Service is much better than past few visit. Triple room only has 2 set of towels and 2 bottle of water. One staff sent over another set after we enter the room. All items are working in the room as well. Fridge is working.

Excellent hotel, very clean, friendly and respectful staffs, comfy, and they are quick response. Free guest specialized parking inside the gate. Recommended for those who want great hotel experience without breaking the bank. Although towel is new therefore not absorbing enough, it is only small matter compared to overall experience. Definitely I will repeat booking in the future. Thank you and keep up the good job.

Hotel is located almost next to KSL. Very convenient location. Service is good, they respond quickly when we asked for more bottled water and shower gel. Room is clean. However the window lock in the room is faulty and the window could be opened, people could fall off the window as it is a bay window. There is also this irritating noise of water dripping outside the window. It gets loud in the middle of the night when surrounding becomes quiet.

Good view can see the RTS link bridge from the woodlands side. 4. The room is big and spacious. 5. Shower water pressure is good. 6 there's digital lock safe.

We were glad to feel welcome upon arrival at the hotel. Our room view was good & we caught to enjoy the late night fireworks from our window. There were missed out hand towels & no additional floor towel mat to use after taking our showers as the floor were wet. It would be delightful to receive the extra mile ”welcome cocktail drink in the hotel room. The hotel front desk staff were lacking rapport with guests during the checking in process. Both staff were lacking ”a smile at your service' as they were overly focused on admin and finance needs. During the small talk, guests usually will and share why we chose this hotel to stay. This question was asked by the Valet male staff when we were checking out. An online application can suggest the reason for choosing the booking of this hotel. I had reserved this hotel with my husband as we celebrated our 35th Wedding Anniversary. Thank you. I hope the hotel will consider my suggestion on the ”extra mile services” as the hotel industry is a competitive market.

For the price paid, which includes breakfast, the room rate is fair. However, the cleanliness of the room needs significant improvement. I was fully aware that this is an old hotel with outdated facilities before making the booking, but even an old hotel should still maintain basic cleanliness standards. I found hair on the bedsheets and in the bathtub. Although there is a bathtub, there was no stopper, so soaking was not possible. That said, even with a stopper, we likely would not have used it as the tub appeared dirty and stained. The same issue applies to the basin, there was no stopper, and my small toothpaste nearly fell into the drain. As mentioned in other reviews, the hotel is very noisy at night, with loud music from the 6F nightclub continuing past 2am, even though we stayed on the 15F That said, the hotel staff were excellent, from the front desk to the porters and restaurant staff, everyone was genuinely helpful and polite. Within a 5 minute walk, there are many kopitiams offering great Malay food. Most patrons are locals, so English communication may be limited. Swimming pool at 7F with a small garden which is nice!

Opposite the hotel is a 24-hour opened mamak (Ayub)Muslim restaurant. There is a 7-11 convenience store next to the hotel. Plenty of Chinese restaurants nearby. At the corner, there is Hong Leong Bank. A few blocks away, there is a Malay restaurant (mixed rice, menu etc). As I booked for 2 persons, my only issue is no sufficient space (no cupboard) to hang clothes as displayed in the last photo. It is opened space hangers. If u are solo traveller, it's not a problem. Nevertheless, overall I am satisfied with the stay.

we booked king size bed room. it was clean and location was perfect for us with small children. there’s supermarket located in the premises too. service was good everyone speaks english. the batt to our room door was low and technician came in swiftly. and also apologise to use.

El hotel es muy cómodo y limpio. Me gustaba la cabeza de la ducha es poderoso, como conseguir un masaje mientras ducha! El desayuno era excelente y tan lleno que no podía comer otra pieza. En general, fue una estancia muy agradable.
