Very clean and pleasant hotel. Feedback for the improvement of Room 109: (1) Please install a telephone / intercom in the room, especially for urgent inter-communication purposes. (2) Please install a hot and cold shower facility in the bathroom of Room 109. Thank you

Una habitación limpia y espaciosa, pero 2 camas gemelas producen sonidos que creen en los movimientos más pequeños; tal vez también se mejoren con decoraciones de pared; Amigo, alojamiento personal; Airconditioning viejo y muy ruidoso; Muy viejo TV con sólo un canal (cerrado, incluido su volumen); La comida es media con muy pocas opciones.

The room was big! free breakfast pa. kaso, simple breakfast lang. i mean, rice, egg and 2 slices of ham. tapos papaya and coffee. pero for its price, good na goods talaga. the room didn't have hot and cold shower. pretty bad for those who can't tolerate cold water wala dn prepared na towels. i had to ask the front desk pa. pero accommodating naman sila. Good stay for its price, promise! .

The water pressure was not good. Overall the stay was nice and the staff are accomodating

This Resort, London beach resort was not what I was expecting . I was hope for a long beach and somewhere to relax and rest for a few days . The beach is enclosed and was small and very busy . Live music played until after midnight on a stage location not far from the hotel rooms .  The restaurant is ok good food , small portions and fair price . Staff a generally nice and the WiFi works ok . I will not use again .

I like the location of the hotel. This is a very simple hotel so don't expect much. I also like that there is a cafe downstairs it's really helpful especially since I was working at night shift the coffee is easy access ☕🥰☕🥳

Las luces eran demasiado oscuras. No ideales desde que tenemos hijos. El piso en el baño era demasiado desnudo no es bueno para los niños cuando se tomaron un baño. No hay mats de piso para secar nuestros pies después de la ducha. Y no hay otras instalaciones demasiado cansadas.

Super good location it is near malls and hospitals and a lot of restaurants. The check in is smooth and the room is spacious and clean. Only downside at least during our stay is the ongoing renovations we can hear the drillings in our room but it stops during the night. The breakfast buffet was also relocated to a nearby resto so we had to walk a bit to get there but so close not really a hassle. The food selections in the breakfast buffet is a bit underwhelming though I think fair enough for the price. Over-all a recommended place to stay in GenSan!
