Está a 3 minutos a pie de la salida A1 de la estación de metro de Luoyi Ancient City. Hay muchas tiendas de aperitivos y cosméticos, y una deliciosa tienda de bollos fritos y sopa picante al cruzar la calle. Está convenientemente ubicada cerca del mercado nocturno de Shizijie, y hay varios restaurantes de ollas calientes cerca, así como muchas tiendas de fideos alrededor de la estación de metro. Esta tienda en particular es relativamente nueva, pero el servicio y las instalaciones son bastante normales. La primera noche, después de arreglarme el pelo, volví a las 23:00 y no había agua caliente para ducharme. Estaba empapada y muerta de frío, así que llamé y me dijeron que solo había un hombre en el turno de noche. Fui a ver cómo estaba la habitación, lo cual fue muy vergonzoso, ya que dijeron que había que hervir el agua y que tendría que esperar varias decenas de minutos. 整體而言是非常驚喜的一次住店體驗。 1️⃣接機服務，前台會提前幾小時來問我們需不需要接機，這點很值得好評。派來接我們的是7座車，寬敞舒適，感謝司機大哥的凌晨接機。 2️⃣房間寬敞，而且裝修看着很高檔，實至名歸。乾濕分離的洗手間也得好評。 3️⃣酒店早餐不錯，很有本地特色 缺點 1️⃣淋浴間內沒有掛衣服的地方，衹能掛在門把上上，實在不便。 2️⃣一個插曲：洗衣房的洗衣機洗到一半自己斷電了，導致衣服沒洗完也沒甩幹。我們是早上洗的，為了等處理這個事，收拾衣服，也浪費了二三十分鐘。

The hotel was surprisingly clean and comfortable for the price. One could also get the impression that the owner/staff take pride in the service/accommodation they offer. I would certainly book here again. They also provided a ride from the hotel to the airport with no wait-time.

This hotel is clean, organized, and has good customer service. The hotel really does not have facilities like an office room, gym, or pool. It is just a hotel that is located near the airport for those who want to catch an early flight.

Kaifu was a lovely hotel. We got a taxi from the airport (about 5 minutes) and were met by a member of staff who helped us into the hotel and took our bags to our room for us. Our room was big and comfortable and the bathroom was great (very good shower!). The staff were so friendly and helpful. We ate at the restaurant and the food was good. We wanted wine, which was expensive, but it was very good too. I'd recommend this hotel.

Everything was great. I hope that hotel staff speak English. That would be great for foreigners like me. The ac did not work in the room. It only worked as a fan.

El mejor hotel en el que me he alojado en cuanto a servicio. El personal de la terraza es muy amable. Nos ayudaron muchísimo a mí y a mi abuela, desde reservar entradas para las zonas turísticas hasta reservar un taxi. Gracias a ellos, nuestro viaje transcurrió sin problemas y mi abuela lo pasó genial. Muchas gracias por su ayuda 🥰.
