AAliHamidoúThis is my second time staying at this property, and it continues to exceed my expectations. I opted for the sea view room this time, and the scenery is truly indescribable; the beauty of the view is something you have to experience in person. The service remains top-notch across the board. I would like to specifically commend Moataz at the front desk for his professionalism and class. Additionally, Another Moataz at the outdoor lounge was exceptional. He is the epitome of authentic service and creates a magnificent atmosphere for every guest. His ability to connect with people while maintaining a high standard of hospitality is impressive, and he clearly possesses the leadership qualities of a manager. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a perfect stay.

UUsuario invitadoStaff service attitude is very enthusiastic and friendly, I forgot to inform the front desk staff need two beds, after entering the room, the staff immediately called the front desk to notify the change, he sent us directly to the new room, another staff gave us the room card, very high responsiveness, saved a lot of time.
The hotel rooms are clean and spacious, the toilets are well-equipped, and it was the first of the seven hotels I stayed in during my travels in Egypt that had slippers available and the bathing equipment was branded ELLE, which enhanced the image of the hotel.
The inquiry desk colleagues across from the front desk were very professional, and I answered questions about transportation times to the city center and restaurants, etc., and the answers were clear and accurate.
The breakfast restaurant is also the richest I have encountered, whether it is the variety of juices, the variety of bread and cheese, beyond my imagination.
As for the swimming pool and beach, since I spent all my time exploring the nearby tourist attractions, I didn’t have time to experience it in person, I could only watch it from the balcony of the room, but I felt that the beach part should be good.
The ATM machine in the hotel lobby is a good facility, which is very convenient for guests.
Only some shops are missing.
The hotel as a whole has been comparable to many international brand hotels.

TTitan124Hotel Marina 1 – an absolutely wonderful place to stay!
We stayed here recently and were truly impressed. First of all, I have to highlight the impeccable cleanliness – our room was spotless every single day, with fresh towels and meticulous housekeeping. The whole hotel feels so cozy and welcoming, making it a real home away from home.
A huge shout-out to the kitchen team – the food is outstanding! Breakfasts are an absolute delight: incredibly tasty, hearty, and wonderfully varied. Every morning there was a great selection, so even the pickiest eaters would find something to enjoy.
The only minor downside was some nighttime noise, but it's totally understandable – the FIFA World Cup is currently taking place, and there were big-screen live match broadcasts outside that went on until the early morning hours. For football fans, it's actually a huge bonus! And honestly, it didn't ruin our experience at all.
We would definitely love to come back again. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, delicious food, and spotless cleanliness!

AAhmad Adel HassanOverall way a lovely relaxing stay. The resort is generally clean and well maintained. The rooms we booked were spacious and have a nice view on the beach. The breakfast is good but the quality and the cooking could be better.
The beach is not large but there were always spots available. The water is calm and warm (in September) as it is an artificial bay not the open sea water making it very suitable for families with small kids. This is a plus since the many days the mediterranean can be high and unswimmable. The sea bed has some black sand underneath with faul odour but generally it is covered and not directly noticeable.
The main downside is the location. It is about 30 minutes drive from the city center, with virtually no services around. One has to order either a taxi or have a car to move around. But there are delivery services if you need food if you ask the reception, as it might require an arabic speaker.
Lastly, the staff are very friendly and were always eager to help.

El único reto es que el acceso a las puertas principales está bloqueado desde el lado del palacio del gobierno y usted tendrá que ir a una rama de carreteras desiguales antes de volver a la principal vía de acceso. De lo contrario, el propio resort es muy perfecto para permanecer en y cerca de muchos lugares.

Example, a receptionist gave us wrong direction to tower 2 which is just a turn a way from his desk. Also few of the staff were unaware about the kids club location . But everything else was awesome

MMarawanGood luxury hotel, about 2 hours away from main city Alexandria. Was quite empty when we visted (1st week of October). The room was very clean and comfy, beach was great and the staff are very pleasant. We didn't get to try the pools but they seemed good too. Selection for breakfast and dinner was good, if not exquisite.
My only small remark is that at this price range, I have stayed in more luxurious hotels in Hurghada, with all-inclusive access and better reataurants. It's a small nitpick, but I had to say it, since most hotels at this price range are quite close in quality and only the small details differ. I do understand the closeness advantage for north coast hotels vs Hurghada so that must be factored into the price.

UUsuario invitadoSpending time at the Siwa Oasis was an unforgettable experience, and the hotel gave us great surprises. Apart from not receiving Wi-Fi signal in the room and experiencing a brief power outage during our stay (though those who know Siwa understand that this is completely normal and due to local conditions and infrastructure, which is completely understandable), every other aspect of the experience was perfect!
What touched us the most was the hotel owner, who is incredibly awesome! He is extremely warm and responsible, always actively and promptly helping us communicate and resolve any needs or minor issues we have, making us feel very at ease.

AAndra__daMy stay at this hotel started in a wrong way but turned out into a unique experience. I had some problems when I arrived because of some misunderstandings but Amani, the manager managed it very well and I had a very pleasant experience. She is very good at deal with her customers and make them feel welcome.
The place is magical, very beautiful and with an awesome design. You can just chill in the garden.
I had dinner with her and some friends in the desert, they cooked everything with the fire, was an unforgettable experience. I wish I could stay more.
I highly recommend it. The place will make you feel relaxed and slow down a little bit. 😊
