¡Mi hotel favorito! También celebré mi boda aquí. El hotel es precioso y hay dos museos que también son preciosos del mismo estilo. Si también te gusta la ecología original, no dudes en realizar el pedido directamente. El paisaje es incomparablemente hermoso, asegúrese de elegir una habitación con vistas al mar. ¡Este es un hotel que debes visitar en tu vida!

The strength of this hotel is the great built-in spa within the hotel property! Stay here if you want to enjoy a beautiful spa experience only steps away from your hotel room. Don’t stay here is you expect to be close to downtown. It’s at least a twenty minute walk to downtown, including if you just need a quick drink from a convenience store, and having to take a taxi each time quickly adds up! Don’t even think about walking to and from the hotel after sunset as the mosquitoes will eat you very quickly (you won’t even make it half way). Hence, I sort of wished I picked any hotel closer to downtown as I believe their premium is worth it just on this fact alone. Don’t stay here if you want variety with the included breakfast. The complimentary breakfast will have you searching for the rooftop entrance across the street, climb the stairs to be presented three preset breakfast options; omelette or scrambled eggs with either cheese or ham or pancakes. Granted, a bit of fruits and yogurt is included along with the eggs, but it’s pretty basic. Though I’m not complaining when you get to have freshly prepared breakfast on the rooftop overlooking the Holbox white beach! Just don’t expect much nor to have a variety of options. But it will get the job done! Breakfast was 8:30-10:30am and we hung around past that to enjoy coffee on the rooftop WIFI. Don’t stay here if you are expecting a good pool experience. The two small pools on the property aren’t running all the time so it doesn’t look appealing to get into. Don’t stay here if you are expecting a view from your hotel room. You won’t see any bit of the ocean - just the hotels in front and behind this hotel. We upgraded from the Double Room to the King suite and really glad we did because we got a nice balcony and comfortable bed with plenty of different pillow options. We also looked into upgrading to the King suite with bathtub option but glad we didn’t opt for it as the bathtub didn’t look appealing and just took up all the living room space. We wish the rooms were a bit more spacious, with perhaps some living room furniture, otherwise you just get a basic bed with nightstands, TV with basic cable and basic bathroom. The water pressure was good and quickly warmed up. The room AC was great and didn’t need to be run long. The issue mainly was the poor insulating as we heard out downstairs neighbours and likely would have heard whoever was across from us if there was anyone. There was no safe or iron in the room unfortunately. If beach clubs are your thing, there are three decent options very close by. We checked out “HAU” beach club directly across from this hotel. This beach club didn’t have a minimum, had a generous happy hour (4-7pm), but unfortunately we got diarrhea after their mojitos. Although they were delicious mojitos so it’s hard to regret it. I primarily booked this place to get a great spa experience and they exceeded my expectations. Thus, based on this experience, this hotel deserves nothing less than five stars. I also can’t forget to mention the hotel staff were incredibly helpful during our stay. Shoutout to all the concierges and especially including Mateo, Almira and Marianna in the reservations department!

Excelente ubicación, prácticamente a lado de todas las discotecas, calidad precio increíble, acceso a la playa al frente de la avenida, fácil de llegar a todos los lugares importantes, lo único q el personal del bar y uno de los recepcionistas no es amable con la gente q habla español.

Quedamos muy satisfechos no hemos ido a muchos hoteles pero si a unos buenos pero este hasta hoy es el mejor y muy económico la verdad superó expectativas el personal super amable y la habitación increíble con una vista al mar preciosa y super amplia y limpia ..la pasamos increíble mi esposa y yo la verdad.

El hotel está situado en una de las islas de la cadena exterior de Cancún, entre la laguna y el Golfo de México, con aguas azul turquesa y una temperatura ideal. La comida del hotel es buena; reservamos el paquete todo incluido, con una gran variedad de platos, desde bufet a la carta o servicio de habitaciones. También hay muchas actividades gratuitas, como el piragüismo, en las que participamos...

Cuando reservé este hotel, solo mire fotos y precio. Creo que este hotel caro debe ser excelente. Pero... 1. Esto es como un hotel de 3 estrellas. 2. Contactos personales muy malos. Si no les pagaste, nadie te sirvió. Sólo una vez te pueden dar jugo o algo así. La segunda vez necesitas esperar 20 minutos. 3. Reservé una habitación para 2 personas. Pero dentro todo para uno. Necesito pedir muchas veces que traigan un jabón o champú más. Y seguramente necesita pago.... 4. No hay comodidades. Sólo piscina y restaurantes. 5. Normalmente, si pagas este dinero en Dubai o Turquía, podrás ver cuáles son las 5 estrellas. Él no puede ver ninguna estrella. 6. Creo que solo hay una razón para que este precio sea tan alto. Es un espectáculo erótico. El nombre es erótico. Nada mas. Solo el nombre:):):):) Entonces, si tienes dinero y quieres descansar. No fui a este hotel. Lo reservé por 5 días. Pero quédate allí sólo 1 noche.

Standout was the unique rooms which are extremely private, spacious and beautifully designed along the lagoon. Personally I didn’t quite understand the ‘Butler’ concept and found some of the comms style a bit frustrating. The other standout was the ‘Day of the dead’ celebrations. The property was decorated beautifully and very well organised. The opportunity to also participate was great as we felt emerged in the festivities. It would have been nice if the dinner package also included the face painting. More broadly the property is set within mayakoba so you can explore the grounds including the other hotels and it was fun to explore on the bikes. The only other thing to be aware off is also this is the more premium / exclusive hotel in mayakoba it’s still geared towards families or at least there where quite a few kids around. Finally don’t have high expectations of the beach it’s tiny and there isn’t much space. If you want high end luxury visit Maroma.

El hotel es enorme y es fácil perderse. Tuvimos que reservar para la cena y solo conseguimos mesa a las 9:30 PM en uno de los salones, el resto estaba todo completo. Cenamos buffet las dos noches y estuvo muy bueno. El restaurante buffet está en el salón Royal, justo al lado. La habitación era fantástica, aunque cuando llegamos ya no quedaban con vistas al mar. El aire acondicionado central hacía un poco de ruido y la primera noche no pudimos dormir bien. La segunda noche lo apagamos y, como no hacía calor ni humedad, dormimos de maravilla.

El hotel está situado en la playa. La habitación estaba limpia y la ducha tenía buena presión de agua. ¡La vista de la playa desde la ventana era increíble! El desayuno era tipo buffet y las tortillas se preparaban delante de ti, lo cual estaba delicioso. Es de fácil acceso, a unos 13 minutos en taxi desde el aeropuerto, pero a unos 25 minutos en autobús desde el centro de la ciudad. Nos alojamos en este hotel el último día de nuestro viaje.
