Вот A pleasant stay with a few areas for improvement As expected, the JW Marriott Zhengzhou lived up to the high standards of the Marriott brand. Overall, I had a very pleasant stay. One of the highlights is definitely the building itself. The hotel is located in an impressive skyscraper, and the views, especially in the evening, are absolutely beautiful. Staying on the 52nd floor was a memorable experience. The room was spacious, comfortable, and well designed, with a proper work desk, which I appreciated. The staff were friendly and professional. I would especially like to thank the housekeeping team, who did an excellent job throughout my stay. The breakfast was another highlight. There was a great variety of food, and the quality was excellent. There were, however, a few things that could be improved. The biggest disappointment was the area immediately surrounding the hotel. If you arrive by car, everything seems perfectly fine. However, I enjoy exploring new cities on foot, and walking from the hotel was not a pleasant experience. The area around the entrance is filled with parked scooters, motorcycles, and cars, with concrete barriers everywhere. In almost every direction you walk, you first encounter parking areas, trash bins, and an untidy streetscape. It feels as though the pedestrian experience was not considered when the area was designed. It's a pity, because the hotel itself is excellent, but the surroundings don't match its quality. Another issue was a noticeable damp or musty smell in my room. I didn't see any mold, but there was a persistent humidity-related odor. One small observation: the elevators are incredibly fast because the hotel occupies such a tall building. If you're sensitive to changes in altitude or pressure, you may notice some discomfort while riding them. Finally, although the breakfast itself was excellent, the restaurant staff spoke very little English. Even asking for a spoon or fork was surprisingly difficult. Overall, I still enjoyed my stay and would recommend this hotel for its spacious rooms, excellent breakfast, beautiful views, and professional service. With a few improvements, especially regarding the surroundings and communication in the restaurant, it could be an even better experience.

This is a very low density hotel. Suitable for those who want to enjoy the quietness and calmness of the environment. The service is top notch. Every room is assigned to a butler, who gets most of the job done, like room service, prepping the hotspring water, food order etc. The replies are prompt and helpful. The food provided was good. It's semi buffet style, which is sensible considering the hotel only caters for such low headcounts. Some food are ordered from the bar. The quality is not bad. There was only one problem. We chose the capsule room. Mainly because we wanted to enjoy the view from the hill. However, there was a construction right in front of us, which blocked the view. We could mainly see the construction signboard which was a little disappointing. The hotel also provided a parting gift on our checkout day. Overall it was a good experience.

El hotel es Yuda International Trade, rebautizado como Wanda's Jiajin Hotel. Es un hotel antiguo con instalaciones muy bien mantenidas. El vestíbulo es muy bonito y combina estilos chino y occidental. El cuadro es de bronce, no un cuadro. El tercero El cuadro también es una obra de arte y los muebles también son buenos. Esta vez me quedé en la habitación 3606, que está en un piso alto y tiene una buena vista. es que llueve y no puedo disfrutar del hermoso paisaje de Zhengzhou. ¿Las cortinas y el pequeño despertador son diferentes? Para el desayuno, hay sopa picante local, que es perfecta si se combina con palitos de masa fritos. Debo darle el visto bueno. El agua de la piscina también es muy clara. I would like to express our sincere appreciation for the professionalism and warm hospitality we experienced during our recent stay at the Luoyang Marriott. From the friendly doormen who welcomed us upon arrival to the pleasant fragrance that greeted us in the elegant, modern lobby, every aspect of our stay reflected comfort and attention to detail. The front desk staff were consistently courteous and attentive, making our visit both relaxing and enjoyable. We stayed in Room 2112, which was exceptionally well maintained. The bed was clean and comfortable, the bathroom and shower were spotless, and the minibar was properly stocked. Although our sightseeing schedule in Luoyang kept us busy and prevented us from using the indoor swimming pool, it looked beautiful and very inviting. The breakfast buffet offered an impressive variety of options, including hot and cold dishes, an egg station, fresh salads, cheeses and cold cuts, desserts, espresso coffee, teas, and cold beverages. I have a sensitivity to seed oils, and I would especially like to thank the kind lady at the egg station who graciously prepared my eggs in butter each morning. I would also like to recognize Bella, Rachel, and Felix at the front desk for their outstanding assistance and for kindly accommodating our request to extend our stay by an extra night. Special thanks as well to Alvin in the breakfast restaurant, who always had my favorite picante sauce ready and provided exceptional service. Their thoughtfulness and attention to detail made us feel truly valued. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so memorable. The service, hospitality, and overall experience exceeded our expectations. In fact, our 8-year-old daughter has already said that she wants to return to Luoyang—and stay at the Marriott again.

El hotel tiene un restaurante donde puedes comer las tres comidas del día, y la comida es bastante rica. I stayed at this hotel from August 9th to 13th in room 3412. After booking, I happened to read some negative reviews, so I arrived with a bit of hesitation. However, I honestly don't understand the criticism. The front desk staff were extremely friendly and attentive to every detail throughout my stay. When I ran into a minor issue during my last few days, the hotel supervisor resolved it very quickly. The staff at the Chinese restaurant were also wonderful; even though we ordered dinner quite late, they always treated us with great politeness and kindness, and the takeout food was delicious. The hotel breakfasts offer a huge variety, and the staff constantly replenish everything. The housekeeping team was equally lovely, and their supervisor was very attentive. The location is superb—close to the Longmen Grottoes, and taking a Didi (ride-hailing) anywhere is very affordable. The hotel genuinely exceeded my expectations in the best way possible.
