El hotel en general está limpio, la habitación es grande, pero la mesa es pequeña. Al hacer la reserva, se mostró que se daría un pase gratuito al club de playa y también recibí un correo electrónico de confirmación del hotel. Pero cuando pregunté en la recepción cómo usarlo, me dijeron que solo funcionaría si me quedaba más de 2 noches consecutivas. Sin embargo, solo me quedé una noche y no pude usarlo.

El hotel no tiene desayuno. Es conveniente tener supermercados y restaurantes en los alrededores. Hay estacionamiento. Esta cerca del mar. Es conveniente nadar con piscina. Hay muchas especialidades junto al mar y muchas pequeñas tiendas de regalos.

Un buen hotel en una excelente ubicación, la tercera vez que me alojo en Illusion, ¡pero esta vez el estándar bajó un poco! Pero sigue siendo una buena opción con una buena relación calidad-precio. Fantástica ubicación.

I had mixed feelings about this hotel: -Very spacious room/suite and comfortable bed. -Nice places to hang out in the hotel with nice views. -Staff was very friendly But: -Poor isolation. We got awaken by loud music from neighbors’ tv at 6 AM. We heard everything as if the speakers were in our room. -Disappointing breakfast (only toast and fruits). Overall good experience, but could be better for a 4-star hotel.

Reservé una suite con vistas al mar por unos 250 dólares la noche y me quedé una semana. Debido a la epidemia de Estados Unidos, había menos de diez huéspedes en el complejo, por lo que estaba vacío y se abrió un restaurante. La ubicación es absolutamente genial. Está a 1 minuto de la parada de autobús ADO y a 3 minutos de Walmart. Como la cocina está totalmente equipada, puedes comprar los ingredientes y cocinarlos, por lo que los costos de comida no fueron tan altos. Me preocupaba porque había muchos comentarios que decían que la presión del agua era débil, pero no era nada de qué preocuparse. Creo que este es el alojamiento perfecto para huéspedes de larga estancia, ya que limpian y lavan los platos todos los días. 200% de intención de volver a visitar

Este hotel es muy agradable. Nuestro estancia aquí nos ha sido muy agradable. Lo recomendaría a cualquiera. Está muy cerca de la 5ª Avenida y ADO alterna terminal de autobús.

Centro de la ciudad. Acceso fácil. Personal muy cortés. Habitaciones y servicio excelente.

Este es el mejor valor en Playa del Carmen. La mejor relación calidad-precio, especialmente si está reservando en esta aplicación. Buena comida. El restaurante de carnes también es genial. Todo está limpio y moderno, aunque no es el hotel más nuevo. Este es nuestro ir al hotel. La única queja es que dejaron de incluir el tequila premium (Don Julio) en el todo incluido

I've been to dozens of Cancun all-inclusive resorts but there is no place like Temptation. We are American Asians in our late 20's and had a total blast at this place. Vibe- high energy party vibe with sexy employees and a topless optional pool. A totally carefree and relaxed environment for couples to getaway. Food- I read mixed reviews on food, but I must say I was pleasantly surprised by the quality and options of food available! I had plenty of amazing dishes to try everyday. I loved their steak burger, octopus, shrimp cocktail, sushi and more. Drinks- also pleasantly surprised that there were a TON of choices and quality options like Don Julio, black label and more. Service- excellent service as you can expect from all inclusive hotels. I would give a shout-out to POLO who works the quiet pool bar. Everyone else was friendly and helpful too. Entertainment- yes to the SHE restaurant. Have a 5 star quality meal while watching talented dancers work the stage and pole. What an experience! Everyday in the late afternoon there is a show at the pool, and they are funny AF but very naughty. The crowd loved it and were totally down. Tips and Notes -its a naughty place. Sensual and sexual themes, smells, vibes are pervasive. There are attractive couples of all ages, many who may be open to naughty experiences together. Of course everything is up to you and everyone is respectful. But anything goes here, as long as it's in your own room. -tip everyone. It will enhance the workers life and enhance your service as well! -in bash tower balcony rooms you may see couples putting on a ”show”. We wanted to see something crazy so we booked this room and sure as heck, we saw plenty of action! -bash tower rooms give you access to the rooftop pool and hot tubs. Great for lunch and to getaway from the rowdy sexy pool. -bash night club is always poppin. It's an outdoor Vegas style club with a huge bar, led stage and amazing nightly performances from talented dancers. Don't miss it! -2 to 5 nights is sufficient here, or you might get partied out -there is a timeshare type of pitch at the beginning, we didn't do it but that's up to you. You get some freebies and there's no commitment so just depends on your time. -while there's a fair amount of younger people, the average is definitely in the 40s. I do wish there were more Asians at the resort as it skews white/Hispanic. They should make the prices on trip.com better in order to boost the Asian demographic presence. That's my only suggestion!
