1st time staying in KSL. Location is great, just beside KSL mall and lots of eatery nearby. Check-in is fast. Room is clean.I like the room floor without carpet. However, the water heater pressure is inconsistent, too little water and water is hot even i turn it to the cold water side. The bed and pillows were uncomfortable for me. Can hear the loud air conditioner sound (not sure if it is the room aircon unit or the huge condenser outside n below the room). Overall, will still stay in this hotel for the resonable rates, cleanliness and location.

hotel is simple, new and most importantly, clean ! the basics like toothbrushes, towels, hair dryer etc. are provided. room is pretty spacious. wall is a little thin though, could hear other guests talking in the corridor BUT the comfy beds and pillows made up for it, slept like a baby on both nights 🙂↕️ jb sentral is connected to the mall right behind the hotel, making it just a few mins walk (take the walkway next to public bank) would def book here again !

I recently stayed at Holiday Villa Johor Bahru City Centre and overall had a pleasant experience. The room was spacious, clean, and offered a lovely unblocked city view, which made the stay quite enjoyable and relaxing. However, one downside was the bathroom setup. It only came with a fixed rain shower and did not have a detachable shower head. This made it quite inconvenient, especially for my mum, as it was difficult for her to shower comfortably. Overall, it’s a good hotel with nice rooms and views, but the bathroom design could be more user-friendly, particularly for elderly guests or those who prefer more flexibility.

3 friends went on a 1-night staycation in Johor Bahru for a girls’ night out, and we had such a great experience! 😊 It can feel a bit unsafe walking along the roadside late at night, but the hotel front desk staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, which made us feel much more at ease. They even surprised us with free foldable recyclable bags (the red packet in the photo), which was such a thoughtful touch! The room was spotless and very well-maintained. We were also pleasantly surprised to be given a high-floor room on level 20 even though we only checked in around 11 pm — such a nice bonus! The view was amazing, overlooking the customs area and parts of Jalan Wong Ah Fook, especially at night. Location-wise, it’s super convenient — only about a 10-minute walk to Jalan Tan Hiok Nee, where there are plenty of food and café options. Overall, we had a really pleasant and enjoyable stay. It’s definitely great value for money, and we would absolutely come back again for another girls’ trip! 💖

Front desk check in was great, kind and friendly. Room was not clean, toilet floor was wet. Toilet paper was not filled up, Water bidet was leaking when in use. Shower was close to the toilet. No space to move around. Bed was comfortable but full of ants in the room. Tried to change rooms but was not possible, when i saw other room doors being opened and no in use. Ants were all over the place! On the night stand, walls had cracks n ants, bed also got ants. floor also got ants. I cannot sleep at night so I had to go find a 24 hour place to relax for the night.

First time here and absolutely love the hotel Very clean and great stuff The rooms were a little small but overall still very good Just 5 mins walk to mid valley mall Breakfast was one of the best I’ve tried in Jb. Had so much of choices. And very nice too Hotel delivered the request I put I Will definitely go again Very happy

Stayed here for one night. Overall, it was an okay experience but with some downsides. The main issue was the noise — there’s a club opposite the hotel, and the music was very loud throughout the night. Even from our room (not directly next to it), we could clearly hear the bass, which made it quite difficult to sleep. The room itself was generally clean, but the bathroom could use improvement. The bathtub was slightly moldy and felt slippery, and the showerhead leaked, causing water to spread onto the bathroom floor. Food was average — nothing memorable. The chicken was overcooked and the noodles were a bit too salty. On the positive side, the front desk staff were friendly and helpful, and there’s a 7-Eleven conveniently located right next door. Overall, it’s an okay stay for a short trip, but the noise and bathroom condition were the main drawbacks.

5 minutos a pie a CIQ. Comita tienda está justo enfrente del hotel. Tomar agarre del hotel es fácil. La habitación del hotel se enfrenta a Komta tienda es bastante ruidosa ya que hay un pub al lado del hotel. Cantar bandas en vivo es muy alto y no se detuvo hasta las 12:00. No puedes tomar un duche rápido porque necesitas paciencia para ajustar el tapón caliente/frio a la temperatura correcta de lo contrario puedes “quemar” del agua caliente. El hotel está bien situado y el personal es muy agradable y útil.

Honestly, this place exceeded my expectations. Parking can be a bit challenging during peak hours since it’s surrounded by popular eateries and local food spots, but finding a parking space at night was much easier. The vibe is really nice.. the moment we stepped into the hotel, the fragrance welcomed us. The lobby is comfortable with plenty of seating, and there’s even a water dispenser available. The reception staff were friendly, and you can request a hair dryer if needed, which is a nice touch. Our room was clean, tidy, and totally worth the price. The a/c temperature was just right, and the room came fully equipped with hangers, towels, toiletries, complimentary drinks, a kettle, water heater, full-length mirror, TV, plenty of charging ports, plus a desk and chair. Overall, it was a super comfortable stay and I’d definitely come back again. Loved it!
