Centrally located and walking distance to downtown. Convenience store nearby. Brekafast is good. The Nuat Thai Spa inside the hotel is already closed though. But overall, highly recommended.

La habitación era simple, pero con cuidado equipado, con cama cómoda y espacio para sentirse en casa. Aprecié especialmente los pequeños toques, como un cojinete, un pitcher, y un pequeño escritorio más que está junto al centro comercial de Robinson. El hotel está muy bien situado y está muy cerca de la ciudad. El hotel no ofrece muchas comodidades de lujo, pero es perfecto para los viajeros que buscan un lugar limpio, tranquilo y asequible para quedarse. Lo recomendaría sin duda a los viajeros solos o a las parejas en un presupuesto.

Overall, it was a nice experience due to the polite staff; nevertheless, the room was unkempt, had no window, and provided limited amenities. The buffet also offered a limited selection of food items. The staff needed to continue tidying the room. Thanks, Ironwood; see you again next time!

I had a great stay at this hotel and would definitely recommend it. The location is fantastic—prime and easily accessible, making it very convenient for exploring the area. I had room service initiated even though I didn’t request it, which was a pleasant surprise. The staff were incredibly helpful and attentive, always ready to assist with anything we needed. The room itself was okay—comfortable enough with a working AC that kept us cool. The washroom was fine, though nothing exceptional. The hotel’s aesthetic is beautiful, with a great vibe that really adds to the experience. The Filipino breakfast options were delicious, and I really enjoyed starting the day with a hearty meal. Overall, this hotel offers great value with its helpful staff, excellent location, and good amenities. I’d definitely stay again!

The hotel is generally fine. We enjoyed spending the night for sleeping. Staff are helpful, friendly and courteous. The rates are also low. However, improvements on the food service is needed as the time coverage is limited. No breakfast offered earlier thank 10 AM. The TV has no cable nor accounts for streaming. The guest has to have its own account/code to access it. WIFI is also good but passwords are valid only 24 hours. Can be connected again for another password - a minor inconvenience.
