El hotel está situado en un edificio histórico, con techos altos y una habitación doble y muy espaciosa. El desayuno buffet fue delicioso y tenía una amplia variedad de comidas, desde pan fresco, para hacer tus propias waffles, queso, huevos y otros alimentos. El hotel está bien situado a unos pocos kilómetros de la ciudad de Alstadt y se puede caminar fácilmente de allí. También está justo al lado de la estación de autobús/tranvía. Sin embargo, hay algunas cosas que necesita saber antes de reservar este hotel. 1) El despacho de recepción está solo equipado hasta la noche temprana. 2) El mantenimiento es esporádico. Estabamos allí durante 6 noches y la habitación sólo se limpió una vez. 3) No hay aire acondicionado. La habitación tiene un fan y abrió las ventanas y fue portable a la noche, pero no muy fresco. En un día muy caliente o noche esto podría ser realmente un problema. 4) Con las ventanas abiertas, es muy ruido, especialmente porque el autobús y la estación de tranvía está a la izquierda. 5) No hay champú ni condicionador proporcionado-- sólo jabón de mano en el baño y jabón corporal en el duche. 6) Hay pequeños conjuntos de escaleras que puedes tener que subir y bajar en el piso donde están las habitaciones. Si tienes problemas de movilidad, intente preguntar sobre esto cuando reservas para que tengas una habitación donde esto no será un problema. Pero esos son cosas que me gustaría saber antes de reservar, así que pensé que las incluiría en un examen.

Ich möchte gerne eine außerordentlich positive Bewertung für die Hotelrezeptionistin abgeben, die während meines Aufenthalts tätig war. (03.07.3023 18 Uhr Anreise) Ihre Professionalität, Freundlichkeit und Hingabe haben meinen Aufenthalt zu einer außergewöhnlichen Erfahrung gemacht. Von Anfang an fiel mir ihre herzliche Begrüßung und ihre positive Ausstrahlung auf. Sie war stets bestrebt, meinen Anliegen und Bedürfnissen entgegenzukommen. Egal ob es um das Einchecken, das Buchen von Zusatzleistungen oder um Empfehlungen für lokale Sehenswürdigkeiten ging, sie war immer äußerst hilfsbereit und kompetent. Die Rezeptionistin bewies außerdem ein bemerkenswertes Organisationstalent. Sie schaffte es, die Anfragen mehrerer Gäste gleichzeitig zu bearbeiten und dabei stets einen ruhigen und professionellen Umgang zu wahren. Egal wie stressig es hinter dem Tresen war, sie behielt stets ihre positive Einstellung und vermittelte den Eindruck, dass sie sich um jeden Gast persönlich kümmerte. Darüber hinaus war die Rezeptionistin immer zuvorkommend und einfühlsam. Sie nahm sich Zeit, um meinen Fragen und Anliegen geduldig zuzuhören und mir dabei das Gefühl zu geben, dass mein Wohlbefinden für sie höchste Priorität hatte. Ihr Service war stets von einer persönlichen Note geprägt, die meinen Aufenthalt noch angenehmer machte. Insgesamt möchte ich die Hotelrezeptionistin für ihre außergewöhnliche Leistung und ihre herausragenden Fähigkeiten loben. Sie ist eine wertvolle Mitarbeiterin, die das Hotel Engel durch ihre Professionalität, ihre Gastfreundschaft und ihre aufmerksame Art bereichert. Ich kann sie wärmstens empfehlen und freue mich bereits auf meinen nächsten Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel, in dem ich sicher sein kann, dass ich erneut auf einen so qualifizierten und herzlichen Empfang treffen werde.

I recently stayed at this hotel and found it to be a solid choice for a short stay of 1-2 nights. The location is excellent, offering easy access to local attractions and public transport. However, be aware that parking comes with an additional cost of 15 EUR per night, which might be a downside for those driving. The hotel itself was very clean, which is always a big plus. The room was small but fine for a couple; however, for a family with a child, it felt a bit cramped. It was manageable for a short stay, but if you're planning to stay longer or need more space, it might not be ideal. Breakfast was suitable for those accustomed to a typical German breakfast—bread, cold cuts of cheese and sausage, yogurt, and muesli. For those looking for more variety, particularly Asian travelers, the options might feel limited as there were no warm dishes or other typical Asian breakfast items. One minor inconvenience was that our bottled water was not refilled after the first night, which was a bit disappointing. Also, be sure to lock your door because the cleaning staff may enter in the morning without warning, which can be quite startling if you're not expecting it. Overall, it's a good place for a quick stay, with a solid, reliable atmosphere and great cleanliness. Just be prepared for a few minor drawbacks, especially if traveling with family, needing more space, or looking for specific breakfast options.

We stayed for four nights in this Ibis hotel. The reception staff were courteous and efficient. Underground parking available. The room was small but functional, had good storage space, comfy bed, air con and a view of the lake. The TV was old tech and needed updating. We didn’t have breakfast here. The hotel is in a good location close to the lake, easy walk to the town and ferry port to various places on the lake. Overall, we had an enjoyable stay.

Possibly the cleanest hotel I have ever been in! Wonderful service, great buffet breakfast and the rooms were spacious. Great shower, comfy bed and chromecast available on the tv. Heaps of options for public transport into the city centre being across the road from the bus and tram station. Highly recommend for friend travel and also for families,

I just wanted to give a shout out to the crew at the Moxy, especially the afternoon crew led by Aniza. Travelling is tiring and stressful, but the greeting you get when you finally go to check in makes you feel so welcome. The crew go out of their way to make sure that our stay goes smoothly and they always remember our names!! I also want to thank Stefan, the manager, as the great atmosphere is a testament to his management. Oh and the beds are really comfortable as well!

Good morning, I stayed at this hotel in 2 rooms for 3 days at the beginning of May 2024. They charged me 30 euros for late check out for both rooms, but they charged me 15 euros more for one Late check out for a room and we were moved from one of the rooms. also the kitchen equipment did not work in one of the rooms, fortunately we had two rooms and we had to cook in one room for everyone. beyond all these inconveniences, when I returned to Paris and looked at the bill again, and mentioned to them that the kitchen equipment was not working, and that it would be appropriate to carry out a commercial gesture for this also in addition to the reimbursement of the 30 euros invoiced for no reason. They keep arguing and showing bad faith, to the point that they still haven't refund at least the 30 euros for almost 4 weeks now. Bonjour, J'ai séjourné dans cet hôtel dans 2 chambres pendant 3 jours au début du mois de mai 2024. Ils m'ont facturé 30 euros pour un départ tardif pour les deux chambres, mais ils m'ont fait payer 15 euros de plus pour un départ tardif pour une chambre et nous ont fait partir d'une des chambres. de plus l'équipement de cuisine ne fonctionnait pas dans une des salles, heureusement nous avions deux chambres et nous avons du cuisiner dans une seule chambre pour tout le monde. au delà de tous ces inconvénients , quand je suis revenu à paris et que j'ai regardé à nouveau la facture, et que je leur ai mentionné que l'équipement de cuisine ne fonctionnait pas, et qu'il serait opportun d'effectuer un geste commercial pour cela aussi en plus du remboursement des 30 euros facturés sans raison . ils n'arrêtent pas d'argument et de faire preuve de mauvaise foi, au point qu'ils n'ont toujours pas remboursé les 30 euros à minima depuis presque 4 semaines maintenant.

This hotel is my absolute favorite for stay in Stuttgart for business and trade shows Steep in pricing but worth every Euro spent The staff at this hotel are amazing in their hospitality make you feel at home and addicted to this property by their warm and fantastic service This was my 5th or 6th stay at this impeccable well located hotel property Only one big flaw being that they not believe in prompt email communication This trip my wife left back a brand new shawl in the room by mistake and despite many email reminders to keep it in lost and found and inform me so that I could ask a local friend in Stuttgart to retrieve the same But unfortunately no response and I gave up - this is probably the dark side of this moon !!!

We stayed here as our usual hotel was fully booked On the main street with free car parking on street after 6pm at night until 8am in the morning . Hotel does have its own car parking but charges 15 euros a night and as we arrived after 6pm and departed by 8am no point in paying when you can park on the street It was very hot when we stayed and we were surprised to find that such a modern hotel did not have air-conditioning. We were provided with a fan for our room which I have to say without one the room would have been unbearable to sleep in Breakfast was fine the next day usual selection of breads, cheeses, meats etc Would we stay again? Probably not due to excessive heat in the room
