We had a beautiful room with a direct view of the sea — absolutely breathtaking! The staff were very friendly and always helpful. It was a wonderful stay, and we’d definitely come back again.

Gassania Hostel was the best accommodation I have been stayed in Banda Aceh during my holiday. The place was so clean and tidy. The staffs named Rahmat and Nisa were very friendly. There was no lift but Rahmat helped to carry my bags to my room on the first floor during check in and check out. The room is comfortable enough and fulfill everything that I need as solo traveller. Eventho, there was no tv but the wifi was fast. The toilet was spotless, the water pressure for shower was good and the air freshener inside the toilet smelled so nice. The bed was comfortable to sleep and the AC worked well. The only downside was the room does not have good soundproofing. You can hear other guests talked and open/ close the door loudly. The location of this hostel was very quiet and a bit dark during night time. Overall, a very good place to stay and I am so satisfied. Will stay here again whenever I am back in Banda Aceh. Recommended!

Alojamiento en Banda Aceh, el Parkside Alhambra Hotel es una de las primeras opciones para alojamiento. Las habitaciones son espaciosas, cómodas, limpias y atractivas. El hotel está situado cerca de restaurantes y tiendas de alimentos, la carretera Syafiattudin con numerosas tiendas de recuerdos y el café local (Gayo) está justo enfrente del hotel en el otro lado de la calle. El Raya Baitul Rahman Masjid está a pie. El hotel tiene un restaurante, un restaurante y un restaurante.

Great value for the money. Staff where really help in resolving any issues. Breakfast had an excellent choice and again staff where really helpful

The hotel was centrally located in the city. However, the hotel really need major renovations as it looked so worn out and like abandoned place. The walkway to my room looked like it hasn’t been cleaned and maintained properly especially the carpets (refer attached photo below). Inside the room, the toilet was not really clean. There were many black stains on the toilet bowl and the room’s floor had many dusts. The breakfast provided was not a buffet but just a very simple a la carte mea. The receptionist wasn’t there all the time and you need to wait for some time (more than 5 minutes) after press the bell before they entertain you. Overall, this is gonna be the first and last I am staying at this hotel. Not recommended.

Had such a lovely stay at Hotel Hilani! From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel super welcome — big smiles, quick check-in, and they were always ready to help. One of the staff even greeted me by my name, which honestly gave such a nice vibe ✨ The room was clean, comfy, and had everything I needed to just relax. I really loved how calm and peaceful the atmosphere was — perfect after a long day. Service stayed great the whole time, and you can tell the team really cares about guests. Overall it was such a smooth, stress-free stay. I’d definitely come back and recommend it if you’re looking for a cozy place with genuinely friendly hospitality 🤍

Hotelnya sangat nyaman.. semua berfungsi dengan baik.. hanya saja air kolam-a saat itu kotor. Entah belum dibersihkan dari mandi² weekand.. tp saat itu kami kunjungi kolam-a sudah hari senin sore.. apalg kolam anak².. jorok banget, banyak daun & air-a seperti berminyak.. tp dari jauh bersih kq kelihatan-a krn dasar lantai yg biru.. 😅

Todo fue bueno después de la inundación en Aceh. Me quedé durante la temporada de inundaciones. La zona no fue inundada, pero había problemas de energía y internet inestable, así que el hotel operaba en un generador. Muy amigable y amable personal. También limpio. Pero el baño no estaba seguro. La cabeza de la ducha cayó y golpeó mi hombro mientras estaba duchando. El desayuno era bueno. Me gustaba el bihun goreng. El goreng nazi era un poco blando, pero no era un gran problema. Oh yaa, hotel cerca de las estafas de Sate Matang y tienda de recuerdos.

Really worth the money. The hotel is near to Masjid Raya Baiturrahman and in a walking distance. Very suitable for those travellers aim to go for frequent prayers at the mosque. Apart from that, the hotel located besides Blang Padang area which is local recreational area where you find local cuisines and place to enjoy Banda Aceh’s view
