This is my second time staying at this property, and it continues to exceed my expectations. I opted for the sea view room this time, and the scenery is truly indescribable; the beauty of the view is something you have to experience in person. The service remains top-notch across the board. I would like to specifically commend Moataz at the front desk for his professionalism and class. Additionally, Another Moataz at the outdoor lounge was exceptional. He is the epitome of authentic service and creates a magnificent atmosphere for every guest. His ability to connect with people while maintaining a high standard of hospitality is impressive, and he clearly possesses the leadership qualities of a manager. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a perfect stay.

Staff service attitude is very enthusiastic and friendly, I forgot to inform the front desk staff need two beds, after entering the room, the staff immediately called the front desk to notify the change, he sent us directly to the new room, another staff gave us the room card, very high responsiveness, saved a lot of time. The hotel rooms are clean and spacious, the toilets are well-equipped, and it was the first of the seven hotels I stayed in during my travels in Egypt that had slippers available and the bathing equipment was branded ELLE, which enhanced the image of the hotel. The inquiry desk colleagues across from the front desk were very professional, and I answered questions about transportation times to the city center and restaurants, etc., and the answers were clear and accurate. The breakfast restaurant is also the richest I have encountered, whether it is the variety of juices, the variety of bread and cheese, beyond my imagination. As for the swimming pool and beach, since I spent all my time exploring the nearby tourist attractions, I didn’t have time to experience it in person, I could only watch it from the balcony of the room, but I felt that the beach part should be good. The ATM machine in the hotel lobby is a good facility, which is very convenient for guests. Only some shops are missing. The hotel as a whole has been comparable to many international brand hotels.

En general, un hermoso y relajado estancia. El resort es generalmente limpio y bien mantenido. Las habitaciones que reservamos fueron espaciosas y tienen una buena vista sobre la playa. El desayuno es bueno, pero la calidad y la cocina podrían ser mejores. La playa no es grande, pero siempre había lugares disponibles. Pero hay servicios de entrega si necesita comida si solicita la recepción, ya que puede requerir un hablador árabe. Por último, el personal es muy amable y siempre estaba ansioso por ayudar.

Отель понравился, персонал добрый, идет на уступки . Но единственное не могут урегулировать вопрос с въездом на кпп, 20 мин ждали когда меня одобрят, показывая свою бронь. Это было не приятно конечно. А так,что касается еды и проживания 10/10

El hotel es muy agradable, muy limpio, muy espacioso. Le aconsejo que tome un coche con usted ya que es alrededor de 1-1.20 horas de Alexandria. Reserva el hotel también entre julio y finales de agosto. Hay una piscina interior que se calienta y una piscina exterior que es fría, también tienen una playa, gimnasio, sauna, jacuzzi pero el tiempo que fui a la jacuzzi y la sauna no estaba en o disponible. El hotel dispone de una sala que cuenta con dos pequeñas mesas de snook, un fútbol exterior 🥅 ⚽️ pista/curta, baloncesto 🏀 corte y un tenis/Badminton 🏸 🎾 corte. Parque de agua, entretenimiento nocturno tarde. Las mujeres llamadas Sara en el Concierge son muy útiles muy profesionales. La hospitalidad fue sorprendente porque ella pensaba que era la manager. Me permitió incluso tener un check-out tardío sin ningún costo, pero el personal muy útil. Muy amigable . El hotel es muy amplio y las habitaciones son muy amplias. La comida estaba bien pero nada espectacular.

Good luxury hotel, about 2 hours away from main city Alexandria. Was quite empty when we visted (1st week of October). The room was very clean and comfy, beach was great and the staff are very pleasant. We didn't get to try the pools but they seemed good too. Selection for breakfast and dinner was good, if not exquisite. My only small remark is that at this price range, I have stayed in more luxurious hotels in Hurghada, with all-inclusive access and better reataurants. It's a small nitpick, but I had to say it, since most hotels at this price range are quite close in quality and only the small details differ. I do understand the closeness advantage for north coast hotels vs Hurghada so that must be factored into the price.

Spending time at the Siwa Oasis was an unforgettable experience, and the hotel gave us great surprises. Apart from not receiving Wi-Fi signal in the room and experiencing a brief power outage during our stay (though those who know Siwa understand that this is completely normal and due to local conditions and infrastructure, which is completely understandable), every other aspect of the experience was perfect! What touched us the most was the hotel owner, who is incredibly awesome! He is extremely warm and responsible, always actively and promptly helping us communicate and resolve any needs or minor issues we have, making us feel very at ease.

My stay at this hotel started in a wrong way but turned out into a unique experience. I had some problems when I arrived because of some misunderstandings but Amani, the manager managed it very well and I had a very pleasant experience. She is very good at deal with her customers and make them feel welcome.  The place is magical, very beautiful and with an awesome design. You can just chill in the garden. I had dinner with her and some friends in the desert, they cooked everything with the fire, was an unforgettable experience. I wish I could stay more. I highly recommend it. The place will make you feel relaxed and slow down a little bit. 😊

المكان جميل بكل تفاصيله .. الشالية تبعد بضع خطوات من البحر حيث يمكنك النوم على اصوات الموج بكل وضح اثناء الليل .. المرافق نظيفة وهنالك اهتمام يومي بتنظيف المرافق لراحة النزلاء.. الشاطىء يتم تنظيفة حرفياً بشكل يومي من الاعشاب ويتم تقليب الرمل لجعله نظيف ومتألق كل يوم والموظفين يقدمون لك مياه بارده في حافظات الثلج ودروس لتمدد لجعل استمتاعك يصل لاعلى الدرجات… كما يوجد ملعب بادل برسوم اضافية لعشاق البادل.. تنوع المطاعم الكفيهات داخل الفندق يغنيك كثير من الاحيان عن الذهاب للمارينا حيث يوجد العديد من الخيارات سواءاً مطاعم او مقاهي او سوبرماركت وبعض محلات الازياء.. كل شيء رائع ويفوق الوصف.. اخيراً وليس اخراً اشكر جميع العاملين في الفندق على حسن الضيافة وخصوصاً الاخت كارولين
