«We stayed in Room 2709 and unfortunately had quite a few issues during our stay. Firstly, we were not aware that the parking had become chargeable at a flat rate of RM5.50 per entry. This would have been good to know beforehand, especially for guests driving in. The sink in our room was also unable to drain properly, which was quite inconvenient. The toilet bowl design was rather odd as the cover kept falling down while using it, making it uncomfortable. Another major issue was the smell of the hand wash and soap provided. Both had a very unpleasant smell, to the point that we ended up buying and using our own. Thankfully, the mall is located right next to the hotel, which was very convenient and helped make up for some of the inconvenience. Overall, the location is great, but the room maintenance and basic amenities could definitely be improved.»

La selección internacional /continental fue tan fin y los huéspedes que querían opciones más sanas, por ejemplo huevos cocidos duro, plátanos, manzanas, avena sin cocina, no se les dio estas opciones que son baratas y fáciles de proporcionar. El personal era muy profesional y cortés, y se encuentra entre las mejores que he conocido.»

«Is a shopping trip for me and my sister . We opted for two queen size bed for personal comfort and It was a right choice . Big room with comfy beds and clean toilets . Coffee and teabags are provided . Toiletries too . From the back lift , is just a stone throw away to city square , unfortunately this under major upgrading but just grab to mid valley and aeon tebra easily. You can get India food at the ground floor and many small shops about 15 mins away too . I will book the same room size , infact this room can sleep for 4 so is value for money .»

«Our third time staying at this hotel but had the worst experience this time round. Firstly, the hotel was very strict about checking in after 3pm despite it being 15min to 3pm. The staff were so inefficient that we only managed to get our keys at 3:30pm. Next, the hotel concierge informed us there is no room with king size bed available when we clearly booked a room with king size bed. We had to settle for single beds. Then the staff gave us keys to a room that was already occupied, imagine our surprise when we opened the door and a lady was inside. Overall, it wasnt a pleasant experience..»

«The self check-in is fast and easy using the self check in/out machine with the security guard's assistance. Refundable deposit RM50 is done by the machine, quite convenient. I understand there were no car park on-site when i booked the hotel. the guard was helpful to provide option like next door closed hotel's car park RM20 with RM30 refundable deposit. I stayed 1 night so I don't know what's the car park charge if you stay longer. There's vending machines for instant noodles, snacks and drinks. Hot and cold Water Dispenser is at the G level lobby area My room without window have a big space for opening luggage. But toilet sink area is small. The toilet paper holder is hard to reach Everything's are very clean and new. . Nice hairdryer not loud. TV very new. No hanger but have hooks. There 24 hours Restoran RSB less than 5 min walking distance and 24 hours Panggali Mart and others. And walk across a overhead bridge to R&F Mall.»
