Very nice, clean and cozy hotel. The bed is very comfortable. Friendly staff. Free and good breakfast. Just about 100m from Lake Victoria. Morning enjoy the breakfast at the balcony could see the beautiful scenery of Lake Victoria. If you wake up early can see the beautiful sunrise. I really enjoyed staying at this hotel. Will recommend to friends and stay at this hotel if visit Entebbe again.

I had a very pleasant stay at Harmony Hotel in Kampala. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and well-furnished. The staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile. The location is also convenient, close to many key places in the city.
Breakfast was tasty and well prepared, and the hotel offers good value for money overall. Whether you’re traveling for business or leisure, Harmony Hotel provides a peaceful and comfortable experience in the heart of Kampala.

The hotel is well located in Kampala Uganda, easily accessible and close to Acacia mall making it easier for meetings and convenient for accessing different amenities and services outside the hotel.
The hotel staff are very friendly and supportive. The food is delicious especially their samosas 😋. The night views by the pool side is also amazing. Sunset views are amazing and at no cost!!!

Después de la visita de Merchison a la ciudad de Park, Merchison vivía otros dos días y continuó explotando el hotel. Debido a la estupenda situación del tráfico en Uganda, ya llegamos a más de diez horas de la noche, ya había pasado la hora de la cena del hotel, y los chefs se fueron de trabajo, pero el hotel todavía nos dejó un plato especial, realmente muy emocionado.

Prima hotel echt middenin Kampala. Alles goed bereikbaar. Mooie grote kamer met groot bed. Een raam maakt het echt een mooie kamer. Grote badkamer met alles wat je nodig had. Ontbijt vroeg is minder, later wordt het uitgebreider. Koffie was lastig.

Le pregunté, si es posible, que nos dejamos a 12. Dijeron, está bien. 11.55am los anillos de teléfono y lo que puedo decir ... . Pero la regla es, que debo dejar a 12. ¡Muy mal!
Es la quinta vez que estoy en ese hotel Hoy no es posible una habitación más pequeña. Si me encuentro primero, nunca volveré!!! Muy mal!!!
¡Tengo que llamar a la recepción cada vez, porque el cerradura no funciona!

Los problemas de utilidad habituales para Uganda, es decir, el ascensor se descompuso, la llave de la habitación no funcionaba y la internet no confiable.
Tal vez el gerente debería invertir en un país donde estos problemas no afectan a las empresas.

Staff is nice. Location is great. Nice view of the lake. Breakfast is ok. Air conditioning not working. Switched rooms and room stayed cooler but water dripped from the air conditioner. Problem with the television in both rooms. Needed to replace the refrigerator in the 2nd room. Water pressure in the shower was low. This was our second time staying in this hotel and had same issues the first time. We will choose another hotel next time.

Location was the best. You can get all you need for a business trip at Victoria Mall, food, supermarket, money changer, there is even a cinema and a nice LC Waikiki store at level 2 of the mall. Hotel facilities was good, housekeeping can be improved though, first two nights there was quite abit of ants on the table and armchairs. One morning after we came back, the room was tidy but armchairs were missing haha, they forgot to replace the towels as well. Breakfast was ok, passable for a few days. Overall a good hotel, i will still stay there for the location and price

UUsuario invitadoVery warm and welcoming service. Delicious filling breakfasts (prepared even at 5 a.m. for early departure!). The property is mostly in shadow of several large trees, decorated with uniquely-looking metalwork sculptures. The furniture in the room also feels authentic: bedframes made of thick hardwood, bedside tables use giant tree cross-sections as tabletops. Although there was a safe in our room, we did not use it. The lighting in the room is rather dim, and the windows lack net curtains during daylight (for privacy), but these points were not significant for us. Also the electric sockets were only in one place - near the table with a single chair, although there were two of us. The hotel is located in between two busy roads, so car horn sounds may be a little bothersome during the first night, but you get used quickly. Although the hotel is located basically on the airport highway, a lot of our taxi drivers had difficulties finding it (maybe we were just unlucky).
There is also a dog and a cat on the territory, and this, again, proves how nice and genuine the staff here is :)

FFilipp ViEl hotel está muy bien situado, muy bien situado en el centro de la ciudad, muy agradable restaurante. El baño es promedio y vio mejores tiempos, agua caliente 24/7. Las habitaciones premium tienen AC pero sin nevera. No hay una mesa de café sólo consola estrecha a lo largo de la pared que se puede utilizar para almacenar algo. El guardarropa es sólo una caja grande con una sola caja y varios pegajos de ropa fina. Conexión estable de la mujer.

TTuty KThe hotel is a beautiful big bungalow. It provides complimentary breakfast and airport transfer so it was convenient for me as I had an early morning flight. I was told breakfast was from 07:00 but it was actually from 07:30. Nevertheless, I still made it to the airport in time. Hotel is about a ten-minute from the taxi rank (matatu from Kampala) and supermarkets and is also close to Lake Victoria.
There was power outage just before dawn when I was there due from the heavy rains which affected some houses in the area. Power was restored at around 06:00.

Mestil Hotel & Residences – Kampala
I had an exceptional stay at Mestil! The place is super clean, beautifully maintained, and offers a real sense of luxury and comfort. The staff are incredibly friendly, professional, and always willing to help — they truly make you feel at home. I was also very impressed by the top-notch security throughout the property, which gave me complete peace of mind during my stay.
Highly recommend Mestil to anyone visiting Kampala — it’s one of the best hospitality experiences in the city!
