El hotel está muy bien ubicado para quienes deseen visitar el centro de la ciudad. El acceso desde el estacionamiento es cómodo y muy fácil, y el precio es razonable. Si tiene una tarjeta de fidelidad de Ibis o Accor, no se utilizará si reserva a través de Trip.com. La habitación, el baño y las almohadas eran bastante pequeños. A pesar de esto, dormimos muy bien y era muy tranquilo. Evite el desayuno; no es muy caro, pero la calidad de la comida deja mucho que desear.

Era de fácil acceso, a unos 2 minutos a pie de la estación central de Lieja. El hotel en sí era pequeño, pero estaba limpio y decorado con estilo. También puedes caminar hasta la catedral en unos 20 minutos. (También hay un autobús) Esto no tiene nada que ver con el hotel, pero la zona alrededor de la estación central de Lieja no es muy segura, por lo que debes tener un poco de cuidado al caminar de noche. (Llegué al hotel por la noche, pero estaba confundido porque había un hombre misterioso parado frente al hotel).

We had a good stay at Aux Etangs. The hotel staff were friendly and the room was clean and quiet. It’s a good location to explore the Ardennes region. Acces by car is good but public transport might be challenging. As there are not a lot of eateries nearby we ate at the connected restaurant. The food was good but the waitress for our table was not very helpful. We asked if she could speak slower but she just continued at the same rate. We felt we didn’t get the same level of service compared to the other tables due to our fluency in French. In the end: nice food but upgrade your French first. We would come back for the hotel but not the restaurant.

The hotel is clean and location is good. But the insulation of wall is very poor. First night I can’t sleep until 4am in the morning. I constantly heard the toilet flushing, chair is rolling, walking sound and door slamming above our room. We complained that next morning, but the reception said “why don’t you let us know last night ?” I wished I can but there is no telephone line in the room to call reception, and I didn’t want to get up from my bed and go downstairs to report it. Reception didn’t apologise to us. I found it is very rude. I wouldn’t not recommend this hotel to friends or family.

I was just staying for the night as I attended a show in Liege and there was no more train to go back home. The dormitory was clean and comfortable. I liked the security of the locker that you can open and close with your own hostel card. I also loved the location of the hostel, right next to the train station, really practical. I didn't really take the time to enjoy the facilities, but I liked the general vibe of the building (cosy, trendy, relaxing).

La comida es deliciosa, tiene muchas selecciones de vinos, y el servicio le hace sentir como en casa. Definitivamente querría volver. Altamente recomendar este hermoso lugar a todos.

Very nice and clean hotel with a entertaining lobby. You can't miss noticing you are in Belgium with comic decoration in the room. Pretty stylish for a ibis hotel. The hotel has its own parking, but I arrived to late in the night so there were some free public spaces outside the hotel. Just make sure to move the car in the morning before 8am. Location is also good, just near the railway station and easy access. It's a good value for money and also a pleasant stay.
