Very nice hotel, clean, tidy and plenty of attentive staff. We used as a base for exploring Jersey so didn't really use the hotel facilities - except the breakfast which was excellent - although for us it would have been nice if breakfast had started a little earlier maybe 7:30am? (it ran from 8am to 10am which was OK). Late on the last evening when packing we found we couldn't open the room safe as it had malfunctioned, it was after 11pm, but it actually showed the hotel staff in a very good light as the receptionist tried her best to help, the restaurant manager said opening the safe was the priority, and eventually after about twenty minutes the porter did manage to open the safe (”mechanically” - but that's another story!), so all was good ...... the problem was the electronic device - hotel staff were excellent and problem was solved! Overall very good, would stay again.

Beautiful grounds and welcoming staff. Check-in was smooth, and breakfast was tasty and varied. The y staff were also very attentive. I didn’t try the set dinner menu,. Ordered from snack menu which was very carb-heavy and on the pricey side for what it was. Room was comfortable but carpets decor and bathroom dated, which was clear from photos and other reviews, so it wasn’t a surprise. Unfortunately, there was used plastic film left on the bathroom floor on arrival indicating it hadn’t been thoroughly cleaned. Otherwise, for the price and the grounds, you can’t really complain, especially if you’re after a quiet place to unwind

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Grand Jersey Hotel in a stunning Seaview room, and it was truly an exceptional experience. La peor experiencia en un restaurante. En nuestro último día aquí, tenía mi desayuno hasta las 10 horas cuando el tiempo de desayuno llegó a su fin. Pregunté a uno de los empleados si puedo tomar mi té a mi habitación, el empleado dijo sí. Otros clientes también están tomando bebidas y comida a casa. Mientras estaba saliendo del restaurante, otro personal caminó por mi camino y miró el té en mi mano. Luego ella rodó sus ojos drásticamente y dejó un sonido ”tsk” alto y dismisivo.

Overall I enjoyed my stay..the only thing I felt let down by was the breakfast buffet...wasn't much options... And the food wasn't worth the price..didn't enjoy what I chose from the buffet

I Loved this hotel the staff went above and beyond and all so friendly , the food was amazing and lots of choice would highly recommend and would definitely come back, I left an item of clothing and contacted the hotel and it was sent to my home address I just paid the postage and received it very quickly thank you to all the staff, if other hotels follow your services they wouldn’t go wrong😊 fantastic hospitality

Este es un hotel maravilloso en una ubicación fantástica. Hay una caminata de colina al hotel tengo problemas de rodillas pero lo hice en 5 minutos. A la frente hay un número de autobús 15 que te lleva al aeropuerto y a la capital. También tiene espacio para casos. Location is Amazing .. over looking the Sea plus central to the city Center and bus stations . I enjoyed my stay My bed was clean Sheet were fresh Breakfast is great Plus swimming pool and Gym Definitely am coming back

Excellent hotel, front staff very friendly & helpful. Room was clean & everything you would need, ( a fridge would have been handy) 10-15 minutes walk to town & sea front. Breakfast fine & plenty of choice, good evening menu. Spa was excellent with infinity pool, jacuzzi, cold plunge pool, sauna & steam room at no extra charge. Would definitely recommend.
