«Near to Kuala Perlis jetty (walkable just 300meters, if you don't bring many luggage, if not just order E-hailing for RM4). Room was big with balcony facing the sea. Iron, mineral water, coffee and kettle provided. Breakfast included and was good (Fried rice, porridge complete with condiments, macaroni,toast bread, pulut nyior, pancake and sambal bilis, cereal, fruits, coffee and juice). «I booked 1 night stay here because I was heading to Hat Yai by train and thought this would be a good place to stay. However, the location is remote and nothing nearby so you are reliant on Grab even for food which will cost you more in delivery than the bcost of the food itself. With the benefit of hindsight, it would have been better to stay in the town of Padang Basar itself where food and drink would be available in walking distance and you are not too far from the border with Thailand. There is no restaurant on site but there is a Cafe which which offers basic stuff and, as far as I could make out, it not open all the time - hence my need to order food via Grab delivery. When you first turn the shower on for a hot shower, only cold water comes out, I waited a couple of minutes letting the shower run but it was still running cold so I went to Reception to ask about it. The young man at Reception initially said it was down to a Maintenance issue so I asked if it affects ALL the rooms or just mine. If only my room was affected then I should be moved to another room which had hot water in the shower. I said that I must best have a hot shower in the morning and the young man said he was the same as he also prefers to have a hot shower in the morning. The young man said he will try to find out before morning. A few minutes later, he came to the room and .said that we nust let the shower run for a few minutes and, sure enough, he was right as hot water started coming through. So, for the benefit of other guests, remember to run the shower for 5 minutes or so to get hot water. So, it was not a maintenance issue at all. On the positive side, after I ordered soup/food to be delivered by Grab, there was no crockery in the room nor any cutlery to eat the food with. The grab driver asked the hotel Reception young man for help and the hotel kindly provided a bowl and steel cutlery so I could have my food. This was very much appreciated so thank you to the young man at Reception who was on duty that evening.»

La limpieza es excelente: - no huele raro ni viejo. - La habitación huele muy bien - TV funciona bien aunque el canal básico - La habitación es suficientemente espaciosa, puede rezar todavía - presión del agua, es buena - se incluyen las instalaciones básicas - el desayuno es delicioso, aunque sólo hay 4 menús. Solo sin mini refrigerador.»
