Close to airport, provides airport (to&fro) shuttle bus service - give a phone call to hotel when you are at Island 3A at Seatac Airport courtesy vehicle pick up point. Responsive and friendly staff. Clean rooms.

Just an overnight stay as we have a flight next morning. Liked that they have a free shuttle to the airport. The rooms were located in different blocks and ours was quite far from the lobby thus not easy if you have many big luggages.

Wrote a review directly to the hotel so will keep this shorter. Check in clerk was amazing.. but Husband stuck in elevator for 20 minutes no one helped until I climbed down from the 5th floor to the lobby with my baby and my pregnant stomach. Responded to pretty rudely by other person at front desk Beautiful hotel and location is amazing Room was a little on the dirtier on the other side Small fruit flies flying in the sink , pillows were dirty some lights didn't work Didn't really care about those things until was told hotel denied this elevator incident happening. Conflicted if I would ever stay here again. Contacted trip.com and even though it is not their fault they still provided comfort and support but the hotel denied this even happened ??? So leaves a very bad taste in my mouth. Expected something different from a nicer hotel like this

晚上到店已經八點多，前台一個老太太對於攜程的訂單似乎不信任網上全付款。研究半天遲遲不能安排，問這問那。這是頭一次碰到這種情況，浪費好多時間。網上價格比門市價格貴了不少。酒店很新，類似國內的快捷酒店，色彩明快現代。全封閉的窗户，但隔音一般，夜晚公路的車聲有些吵鬧。大堂全天有水和咖啡，休息區漂亮。在公路旁，適合臨時落腳。

I do not know I have to pay $25.00 for parking, when I book you should let the customers know they charged parking, parking in the parking lot not in garage and still charged for $ 25 I fell like not to fair to customer.

Great place to stay when traveling to/from airport. Clean, comfortable rooms. Nice pool and hot tub area, and had lots of breakfast options. Helpful staff answered all my questions. Also had shuttle service to/from airport so very convenient. Would definitely stay here in the future!

La ubicación es en realidad en el extremo más alto de esta ciudad/pequeña ciudad, conduciendo a la ciudad de centro por unos diez minutos. La habitación es muy pequeña. El frigorífico es un microondas TV. Hay que tener todo. No debería haber nada. El desayuno con la etiqueta de Trip.com, en realidad, ofrece café, té, jabón de manzana y un bloque de energía similar a un arco de la arquitectura. Pet friendly, full size refrigerator which was nice compared to the those little ones enjoy the large room. Will keep us coming back every time thanks for the great stay

If you looking for some Hotel nearby the airport this is one of a good choice the room is ok but bathroom is small and not that good when showering water stuck in the bathtub and it will take for a while it not convenient, hotel staffs not helpful…
