La experiencia general es muy buena con algunas propuestas de mejora. La tarifa de la habitación es relativamente baja. Las instalaciones son nuevas - paredes frescas pintadas, habitaciones sin escenas, cuarto de baño recién construido, aire acondicionado y aparcamiento gratuito. El hotel está situado a menos de 10 minutos a pie de Calle Crisologo y Plaza Burgos. Hay una carretera estrecha que va allí y después del puente corto, la zona se convierte en residencial y luminoso a la noche. El hotel se encuentra en una zona de 2 estrellas, con una amplia gama de habitaciones. En general, el hotel tiene un fuerte potencial para ser una alternativa perfecta a los hoteles establecidos en Vigan si pueden mejorar aún más.

¡Buen lugar! Llegados limpios y muy rápidos. He pedido a un calesa que nos conduzca alrededor de la ciudad, y dijeron sí, tienen un contacto que nos recogerá en el momento acordado. Y luego llegó el tiempo y el calesa no aparece, llamaron al conductor de calesa y dijo que tiene un cliente. Así que aconseja a los hotelistas que nos dicen que sólo vayan a buscar calesa en el parque. Este (servicio) habría sido 5/5 si nos hubieran dicho inmediatamente que es la temporada ocupada, por lo que no sabemos si alguien puede recogerte (y podría habernos recomendado que sólo iba a recoger una calesa en el parque de Burgos donde hay una estación. ¡Más allá de eso, eran excelentes!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at The Monarch Hotel, and I must say, it exceeded my expectations in every way! The room was clean, comfortable, and beautifully appointed. I felt right at home from the moment I walked in. The free breakfast was a wonderful surprise - the selection was impressive, and the food was delicious. But what really made my stay stand out was the exceptional service from the staff. They were friendly, accommodating, and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was enjoyable. Overall, I highly recommend The Monarch Hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient, and enjoyable stay. I'll definitely be back! Rating: 5/5 stars

No sabía que en la provincia hay un buen hotel. Nos gustaba mucho nuestra estadía aquí y volveremos, ya que siempre visitamos a nuestros parientes cada año, también podríamos estar aquí una o dos noches. Tienen buenas instalaciones y buena comida.

The room was clean, spacious, and aesthetically pleasing. The staff were kind and very generous they didn’t charge us extra even though we checked out later than the usual time. They were also very responsive to our concerns and queries. We were the only guests during our stay, so we had the whole house to ourselves, which truly felt like home. The place is close to Vigan City, although it can be a bit hard to find since it’s tucked away in a narrow area. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and will definitely book again!

Tenía una agradable sorpresa de frutas y vino mezclados. También regalos de dulces para los jóvenes. Perfecto para esta temporada de vacaciones La habitación es muy espaciosa con cocinas y alfombras suaves. Estaba en el techo. La habitación es buena incluso para una familia con provisiones de cr para el piso y el piso. Se olvidan el espacio para el equipaje y la ropa, pero todavía está bien para una estancia corta. Altamente recomendado como plaza y crisólogo de llamada están a pocos pasos.

My booking was somehow changed to a 2 single bed studio so my partner and i had to push the beds together. Netflix doesn’t work on the remote we were stuck with random cable networks. They fixed the hot water issue so that was great. I can hear the staff shouting around outside the our room. I think Bedbox Hotel would’ve been a better choice
