Was really impressed with the palace hotel. The grounds look stunning as we arrived. The hotels grand entrance was beautiful and the lady on reception was very welcoming. The decor throughout was amazing. The rooms were lovely and clean with everything you could need, coffee, tea, iron, hairdryer etc. Lovely staff couldn't do enough for us. Thanks for a lovely stay.

Hotel adorable. Linda, limpia, cómoda. El personal era excelente, uno y todo. Convenientemente situado con una corta caminata a la estación, el centro comercial, un campo de fútbol y otros lugares tan emocionantes como el bowling de 10 pines, cines, tiro de eje (muy recomendado) y el golf loco para adultos sólo! En el hotel, el hotel se encuentra en el centro de la ciudad, y el hotel está en el centro de la ciudad. Vale la pena visitar.

Staff were so helpful and guided us through check in. We were given all the information we required and made our stay delightful.

We stayed for 1 night for a special occasion. On arrival we were told that the spa was closed for an event which was very disappointing as I booked this hotel because of the spa & had planned to use the pool & sauna. This should gave been communicated at the time of booking. The building and grounds were impressive but on arrival our featured superior room was freezing cold. The reception turned on the heating at our request but this should have been done hours before our arrival given that it was 8 degrees outside. We sat for an hour in the room with our coats on before asking for a portable heater due to the radiators being only lukewarm. The room never really got warm & when we came back from dinner at 9.15 the heating had been turned off again & we had to ask for it to be turned on again. The food in the restaurant was very good & the servers were lovely but unorganised. We planned to have a drink in the hotel bar but it was so cold that it was empty and not comfortable to stay. I heard kore than one staff member complain about the cold in the hotel. What could have been a very pleasant stay was spoiled by the cold. Unfortunately, we will not return.

El hotel está bien situado con Maccies a la puerta y otras tiendas. La habitación era amarga pero las hojas de cama no parecían frescas. El baño tenía una cabeza de ducha defectuosa y una tela de piso roto. El personal estaba presente y amigable, tranquilo en la noche. En general, no es malo para el precio que paga.

The place was nice and simple. Very good location near the station and not far from the city centre. Good value for money if you are looking for somewhere to stay for a few nights. Staff were pleasant.

We stayed for one night in December and really like this hotel. Our room was clean, spacious and nicely decorated. The hotel and grounds are beautiful. We had dinner in the restaurant, which was very good (I recommend booking in advance, as it was busy on a Saturday night), and breakfast in the morning, also very good. We will be happy to return some time!

Best Western Plus Buxton Hotel Stayed here for one night during my Peak District trip. The hotel is very well located, right in the centre of Buxton and close to the Pavilion Gardens, bus stops, and walking routes. The room was clean, comfortable, and warm — perfect after a long day of hiking. Staff were polite and helpful, and the overall experience was smooth and hassle-free.
