We strongly recommend this hotel where we have stayed many times before. The service, free breakfast, rooms and location are excellent. The location is very close to trains and buses and also only a short walking distance to the City Centre. Really excellent for a wonderful short break.

This is the second time we’ve stayed in this hotel at Xmas. This year I had an issue with a another travel partner that failed to communicate booking details with me and then claimed my booking was not on their system despite it showing up on the hotel’s system. Ruby & Suzanne at reception were phenomenal. Their kindness, persistence and excellent customer service were second to none. I am so grateful to them. In addition the grounds of this hotel are stunning, it’s a great location, very clean, comfortable and brilliantly priced. If you’re visiting Bradford or Leeds I would highly recommend this hotel.

Buen lugar para nuestra visita al club Brudenell, a pocos pasos, si quieres 5 estrellas no te molesta, es limpio, las habitaciones son básicas sí, pero para un estancia de noche va a un gig lo que más se necesita, muy bueno desayuno incluido con mucho de la elección, en general si ibamos a una gig en ese lado de la ciudad no he tenido ninguna duda en reservarlo de nuevo

The overall experience was really good, it is very near to foster square railway statuon and interchange. The staff were really polite and kind.the checkin roughly took abot 2..3 minutes. I really recommend this place if you need a pause from your busy schedule.

I spent a very peaceful quiet time at the Fortune Hotel. The staff are friendly, very helpful and knowledgeable about interesting places to visit and how to find our way about getting there. That was very much appreciated. Thank you very much for your customer service skills. There is a recommendation that I could put forward. It was annoying to have to keep moving the couch in order to watch the television. The TV could be mounted on the wall facing the couch.

El hotel está situado en pleno centro de la ciudad, cerca de casi todas partes. La habitación es espaciosa, con magníficas vistas a la ciudad, y queremos destacar la profesionalidad y calidez del personal. ¡Recomiendo encarecidamente este hotel si quieres disfrutar del ambiente de Leeds!

I requested a quiet room , which when I arrived was happy to see I was on the 5th floor . After the event I attended I came back to my room and was very upset to be met by very loud music blaring into the room from outside , this continued all night and stopped at 5am . I managed 1hours sleep , I was mortified . This ruined my experience.

Muy recomendable quedarse, rentable, el medio ambiente es muy bueno. Hermoso entorno, buena ubicación geográfica, transporte conveniente, habitaciones cómodas e higiénicas, el personal de servicio es muy entusiasta, las instalaciones son muy humanas, la señal de la red de alta velocidad es buena, la vista fuera de la ventana es buena. El diseño del pequeño péndulo de la habitación también es muy distintivo. La próxima vez, regístrese.

The apartment was very clean with large shower room and comfy bed. The communication was great and the snacks and tea making facilities were spot on. The only problem we had was the light outside our apartment 34 was not working which left the steps dimly lit and had to use phone torch to open door with the key when returned from evening out. Would definitely stay again though. Thanks

The Craiglands Hotel was better than a lot of five star hotels where I have stayed and I could not find any fault. The room (106) was of a good size, it was well decorated including the bathroom and totally clean. There was a large smart tv perfectly placed to be viewed from the bed. Extra touches such as a full length wall mirror and iron and ironing board all added up to emphasising the thought that had gone into making the room. There was even a fan for warm nights although not required on this occasion in March! A very nice full English buffet breakfast also made for a very pleasing stay. I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel 👍
