-Had to ring a sever to get the hot foods. It is held behind a counter that is inaccessible.

El hotel está muy bien diseñado y muy limpio. La comida también era grande. El personal era muy respetable y amable. También nos dijeron sobre los lugares de comida fuera del resort que era grande para visitar. He tenido mucho gusto aquí en vacaciones.
En general, satisfacción. Facilitaciones, limpieza, servicio de personal, etc. El primer visitante puede pasar un tiempo cómodo sin quejas para señalar. Es un hotel recomendado para aquellos que buscan un hotel cerca del State College.
The staff was very nice and friendly. The chlorine smell was overwhelming in the lobby and it was even worse in the pool area. We couldn’t stay in the pool area for more than 5 minutes before we had rashes and had trouble breathing because of the chlorine. The room was not that great a broken receptacle cause me a minor zap. A random chair in the far corner that seemed wedged against the wall had a water stair or something on the foot rest part (we stayed away from that it looked like it had seen better days or was ready to just give up. Broken security lock on door, burn in curtain in a non smoking room, the curtain was hard to close, broken door stop on bathroom door, shower curtain was much too small for the shower which cause water to end up on the bathroom floor so much so that the bath mat couldn’t keep the floor without a small puddle. For a two night stay for two people we were given 3 towels. Thankfully I always bring my own towels. The jacuzzi tub was amazing though after we cleaned and disinfected it. The bed was extremely comfortable. Breakfast was nice. The incessant pounding that started the second morning at 10am and went until who knows when ( we got so sick of it we drove over to Hershey for the day around noon). The first day at 4pm was when we first noticed the pounding at 6:30 we went for dinner because the noise was a bit much and came back around 9:30pm. The next day (second day) we found out when it started again it was construction 3 rooms away they were putting in flooring.
I recently stayed at the Nittany Lion Inn for 4 nights and 5 days, and I cannot say enough wonderful things about our experience. The rooms were great — clean, spacious, and extremely comfortable. The hallways were absolutely amazing, lined with bookcases and cozy seating areas, all surrounded by fascinating history that truly made the Inn feel special and unique.
The mocktails at Triplets were delicious, and the coffee at the café was just as impressive — such a treat during our stay. We were in town because my daughter danced at THON, so we were coming and going at all hours. It was incredibly comforting to be somewhere that felt so safe, welcoming, and conveniently close to everything we needed.
Every single staff member was absolutely incredible. I never once arrived or left without someone opening a door for me — that level of attentiveness and hospitality does not go unnoticed. Everyone was warm, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful throughout our entire stay.
I do need to especially mention Claire. From the moment we arrived until the day we left, she made our stay so comforting. When my flight was canceled, Claire went above and beyond to ensure my son and I were taken care of. She helped us navigate our travel changes and made a stressful situation so much easier. Her kindness and professionalism truly stood out.
Thank you for making what was already a meaningful trip even more memorable. We will absolutely be back!
La experiencia global es buena, el entorno es muy tranquilo, la excursión a la comida es muy conveniente, muy cerca de la Universidad de Pittsburgh y la Universidad de Kazkimei, puede llegar a unos minutos a pie. El desayuno es básicamente comida estadounidense, es un poco peor para los turistas chinos, pero en general está bien, ¡La próxima vez te quedarás en este hotel!
I do want to say that my kids and I had a great mini getaway. The only thing we disliked was the pool. It was quite nasty. So much hair In the pool. Someone should absolutely be keeping up with the maintenance. I'm sure it would not pass with the amount of hair and stuff in the pool. Aside from that I would come back. So please clean the pool so we can all enjoy it.

UUsuario invitadoI was there for a church conference. My room was not ready until after 4pm, however being involved with the conference, there was not an issue. I had spoken to Kevin, manager at the registration desk several times. He, as well as his entire staff, were personable, friendly, courteous and was able to accommodate and answer any questions I had. The facility was clean, they were doing some painting in the main hallway (everything was well marked) and, even the painter was friendly. The only hiccup was that the bathroom tub/shower was extremely narrow. Someone who is bigger than I am would have a tough time being comfortable while taking a shower. All in all the facility, conference center, parking garage, coffee shop and restaurant staff were all great. The food during our conference was good and the wait staff (buffet style, served us) were friendly and professional as well. My room looked out over Lake Erie and the lighthouse. I would definitely recommending staying as well as having your functions at this facility.
