El unico problema casi todo el personal exceptuando los de reception pero en general ya sea del bar y ni hablar de los del desayuno, terrible. Estaban todos estresados, con mala gana y un desayuno caotico desde el inizio al fin, la comida era poca y sin variedad. Al pedir demas te contestavano de mala gana.

La ubicación es muy buena, cerca de la estación central de Milán.  La habitación es demasiado caliente para nosotros, no podemos ajustar la temperatura en nuestra habitación. El personal dijo que la temperatura no es ajustable como lo ha fijado el gobierno. Felizmente, la ventana está abierta, tenemos un aire fresco desde afuera.

Situado junto a la Catedral de Milán ⛪️, el paisaje es impresionante en cada rincón, lo que facilita enormemente el desplazamiento. Abundan los restaurantes y las marcas de alta gama, así como las tiendas conceptuales que satisfacen a todo tipo de clientes. El hotel cuenta con instalaciones completas, un diseño innovador y un servicio excelente. 👍 ¡Un viaje inolvidable, sobre todo con los Juegos Olímpicos de Invierno y la Semana de la Moda de fondo! 🧳 ¡Muy recomendable!

Extremely clean and the staff was very helpful for a late check out requestZ

Todo estuvo bien excepto el desayuno... dormí dos días, el desayuno estuvo bien, las mesas estaban puestas. La segunda mañana era lunes, había que poner la mesa uno mismo... Lo cual en un hotel de 4 estrellas no está nada bien... Pedí explicaciones... No me las dieron...

It’s first time to stay in Palazzo Viridis. After a week business trip and have one day stay in Milano before go back. Price normally out of company policy but luckily I find discount on line and just book it. It’s impressed, room is nice and you can enjoy Lavazza cafe in the room. It’s pity that I need to leave early and don’t have time to take breakfast there. Hope I can be stay in the hotel next time.

Un buen lugar para pasar la noche. 25 euros por el traslado al aeropuerto, habitaciones amplias, camas cómodas: todo lo que necesitas. El bar cierra muy temprano, cena en el aeropuerto.

The hotel is new and modern. Room is a bit small but clean and comfy. Close to the airport and they provide shuttle which cost €5 per person to or from Terminal 1. They have a restaurant and bar and basically the only place you can eat. Food is ok. It’s a perfect place to stay for a night before your flight.

Habitación y baño muy limpios. Una cama grande para dormir fácilmente. La habitación era un poco pequeña, pero estaba bien. Muy cerca de una estación de metro y de un supermercado, ¡muy conveniente! La recepción estaba abarrotada, pero la gente era agradable. ¡Me divertí mucho! ¡Gracias!

I’m not sure if all hotels in Italy are like this, but this hotel genuinely left us with an amazing impression. The service was exceptional, and the breakfast selection was excellent. We are two wedding photographers travelling to Italy for work. For the first two nights, we stayed at a hotel arranged by our clients outside of Milan, but once we returned to Milan, we specifically chose this hotel for our final night before flying back to the UK. Even though we only stayed for one night, the experience was fantastic. First of all, the location was very convenient. It was easy to get here from the airport by metro, which was especially helpful after a busy wedding trip carrying a lot of equipment. What impressed us the most was the service. We arrived quite early, before check-in time, so we left our luggage at reception and went out for the day. When we came back around 5pm, all of our luggage had already been delivered to our room. This is actually something we rarely experience in most hotels in the UK, so we really appreciated the attention to detail and hospitality. Btw, they even offer welcome drinks 🥰 The breakfast was also wonderful, with both hot food options and a great continental selection. Everything tasted lovely. We would definitely recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again next time we visit Milan.
