dari jauh bersih kq kelihatan-a krn dasar lantai yg biru.. 😅

A well-located hotel in central Banda Aceh well within walking distance of the mosque. Excellent service and the restaurant has a good selection of food. The buffet breakfast has a lot of nice traditional Indonesia dishes. Would definitely stay again!

En general estaba bien. habitación grande y limpia (excepto el baño estaba un poco abajo y la ducha estaba cerrada - habitación 317) El servicio de habitaciones estaba bien y el desayuno es el mejor. La mayor decepción fue la calidad de la comida en el techo. Ordenado pizza. no se cocinaba adecuadamente. I like the surrounding of the hotel full of nearby food stalls. One of the best option in Aceh. Good value for money even though the rooms are a bit old fashioned. Close to the port for trip to Sabang.

It's almost a perfect hotel at the medium level. Closed to Tsunami Museum and the Grand Mosque. Staff are kind. Breakfast was good. Only one thing I didn't like was that there is no elevator.

Sarapan pagi gk recomen dgn harga kamar yg mahal hanya d sajikan nasi grg dan ayam grg .... roti tdk ada selai sm sekali byk tamu dan saya jg mengeluh minta utk tbh lg di blg sdh hbs dan d gantikan dgn telur mata sapi .... posisi ms stgh 9 pagi tp makanan hbs ... Saya pesan di hari sabtu 1 kamar dan di hari minggu 2 kamar dgn tipe superir dan deluxe Otomatis di pikiran saya ttp stay d kamar yg sama Tp bgt selesai sarapan dgn enakny d blg kamar wajib d pdhkn ke atas dgn alasan sdh ada yg booking Pdhl wkt saya cek in td ada info sblmny .... Ket. Hari pertama kamar no 103 Hari kedua 205 & 206
