Muy bueno Hotel. Las instalaciones de habitaciones son amplias y están totalmente saneadas. El jefe está muy entusiasta y seguro. La ubicación es excelente. El 20m está al lado del centro de concentración de West Poland. Es muy conveniente hacer elogio manual

Location is ok as it is near the night market and many food outlets around. They upgrade our rooms with 2 double bed that are very big with basic fittings. If the room can be fitted with a dining table, the sofa will be perfect. Staff there are very friendly and helpful. A few hot spring tubs are at the roof, but doubt the tubs are filled up with hot water only. No water inflow and outflow are seen that hygiene is concerned. Overall, it is a good stay if you forget the hot spring facility.

離開“記野”奔赴下一站安頓好以後開始我的“記野總結”。 位置:記野的位置不在繁華的地區，但是滴滴叫車和外賣點餐是沒有問題的，我在這裏點過早餐和午餐（個人建議京東外賣，因為送餐比較快），我們是自駕，孩子爸開車，但是他起不來早床，我和我媽早上5:30搭過網約車去水上市場。所以喜歡自由和安靜的朋友選這裏真的沒有問題。 房間:民宿設施設備更加沒話説，拂曉是我和孩子爸住的，麗日是孩子們和長者住。電視是VIP,各類電影電視劇隨意看，太爽了。私湯很棒，孩子爸泡了，孩子們也泡了。 這裏最深受我們歡迎的是民宿的菜園，裏面有大番茄、各種顏色的小番茄、青紅椒、豆角、玉米、李子、黃瓜、生菜，除了孩子爸，我、我媽和倆閨女愛慘了這個小菜園，一來民宿住下，小兄弟就説菜園裡的東西自由採摘，我吃了番茄和黃瓜，尤其是黃瓜真的好吃。 倆閨女好喜歡這裏的貓孩子們，粗略算了一下一共有九衹貓。我們從武漢出發的時候還説記得從家帶些貓糧和貓條，結果忘了，出去特意買了火腿腸、雞蛋給它們餵食和撓癢癢。 最後一天，小兄弟給我做了一杯熱美式。入住的時候也非常熱情的幫我們拿行李，推薦給我們延吉哪裡有好吃的。 記野的回憶很美好！ 或許冬天，我還會來看雪。

Very Disappointing Stay – Not Suitable for Foreign Guests We came to Wanda expecting it to be a convenient, one-stop destination for accommodation and skiing. Unfortunately, our experience was extremely disappointing. 1. Poor Support for Foreign Guests As foreigners, we are not familiar with using WeChat mini programs. We expected the hotel staff to assist us, since everything needed to be booked through the app. However, the check-in counter staff were not trained to help foreign guests at all. We wanted to book ski suits and a ski coach directly at the hotel, but we were repeatedly told to “book on WeChat.” Even after explaining that we did not know how to use the app, the staff simply brushed us off. In the end, I had to ask my local guide to arrange a ski coach elsewhere, and we did not ski in Wanda at all because of this very poor service. 2. Check-in Process Was Unhelpful We were told that hotel registration must be completed on the WeChat app. Again, we explained that we did not know how. Instead of assisting us, the staff kept asking us to “go back to the room and do it ourselves.” This is not suitable for international travellers who may not speak Chinese or know the system. 3. Room Issues in Extreme Cold Weather During our stay, it was -20°C outside, yet the heater in the room was not working properly. Our children fell sick with fever. The windows were not sealed properly, and cold wind kept coming in. The door also kept beeping even though it was closed tightly. In such harsh winter conditions, this is unacceptable. 4. Chaotic Breakfast Experience Breakfast was always overcrowded. Staff showed no pride in their work and did not manage the situation. There were six of us, yet we were assigned a four-seater table and were expected to squeeze. It was clear that no one was supervising or caring about guests’ comfort. Overall Our stay was far from what we expected. This hotel operates like a self-service property, where guests are expected to know how to use WeChat mini programs, book everything themselves, and manage their own arrangements. It is not a one-stop service destination. For international travellers, especially families with children, I do not recommend this hotel. The lack of assistance, poor room conditions in extreme cold, and disappointing service made our experience very unpleasant.

This was my first time stay at Shangri-La Changchun and I was not disappointed. I felt welcomed when checked in. Ella at the front desk is professional and friendly. She introduced about the room facility to us, made the check-in process smooth and gave us free upgrade (Thanks, Ella!). The room we stayed was clean with beautiful view. The facility was nice. The breakfast was delicious and there were so many varieties of great food to choose. The cleaning lady was friendly and had her job well done. The staff also helped us call taxi. The fitness club and pool are great. We had dinner on the 2nd floor. The food was wonderful and the waiter was very friendly. The location of the hotel is central and perfect as a base in the city. We had an early check-out and need to rush to the airport. The gentleman at the front desk made the checkout extremely brief and wasted no time in getting us a taxi. All in all, we had a very pleasant and lovely stay at Shangri-la. We highly recommend this hotel and would love to stay again when visiting Changchun.

The hotel is nice and to Changbaishan visitors centre is close by. The town to main street if walk takes about 20mins so better to get hotel shuttle service to drive around. The good thing about this hotel is that can arrange train station pick up and return but the arrangement is very troublesome. You need to have WeiXin and arrange 1 day before. The department that in charge for this service respond a little slow. Check in hotel process is smooth. Breakfast spread is ok. The driver that came to pick us was great and patients. We even engaged him to drive us to Yanbian for day trip where the national Park was close due to bad weather. Overall stay was good.

El desayuno del hotel es bastante rico y sabe bastante bien. Después de la mejora, la habitación es bastante espaciosa y la ropa de cama está bastante limpia. Desde Libia, tomar un taxi desde la estación oeste de Changchun cuesta 15 yuanes. Hay un restaurante de barbacoa cerca y ¡sabe particularmente delicioso! ¡La habitación es muy cálida y hay un humidificador en la habitación! Un hotel realmente bonito...

發自內心的評價：酒店的大堂和客房都是非常舒適、豪華，帥哥經理鮑曉濤那是天生的儒雅，那麼貼心，在這間酒店入住，讓我在琿春市旅遊感到非常愉悦。對面就是有賣朝鮮、俄羅斯物品的商店，相當方便。另外在這裏還要誇獎一下前台的小姐姐，我不知道她叫什麼名字，但是非常的善解人意，讓人感到非常很温暖，希望她能看到我的評價。

Hotel is located directly in the Wanda international ski resort, near the smaller ski service center. There is also a shuttle bus every half an hour to the big skiing center, which is convenient for everyone who would like to start their skiing experience there. However, we were a bit disappointed that the hotel staff members didn’t speak English, or just very little and therefore every issue or request was handled using the translation machine (and the translation wasn’t very accurate). Even though the staff was trying to be helpful, translating every single sentence was frustrating and tiring to say the least and both the staff and even us have gotten annoyed with the rather lengthy process. Accommodation charges included also 3 skiing tickets (equipment included). Although it might be a big plus for a family with 1 child, for us it wasn’t that much of an advantage. We wanted to buy the same rights and benefits for our second child, but it wasn’t possible, so every day we needed to start with buying a skiing ticket for one child and renting an equipment, as it wasn’t possible to buy the ticket and renting the equipment for the whole week. The hotel breakfast was very tasty with variety of choices. Mostly Chinese options with fewer western style food, but this wasn’t problem for us, as we like Chinese options more. We were also satisfied with cleanliness and hotel amenities, a little convenience store directly in the lobby was also nice to have.
