The hotel is located right at the epicenter of the most happening place in JB. Everything is within reach but be prepared for huge crowd at the adjoining mall and eating places. Not the place to be if you want a secluded place for your naughty rendezvous.

Pros: Very spacious room, comfortable for families or groups 2 queen beds, each comes with 3 firm pillows (good support) Aircon is strong and cools the room quickly Shower water pressure is strong, using Midea water heater Bedsheets, towels, pillowcases are clean and fresh Floor and toilet tiles are clean enough to walk barefoot Overall room hygiene is well maintained Access / Location Notes: There is a separate lift from room floors to Level 5, which brings you out to street level facing City Square Mall Main hotel entrance is via the side next to Public Bank

Room is spacious. Hotel is strategically located near KSL with plenty of eateries around. The bathroom only comes with rain shower so it may not be convenient for some users.

This is our 2nd stay at this place. The first time we took a bus to customs and walk over. This time we drove in and was a bit unsure if we can even park there. When arrival we park at the front and alert the front desk. Was advice to check in first before someone will guide us to park our car. Was pleasantly impressed that this nice boutique hotel has a car lift that can even park some cars. Upon check out we need to alert the front desk to activate their guard to meet us at the car park floor beforehand so that we can drive our car into the car lift. Overall it’s a very nice stay. Nice unblock view. The only setback is the walk from the hotel to the customs with luggage is not going to be convenient especially during rainy weather.

Front desk check in was great, kind and friendly. Room was not clean, toilet floor was wet. Toilet paper was not filled up, Water bidet was leaking when in use. Shower was close to the toilet. No space to move around. Bed was comfortable but full of ants in the room. Tried to change rooms but was not possible, when i saw other room doors being opened and no in use. Ants were all over the place! On the night stand, walls had cracks n ants, bed also got ants. floor also got ants. I cannot sleep at night so I had to go find a 24 hour place to relax for the night.

Decided to book last minute - initially cant book for family of 2A2C. WhatsApp them, replies was….sluggish. Finally manage to book and the room was…not like the initial ones. Previous booking it was really great. Room size room cleanliness. The room we got was small but there’s multiple hairs on the carpet. Especially with kids, that was just a no no. Call them via the phone provided, was put on hold and the line got cut off 🙂 Tried calling again, took quite a while before finally got connected. Upgrade the room for RM80. Whatever that was book on trip wasn’t as per advertised. Second, it was drizzling. So we went downstairs to take a look at the swimming area. There’s no towels. Call the front desk ask if the swimming pool is open, they mention “I think it’s open” Breakfast was subpar.

Stayed here for one night. Overall, it was an okay experience but with some downsides. The main issue was the noise — there’s a club opposite the hotel, and the music was very loud throughout the night. Even from our room (not directly next to it), we could clearly hear the bass, which made it quite difficult to sleep. The room itself was generally clean, but the bathroom could use improvement. The bathtub was slightly moldy and felt slippery, and the showerhead leaked, causing water to spread onto the bathroom floor. Food was average — nothing memorable. The chicken was overcooked and the noodles were a bit too salty. On the positive side, the front desk staff were friendly and helpful, and there’s a 7-Eleven conveniently located right next door. Overall, it’s an okay stay for a short trip, but the noise and bathroom condition were the main drawbacks.

El hotel concierge fue un buen hotel para tratar de estar en el mismo piso. Situación estratégica, junto a un centro comercial y proporcionado aparcamiento gratuito 🅿️ (can be a little hard to find - turn left after the hotel lobby and you’ll see the entry)

Honestly, this place exceeded my expectations. Parking can be a bit challenging during peak hours since it’s surrounded by popular eateries and local food spots, but finding a parking space at night was much easier. The vibe is really nice.. the moment we stepped into the hotel, the fragrance welcomed us. The lobby is comfortable with plenty of seating, and there’s even a water dispenser available. The reception staff were friendly, and you can request a hair dryer if needed, which is a nice touch. Our room was clean, tidy, and totally worth the price. The a/c temperature was just right, and the room came fully equipped with hangers, towels, toiletries, complimentary drinks, a kettle, water heater, full-length mirror, TV, plenty of charging ports, plus a desk and chair. Overall, it was a super comfortable stay and I’d definitely come back again. Loved it!
