«🧻Quite stingy on the towels. They won't automatically change out your towels. One night I came back to the hotel and used the towel provided on the bed. I thought it was new, but it had very strong chlorine or water smell. Not sure if the cleaner had folded the same used one in the toilet and put it on the bed. I think they generally don't have enough towels because they don't want to provide extra towels if you already have 2 in the room. Maybe it's because of Sustainability efforts, but because that towels feel worn and dirty, I feel like they should be changed every night. 🦐Room service of the seafood pasta is a miss. Located near the sea hence thought the seafood would be fresh, but prawn heads are black. Meat is very soft and lumpy. Means they have kept the seafood for a long time. 🏊🏽Swimming pool is a very bright place, nice and very clean. Starts from 8am to 8pm. 🏛️Architecture of the hotel is very vintage style and vast. 🍛Breakfast buffet starts from 7am is not super, although ✅the milktea cart man is amazing. Overall the breakfast buffet and room service food (I only ordered one seafood pasta meal) wasnt a good experience for me at all. 🎶Below the hotel there is a sexy dancers club, hence you might hear loud music reverberations if you are located on the lower levels. I was located on level 11, and the music thumping could still be felt into the wee hours. Luckily I was on level 11, so the thumping still tolerable. Connecting room walls are very thin. Can hear the Chinese man speaking next door. 🤢Bathroom sink has no stopper, goes straight to the pipe. 🌊Sea view room was great！！Room floor cleanliness is ok. Bring your own hair conditioner.»

«I was downgraded from a Superior Room to a Deluxe Room because I requested a smoking room, but no refund was offered for the downgrade. I was informed that smoking rooms are only not available in the Deluxe category. This should be stated clearly on the website to avoid misunderstandings during check-in. After the room change, I was first assigned a room that was quite warm. I was then moved to another room, but the TV kept restarting automatically and was not working properly. A technician was sent to troubleshoot the issue, and the entire room change and repair process took more than an hour to resolve. On a positive note, Trip.com made the effort to call me to follow up on the issue and compensated me with Trip Coins for my next booking. I appreciate their prompt customer service and support. Thank you.»

«Tune Hotel check in service is friendly, fast and informative, and give me my room near lift. English speaking well and clear. There's sofas at front desk and rest area with hot and cold dispenser. So bring your own cups, cutlery, tea, coffee, sugar and creamer, the room do not have these. Front desk sells cup noodles, toothbrushes and other stuffs. Nearby have 24hour convenient stores and 7-11, last than 5 minutes walk away. My Double room is small and simple, lucky I didn't bring luggage, not sure where to open my luggage. There are power plugs on one side table and under the rotatable table. No chair so the rotatable table is useful for some work done but sitting on the bed end is too far for short/small person. Tv is not clear, there are some Singapore channels. The Hotel is near the Expressway, convenient to travel, no jam around but noisy, not soundproof. Hairdryer in the bathroom is convenient. Bar soap and shampoo and towels are provided. Not carpeted and no room slipper. The fan is shaky and air-con will make noise if you don't know how to do setting. There's a ironing room with window and fan. Housekeeping did a great job, the room is very clean everytime. Ground level lobby have clean toilets. Nearby have Hainan Sper Cafe behind Golden Leaf Hotel Xpertgadget mobile phone repair shop Charis Coffee House close at 5pm-1am 6 min walk away»

Todo comenzó con el más cálido saludo cuando entramos por las puertas y la oferta de galletas recién calientes en el check-in, la velocidad fue excelente, las tripulaciones fueron amables y siempre listas para ayudar. La habitación es básica pero tiene todo lo que necesitas, canales de televisión en abundancia, botellas de agua listas, excelente ducha y comodidades, etc. Si pudiera elegir algo, serían los pequeños ruidos de las tuberías por la noche, el aire acondicionado que podría haber estado bloqueado. mejor, pero en serio no tan malo. La cama es cómoda, la habitación está limpia y el espacio es suficiente. Muy cerca de lugares, fácil de conseguir coches. ¡Definitivamente regresaré!»

La habitación no tiene nevera disponible, encontramos un par de pinturas sucias en la plancha de cama (que olvidé tomar foto) y el complimentar agua mineral que se había proporcionado en la habitación ya había sido abierta y bebido Por un alquiler anterior. No lo tocamos. La televisión no tenía canales de suscripción gratuitos o espectáculos integrados para ver, por lo que sólo podíamos ver YouTube. La protección sonora es muy pobre. A media noche, entre 3:55am-4:15 a.m., nos despertaron repetidamente las personas que hablaban y sonrían altos fuera del camino.»

«My go to hotel. My room faced the direction of Jalan Wong Ah Fook instead of CIQ so scenery was good. Bed was comfy as usual and the 4 pillows on the queen bed was more than enough but needed 2 for better neck support while sleeping. Usual toiletries such as toothpaste set, shampoo and body soap and shower cap. The shower pressure was good and have a bidet. Front office people were friendly and checkin was fast. Many eateries surrounded the hotel and bought nice nasi lemak at nearby Meldrum.»
